And I said "but the bottom gave out - I don't think that's my fault" but she proceeded to ring me up saying "You will have to pay for it." I am too much of a rule follower I guess and went ahead and paid the $19.99 but kept letting her know I didn't think this was reasonable. She told me "this isn't my store." So for the ensuing 3 weeks I have been trying to call and stop by to speak with an owner or manager - she is the only employee I've ever found in the store, no one has ever picked up the phone in 15 calls and their email box is full. The staff here was super helpful and friendly. They even let me go behind the counter to look at some of their allocated bourbons including EC 18, Booker's, Russel's 13, Orphan Barrel, WP 15, and Woodford Batch Proof. The prices are a little inflated, but not egregiously so. I had a nice time browsing their selection and chatting with the staff member.
