He removed my old appliances into the garage for me and fully set up the washer and dryer himself (water hookups, gas hookup, all of it). He was done in under 30 minutes and did an amazing job. Both Lindsay and Paco were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. This was honestly one of the easiest appliance purchases I've ever made. Highly recommend!

There were a few older women behind the counter, not one offered any help or asked if we had any questions, that would be a nice thing to do especially if you're coming in with young children. We ended up with a few kids' chapter books for $3.50 so that was a pleasant surprise as I didn't realize the prices were marked on the inside pages. They had an issue with payment and accepting Venmo so I ended up using a credit card and were offered a sheet of stickers upon leaving. Great concept, except for the mother who was reading obnoxiously loud to her child inside the store, I feel like we should all be using indoor voices if we're trying to simulate a relaxing library environment. Other than that, if the employees/volunteers had offered any assistance throughout our visit, it would have been 4 stars.

This was the first time coming to this location in the 10 years we have lived this way, I even walked out with two rare plants. I've been on different days and Friday is actually the best day to go although their items are $8 a piece that day. It's basically worth it because that is the day that they stock new items out every 30 minutes to an hour. You can get cart full of boxes that you don't know what's inside and take them up to the front and they will open them for you one by one so you can see what's inside. It's like a Christmas junk hunt! I have found some very expensive items here for just a few dollars. You can get carried away though. When something is just two or $3 it's hard to pass up even if you don't need it. Even though I have found some really great deals I have also seen how much useless merchandise is manufactured just to be wasted. You don't want you opening boxes at the table and only at the open box counter. They actually make announcements that they will ask you to leave or kick you out if you are caught opening boxes at the bins. I visit at least twice a month. It's a fun outing and exciting when you find a treasure! Bring gloves because your hand will get very dirty.

I found the employees in general are not personable. I thought all ALDI employees were the same and I came to expect that level of hospitality here. It was disappointing to say the least. Their ALDI finds were nowhere to be found. Another let down. I couldn't find their sweet & sour sauce and couldn't find some of their usual pastries. I will probably go to the ALDI on Rancho from now on even though this location is closer to home. On the upside, it's bright and orderly. The aisles are kept clear and free from pallets of product.
