I walked in and told them what I needed, and they were able to take me right away. I usually just go to get pedicures professionally done, but my fingernails also needed some TLC. Normally, I do my own manicures at home and had been since the pandemic - but decided to be brave and let someone else do it this time. They even helped me find the perfect shade to match my Pinterest inspo pick, a thoughtful touch. I can be picky about my nails, but they did an amazing job! My pedicure was also nicely done. I heard about this new shop on my neighborhood app. It's a husband and wife duo who used to work in another shop before branching out on their own. Trang and David are very skilled at what they do, and they were extremely personable on my initial visit. Since then, I've been back several times and they greet me by name. Walk-ins are welcomed, but I always schedule an appointment. Since reopening after COVID, I've noticed new plexiglass installed on the workstation and they are always masked. They have been diligent about spacing out customers when scheduling appointments. I've only had one other customer in the shop with me - and they were on the opposite side - 20 feet away. Will was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, respectful, and made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. He worked carefully, paid close attention to the little details, and never made me feel rushed. It's clear he takes pride in providing great service and making sure his clients leave happy. I once got one where almost as soon as I left the salon the polish started to bubble up on my nail. Not sure what that was about.. maybe it was an expired polish? Some techs don't care as much and won't provide the same level of service as the others but I will say that once you find a person that does them well- stick with them and request them each time. I won't go to anyone else and neither will my sister when we go here. The pricing is good too in my opinion. About $60 for my gel pedicure with removal and a nice warm waxy substance on my feet.
