They ended up having a vehicle I was very interested in, but ultimately their prices were just not competitive compared to elsewhere and they said they had very little movement on their prices. When I initially stopped in, Corey showed me their Rav4 inventory and answered some questions for me. He gave me a lot of information, and was generally helpful. Later, I stopped in on a day Corey wasn't in and I worked with David, who was a little more pushy than Corey, but still helpful. Overall, I had a fine experience here but their inventory was fairly low and they seemed motivated to make a sale until it came to actually making a fair deal that matched MSRP.

shepards is by far the worst i could have dealt with to buy a used vehicle. on a trial run home to…read moreshow family the oil drained out of the jeep onto the driveway, someone did not tighten the oil filter. they did clean up the oil. i bought it with a cracked windshied( i noticed, salesman did not see) (with new inspection sticker.(they replaced the windshield with oem with my insistance after i purchased. the vehicle was flithy and after three tries to clean it they refused to clean any more. the owners manual was flithy, moldy, and had to be replaced. be sure to refuse to pay the dealer charges, they will take them off or do not buy, stand your ground.
