My husband requested we pay half and the other half when the job was completed. Mike said they could NOT do this as they could loose their license! The electrical inspector came out and the electrical FAILED the inspection in addition, several things we were charged for were NEVER done. When we've contacted Mike he's promised to come out and never shows up - Its been a year now and Mike has blocked me and the office won't take my calls. i've left messages that I thought we'd been very patient. Day ONE (Tuesday, about 3 weeks from Cabinet Contract signed) plumbers (not part of HI-Liquidation's contract) removed dishwasher, garbage disposal, and disconnected sink. Day TWO (Wednesday), old kitchen cabinets removed (part of contract). Day THREE & FOUR (Thursday-Friday), new cabinets installed (part of contract). Day SEVEN, Dishwasher reinstalled (not part of contract). Day TEN, Countertops (part of contract) measured and Granite Slab selected (initial Granite Guy fell through on Tuesday). Day TWENTY THREE, Countertops and Stainless Steel Sink installed (took 3 hours, contract fulfilled). By noon Day TWENTY FOUR disposal and faucet and sink plumbing installed (not part of contract) and kitchen totally functional again. During ALL OF THIS Mo and Feby were communicating with us, handled anything that came up (went smooth outside of first Granite Guy falling through) and we are so HAPPY with our new kitchen.
