I've taken my 2002 Harley Davidson Sportster there for several issues and every time I've had zero problems, they'll be the only mechanic shop I deal with. The first time I went there was in December of 2024, I had a wiring issue where my back brake light and tail light weren't working, they looked at it and found a fuse was blown and told me to go buy some fuses so I did and went back there and they put the fuse in but it had a short in it and blew out again, they diagnosed the problem and tried to solve it and didn't even charge me anything. I brought it back a week later and it was a couple days before Christmas, they said it would be finished before Christmas so after a couple days I called there and they told me the bike had been put into a bay which was out of sight, out of mind and fell through the cracks so it was going to take a couple extra days to get done, when they called me to come pick it up they found there was a pinched wire causing it to short out and blow a fuse, and they billed for 2 hours labor and felt bad for taking longer than they said it would and only charged me for 1 hour of labor, which I thought was very generous of them. I've taken my bike to them a couple times since and have had good experiences. I highly recommend this shop.

I called and they let me swap it for a different bike without any hassle. They have a really good selection of all types of bikes as well as a good selection of accessories. I had to bring it back in and it took about a month and a half more to get everything fixed on top of having it already being worked on for a couple weeks prior to that. I originally was talking to them about putting some new lights on the bike, but after going through a lot of of issues with them, I was very unhappy and told them that I didn't want to do any of that anymore. They went ahead and changed all my lights to lights that look like crap and it's a total disaster. My headlight is like half as bright as my old high-beam And on top of that, they screwed up the light indicator so that it just constantly looks like I have my high-beams on. Clearly they were just trying to make me a little bit happier so I wouldn't leave a bad review but they ended up doing what I did didn't want them to do anyways, and took many many days extra to do all this extra stuff that I didn't want them to do. I mean, who does that really!? It's such a violation.. i told you I didn't want to do anymore business with you and just settle up. If I could I would have gotten out of the deal but we had gone to far and so I went along with it but to go behind my back to do that extra stuff is just so silly and disrespectful. I will never be going to this place. It's new ownership. The old guy was good, but this younger couple are terrible at this. Do not deal with this company at either location in my opinion as they are owned by the same people. $1000+ bill later and two months later, I'm completely dissatisfied. I took my 2008 Road King classic there for new tires. The white walls on there had tread that did…read morenot look worn but they were dated made in 2007. I had the tires changed out to blackwall metzler's that fit the road king. These guys did an excellent job installing balancing and pointed out in the old tires on the inside were brittle. Those tires could have blown at any time. Do the math those original tires were going on 18 years old. They were very efficient and I would highly highly recommend 8 ball do your tire work for you.
