He wouldn't so much as step out of his office to speak to us as a repeat customer and offered us 39,000 for our camper that we paid 75,000 and it is immaculate! I would NEVER recommend PLAZA RV... After the service, we realized they had done nothing to fix the leak. We called them, they apologized, and we agreed that they could fix it for real this fall, when we had the camper in for roof repair. Now mind you, a roof repair is a big deal, so they've had our camper a long time... Like, a month. And Scott (my husband) has confirmed with them several times that they would take care of that leak. They assured us it would be fixed. Scott went to pick the camper up on Sunday and discovered the leaky pipe STILL hadn't been touched. And since he was picking it up on Sunday, there wasn't even anyone there to talk to, because they were closed. He had to just leave it and call them on Monday... At which point the service dude basically accused him of lying, saying that they never knew about any leaky gray water line. #areyoukiddingme #whatashitshow Thanks for nothing, Plaza RV. I wouldn't wish you on my worst enemy.

Recently purchased a small Jayco camper to use and found that the refrig was not working right. After several phone calls, I finally came across Easy Camping RV! Left a message, and they responded within minutes. I was both frustrated and anxious, but after talking with them on the phone felt much better. What I appreciate the most was that Dave was very knowledgeable and supportive! "Don't worry, we will get it running." He cared enough to take the time to explain things to me and gave me some simple instructions to follow. I followed his advice and was relieved to find the refrig to be working properly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this business to any RV owner!

Bought a used Keystone from them in March. When purchased it was extremely cold when we did the…read morewalkthrough so was a bit rushed. I was told that prior to this they had done a complete check on all items and there were no issues that needed attention and it was ready to go camping. Well.. no. The first time I hooked up to city water to de-winterize the whole inside flooded due to bad leaky fittings. Replaced those myself. Went to pull the drawer out from under the couch, only to find it was broken and the slide bearings were actually in the drawer itself. The final thing I have found ... For now is that when I went to replace the tires when I pulled one of the wheels off I found that the hub bearing dust cap and sleeve were missing and in their place was duct tape. Called "Billy" in service... no help he must ask the general manager for assistance with any issues. Zack the GM called and that is where the fun starts. I spent hard-earned $$ on a trailer that I was told was t"thoroughly gone through" only to find it wasn't. Zack said they don't check bearings, which I was ok with but when they checked the brakes they would have to pull wheels and it would have been found, However, to check brakes, they don't physically check them. He told me they lift the unit and check to make sure they work, basically just spinning the tire. I wanted it noted that when I called I am a very frustrated and upset customer. Zack accused me of yelling at him, (I was talking firmly and a bit loud, but far from yelling) and told me he would hang up. He told me they just check the "major things, Refridge, stove water heater furnace and ac. I offended him and he got very upset when I asked how they could check the water heater when the water wasn't turned on, because the camper would have flooded if it was. All in all, very disappointed in this dealership and hope I haven't got a money trap. Not sure I will ever buy from them again, nor recommend them as they don't sell ethically or back up their sales.

I live in Gallup NM and have been under quarantine for most of March. I let them know that I would be coming for it just as soon as I could travel there and back. I told them I was paying cash and they agreed to hold it for me. The week our governor opened up the state to travel, they sold my RV out from under me without any notice. They are unethical and dishonest. I will never do business with this company again and recommend every RV customer to find an honest, reputable company for your RV needs.
