We discussed our pest issues and he got to work. He was here for about 30 - 45 mins. His prices are very reasonable ($190 for our treatment) and he does a thorough job. We had inside house treatment for spiders, creepy crawlies, and mice (that are sure to arrive at the weather turns cooler next month) and we had exterior carpenter bees and carpenter ants treatments on our cedar house and on several backyard trees. He proceeded to show me one board next to my garage door that looked like it may have been damaged years ago. I asked how he knew that they were still there and he replied that he didn't know whether they were or were not. But he would not pass my home for inspection until it was treated. He then told me it would cost $775! I was outraged! First, for not passing my house because of one board with no other evidence of an infestation, and second for trying to gouge me for $775. AVOID THIS BUSINESS (update: I got a second opinion and actually removed the board. Turns out the board was completely fine besides a warn down part and didn't need to come off)

Never called or reached out except for today when they called wanted to charge another $75 to come back to check the traps. Said the additional price was because the "warranty" was only for 30 days. Do not use these people, they are not reputable.
