I was so nervous to pick a vet. to take our beloved dog to while away from our home state, but this WAS THE BEST!!! This is hands down one of the best vet clinics ever!! We aren't from this area but we're traveling through with our 10 year old GSP. I had just taken her to our home vet ( who's been our vet for 20 years). Our dog had been limping on and off for months. Our vet diagnosed with arthritis and joint issues as she's very active. We called on a Friday and were told to come in on Monday and there's try to get us seen. We were hoping for an x-Ray as this was still concerning. They some how fit us in immediately on Monday and took a scan. Dr. Beach asked if we'd been to AZ. In the last little while. Yes. Dr. Beach somehow suggested it may be "Valley Fever". Labs were taken, and the results showed SHE DID. This was so amazing! Rather than anti-inflammatories we actually needed anti-fungal. Besides the fact that this was such a somewhat fixable issue, I have the clinics STAFF was so kind AT every turn. We are strangers and out of towners. The vet and office staff were seriously, so helpful to all our requests (for lab results, calls regarding pharmacy back home, copies of x-rays). All of the many times we called or had questions, everything was pushed through immediately and done in such a professionally and considerate way! It was so nice. Thank you from my bottom of my heart to this clinic and Vet for everything. The price was also more reasonable than our home vet. Just can't recommend them enough!! And a huge thanks to them!! We are from Vancouver, WA. And I would switch to this VET if they were in my are... that's how much they won us over in just one visit. read more

Do not take your pets here if you care about their safety. I bought a prescription medication from Countryside Animal Clinic for my pet and did not use it immediately, when I went to use it I realized that the medication in the box did not match the label. I contacted Countryside Animal Clinic in Kalispell, MT and spoke to the office manager. After a lengthy discussion the manager refused to correct the mistake and refused to dispense the proper prescribed medication. After threatening to contact the state veterinary board about this matter the manager finally gave me the proper prescribed medication. The incompetence and hubris of the employees and veterinarians there is shocking and I would never recommend this unsafe clinic to anyone and I will be reporting this matter to the State of Montana Board of Veterinary Medicine. I called for a semi-emergency and they got us in right away and took care of a ruptured cyst. Dr Beach gave me options and then was able to take her back and remove it. Both the front staff and the Dr are very friendly and helpful. They even helped to carry her out and place her in my car when she was finished but still groggy from the anesthesia. The follow up was just as easy. I took her in and they removed the stitches right away. read more

Update on 10/5/20: I did call, as requested. The staff said to me, "Oh yeah, you're the one...You are WRONG. We do have a fax, and Dr. Beach spent a long time with you." I replied, "I only shared my experience. If you have a fax, it was not posted online or anywhere on the bills or paperwork you'd given me, and you didn't give it to me at any of our appointments with you. So you just wanted me to call so you could argue with me?" Zero professionalism. I'm so DONE with this place. Update: on 9/24/20, Dr. Beach just left us a voice message stating that bcuz of this review, they refuse to fill our animals' prescriptions, sent to them via an online med company that was waaaay cheaper. Last week they said they would do it no, no problem. Now we have to pay to have all 6 animals seen at a NEW vet, right on the heels of us JUST having paid Countryside to do just that last week. WOW. JUST WOW. Our review from last week: They charge less for certain services, but don't be fooled! I compared their prices to that of the same prescription meds through some online and order-by-mail vendors, and the differences were ASTOUNDING. Do not buy your pets' meds here! read more

I'm visiting and not from the area. My Yorkie was experiencing a really lose tooth and some very terrible breath. We saw Dr. Beach who was helpful, understanding, and very kind. My Yorkie is my baby and I'm very picky when it comes to vets. I would highly recommend Dr. Beach and Countryside Animal Clinic. The staff was awesome and made this problem simple to deal with. I can't say enough great things about Countryside Animal Clinic. We have had a couple of emergencies with our cat Winslow and even if they are booked solid, they offer to have us drop him off. I was really impressed when I told them Winslow is very shy and they set up a curtain for him to hide behind while he waited to be seen. The staff and Vets are courteous, polite and professional and they care about your pet as much as you do. I highly recommend them. read more
