All I needed…read morewas my tire fixed and when I got the bike back my entire right handle bar and breaking system for that wheel were broken. I had to bring it back in and it took about a month and a half more to get everything fixed on top of having it already being worked on for a couple weeks prior to that. I originally was talking to them about putting some new lights on the bike, but after going through a lot of of issues with them, I was very unhappy and told them that I didn't want to do any of that anymore. They went ahead and changed all my lights to lights that look like crap and it's a total disaster. My headlight is like half as bright as my old high-beam And on top of that, they screwed up the light indicator so that it just constantly looks like I have my high-beams on. Clearly they were just trying to make me a little bit happier so I wouldn't leave a bad review but they ended up doing what I did didn't want them to do anyways, and took many many days extra to do all this extra stuff that I didn't want them to do. I mean, who does that really!? It's such a violation.. i told you I didn't want to do anymore business with you and just settle up. If I could I would have gotten out of the deal but we had gone to far and so I went along with it but to go behind my back to do that extra stuff is just so silly and disrespectful. I will never be going to this place. It's new ownership. The old guy was good, but this younger couple are terrible at this. Do not deal with this company at either location in my opinion as they are owned by the same people. $1000+ bill later and two months later, I'm completely dissatisfied. Better Business Bureau here we come.

For the most part I've gotten work done on my bike through the dealership at which I bought it. They've done good work and I like the guys. But this time? When my clutch cable went out? I needed it done and I needed it done _fast_. My brother also rides and offered me the number to Syco Sports and said, "Do this or regret it." I got on touch with them, part went on order and I had someone _at my house_ to install the cable in a matter of days. Part+install was a flat rate (rather than priced per hour like most shops) and was beyond reasonable, especially since he came from St. Pete to Temple Terrace for the repair. He was quick, knowledgeable and honest with me. I tested the bike as soon as he was done and was totally pleased with how it was done. If I have other problems I'll be giving them a call first! Oh! And by the way, he said he deals a lot in good used tires. So if you have a bike and want a set/individual tire from the sound of it he's got some really good deals. Check it out!

I took my 2008 Road King classic there for new tires. The white walls on there had tread that did…read morenot look worn but they were dated made in 2007. I had the tires changed out to blackwall metzler's that fit the road king. These guys did an excellent job installing balancing and pointed out in the old tires on the inside were brittle. Those tires could have blown at any time. Do the math those original tires were going on 18 years old. They were very efficient and I would highly highly recommend 8 ball do your tire work for you.

Made an appointment online (super easy) showed up and filled out some paperwork. The guys informed me that the tires i brought in were over 10 years old and that they weren't able to mount them (I didn't check when I bough from Facebook marketplace) the staff gave me some recommendations and got the new tires on my R1. They offer a great tire warranty which I bought and thank goodness because just 2 months later I got a nail in my tire and when I took it back they replaced it. Quick, easy and affordable. Highly recommend.
