Update 2: I did get work done at your shop, Brad. It's been 2-3 years, but I'm still highly disappointed with the lack of responsibility. Once again, you just proved my assertion. Update: the business' response to this review validates my experience 100%: It can't be us, so you must be wrong. Complete CYA mode. Yes, BW, it was your shop on Seminole that just relocated to the other side of the bar. Take some damn responsibility!!! Original review: Took a used bike I bought from a private sale for them to look it over and do an oil change. Told them to check the brakes and that I though the shift lever was loose. The shifter felt the same when they were done. A week later, the toe part of it fell off in traffic. A week and a half after that, the front brake caliper fell off. I called them about it in a pleasant tone, and the guy on the phone went into complete CYA mode. Will never go there again. read more

As a new rider, I spent the month searching for a bike. When I saw the BW Motorsports website, I couldn't believe the prices the bikes were selling for. Brad is an honest person with the intent of selling bikes for the best deal. He is not pushy, and put brand new tires/ detailed the bike before I picked it up. The prices on the website are true, and there are no hidden fees (just taxes, etc.). Another aspect that I liked is the fact that he can issue the registration and license place from BW Motorsports (which saves me taking time off of work to go to the DMV). He went over everything on the bike with me, and went over the maintenance/ care of the bike, and how often to check certain things. For as small as the place is, they have HUGE pride in what they do and how they conduct business. I would recommend putting this shop first on the list before visiting the big dealerships. read more

Just took my old '97 ZX11 in because it wouldn't start. Even w a fully charged battery all I got was the click click click. Read good reviews about BW Motorsports on FB riders group so tried them out. Trailered the bike over and the guys were very helpful. They were busy but promised to do their best to it back to my by the wknd. And, they did! Easy quick fix which they could have easily made into a bigger, more expensive repair. I have to tell you how wonderful this place is ! Brad sold me my bike and the shop works on it when i need additions and fuel flush etc. they are seriously the only people i would turn my bike to for any sort of work. I don't want to give away all the wonderful kind things they will do for you if you choose them. I recommend them to everyone and they will take care of you like family. These guys are bomb. STAY AWAY!! No stars would be more appropriate. I brought in 1998 Honda shadow aero. I am third owner with 7500 original miles. THE BIKE WAS DROPPED AND DAMAGED AT BW MOTORSPORTS. Brad and I had already had conversation about the importance and sentimental value of the bike. Budget was not an issue ! I was treated poorly. Brad insisted that a "favor" was done for fixing the damage caused at his shop! The original agreement was for brake job, oil change and 2 new tires! $1000 was the quote. After waiting on the damage to be repaired I was without the bike for a month. Again owner Brad was carefree and Inconsiderate. The front fender was poorly painted where a pre-existing dent was also repaired as a "favor". And the white part of the "new" whitewall tires are discoloring with a yellowish brown color to them. BW MOTORSPORTS WAS AND ABSOLUTE UNPROFESSIONAL NIGHTMARE. I should've tried Moramoto. read more

I'm a fan. I bought a 94 Honda V45 Magna (4 cylinder) that had been sitting for awhile and was running really rough. Brad rebuilt the carbs and got the bike running great! It was idling at 2.5K rpm before the rebuild and it's purring at 1K rpm now. He also changed the oil and replaced the tires. Got it turned around quickly too. Brad's a good guy, and I enjoyed talking to him about bikes. It's also nice to support a local, small business rather than taking my bike to a stealer. Thanks Brad. read more

Finally! A truly well run shop in the powersports world. I brought my broken and sad Harley in to BW, after hearing that the owner was a tech that I knew and trusted before. Brad is absolutely THE most honest tech and business owner ive ever known. My Harley sprung what seemed like a serious oil leak and it worried me as everyone ive talked to at other shops were giving me the diagnosis of a blown head gasket. (a repair that would cost at least $2,000!) I took it to Brad and he gave it a real inspection and found out that the only issue was a simple oil hose and filter, charged me only an hour of labor. After saving me from a potential catastrophe, I had him look over the rest of the bike. He ended up fixing a laundry list of other things that the bike needed so it would be safe and ride the way it should. the bike feels new, and better yet the entire process took 2 days and that was only because we had to special order some of the parts from Harley Davidson. I have never seen such attention to detail, care, and communication in any shop before. I'm so proud of Brad and the beautiful shop he's created. thank you brother! read more
