When I initially stopped in, Corey showed me their Rav4 inventory and answered some questions for me. He gave me a lot of information, and was generally helpful. Later, I stopped in on a day Corey wasn't in and I worked with David, who was a little more pushy than Corey, but still helpful. Overall, I had a fine experience here but their inventory was fairly low and they seemed motivated to make a sale until it came to actually making a fair deal that matched MSRP.

I put $5,000 down and paid $650/month for 36 months, which added up to $28,400 just to lease it. That's already over 65% of the car's full value -- with nothing to show for it at the end. Then came the buyout price: $34,000. Had I financed that at a standard 8% interest over 60 months, I would've paid another $41,280 -- bringing the total cost of this vehicle to $69,680. That means they structured a deal where I'd pay nearly $70K for a $43K car. Whether it was negligence, predatory sales tactics, or a total lack of transparency, it's unacceptable. I'll never do business with this dealership again -- and I strongly recommend others think twice before walking in.
