He sent me a text message that he has a check for me after he got caught so I told him to mail it, and he never responded. I called a week later, and he is refusing to mail it due to a paper trail. Had no problem texting me that he has a check but had no intention on telling me he wasn't going to mail it until I called. He failed to complete the scope of work several times, told me on a Friday to leave my truck at his shop over the weekend so he can finish the work on Monday. Calls me Monday morning to pick up the truck, I said I left it there because you said you were going to finish the job Monday. He says "well it's raining" so I picked my truck up unfinished after paying for additional rental car days for nothing. He is so lazy! He would not even provide a receipt or itemized scope of work. He left scratches on panels and chips in my fiberglass, broke my magnetic keychain that I found jammed in my door jam, got my interior dirty and never finished the job! Whatever he tells you over the phone (if you can get them to answer it) will change drastically when you arrive. He is not a man of his word and uses a religious spin on his business to trick you into thinking they are an honest shop. Rex has better lawyer up because he is going to be shocked when he gets his subpoena and has no pants left to wear. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I've taken my 2002 Harley Davidson Sportster there for several issues and every time I've had zero problems, they'll be the only mechanic shop I deal with. The first time I went there was in December of 2024, I had a wiring issue where my back brake light and tail light weren't working, they looked at it and found a fuse was blown and told me to go buy some fuses so I did and went back there and they put the fuse in but it had a short in it and blew out again, they diagnosed the problem and tried to solve it and didn't even charge me anything. I brought it back a week later and it was a couple days before Christmas, they said it would be finished before Christmas so after a couple days I called there and they told me the bike had been put into a bay which was out of sight, out of mind and fell through the cracks so it was going to take a couple extra days to get done, when they called me to come pick it up they found there was a pinched wire causing it to short out and blow a fuse, and they billed for 2 hours labor and felt bad for taking longer than they said it would and only charged me for 1 hour of labor, which I thought was very generous of them. I've taken my bike to them a couple times since and have had good experiences. I highly recommend this shop.
