I really wanted to like this salon because the owner is so nice but I've tried this place 4 times and always disappointed! The pedicures here are awful! This is mine after I asked for pink glow and the dark nail polish! I was there for an hour and a half and the pink polish was transparent and they just wiped it off of the white polish. The white has a pink hue on one foot and my toe nails are crooked! Last time the guy was so rude and filed my toe nails so much they bled! I also made an appointment with a specific nail tech and after my toes were done 1.5 hours later she still wasn't ready for me. The owner tried to charge me full price until I complained! I went with a group of 3 for acrylics and I can't speak for the other girls but my nail artist was amazing. She was joking and very kind and patient. My nails came out amazing! The only bad part was waiting an hour but we were walk-ins that called like ten minutes before. Other salons I've gone to cut me or pushed wayyyy to far on my cuticles but nothing hurt which I was so pleased with. Called the morning of our visit to schedule a appointment for me and my 2 daughters, ages 5 & 7. Appointment was at 11:30. We walked in at 11:25 and there were people waiting in seats (assuming they were walk ins) and a lady who works there (forgot to get her name) had me and my girls pick out our colors and sit down at a nail table immediately. The place appeared to be very clean. We sat down and waited about 10 minutes for a tech to become free to do our hands. It was the first time I've had a manicure in 10 years, and the first time ever for my girls to be in a nail salon. The lady who greeted us did both of my girls nails and she talked to them, making conversation. She offered my girls Easter decals on their thumbs which they were super excited about. The guy who did my manicure was very nice and gentle. Trimmed my nails, clipped my cuticles and massaged my hands, then painted a bottom coat, 2 layers of color and finished with a top coat. It was only $45 for all three of us were very happy when we left. Highly recommend this place. PS - in the photo - My daughter fidgeted after getting hers done, that's why there's some purple on the tip of her thumb. I'm sure they would have fixed it if I asked them to but I did not want to bother an employee as they were very busy. read more

I came here because it was recommended by my daughter. I got a full set, he was very rough with my hands. When I left several of my cuticles were bleeding and it was painful. The scabs (yes scabs) did not disappear until it was almost time for the fill. I gave them another chance, I got the same man. Again bleeding cuticles, damage so bad I had scabs again. This time for my fill I went to my old salon in Anderson, guess what! No damage to my cuticles and no bleeding! The price was too expensive, especially for what I went through. I've learned my lesson, closer in proximity is not always better. read more

Made appointment for 3 people, 2 teenagers wanting new acrylics and a pedicure for me, several days in advance. Upon our on-time arrival, we were greeted as if our being there was a surprise. I was called back immediately but my two teens were treated as if they were walk-ins. My pedicure was nearly finished before they were called back. The wonderful person doing my pedicure told me they weren't busy so this is hardly explainable. This is the third, and last, time I have experienced similar issues. Sadly after many years, I will find somewhere else. Service has really declined. read more

Peewee took care of her - did not rush her service - and stayed well after closing time to make sure her nails were done properly and she was given as much attention as any other client. She was so impressed she asked me to write up a review for Peewee because that kind of service doesn't happen much anymore (unfortunately). She will definitely be back! read more

Walked in on a Friday morning and was immediately helped. I got a red sparkly gel polish which was only $30. She did a very good job on my nails and massages my hands with lotion as well. It took her less than a hour too. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. read more

I have had multiple services done at the salon multiple times, fills, mani and pedi as well as wax. I won't be returning. I hate that I had to ask for a manager and also prepare to leave for the nail tech to stop trying to up sell me and acted like he couldn't understand me. I ask for a gel manicure, he wanted to sell me a dip. I wanted a basic pedi, she kept pushing for gel. The up charge for gel is $14.00 per event at this salon. on other menus at salons on the same street its only $7.00. The owner was there and never said anything to me. read more

I am a regular customer of this Nail Shop. My own nails have never been in better shape than they are now. The product they use has to be much better than some of the other shops I've gone to. I've always had problems with lifting and chipping, I can keep these nails on for at least a month until a fill in, of course, they look like they need it !!! The point is that they stay on so well. Everyone is so friendly. Very clean shop. 2 of my friends went near closing time and they stayed to take care of them with a great attitude after having worked all day. read more

I will be the first person to rave about this nail salon because it's great! It is pretty easy to judge if a nail salon is decent by just walking in but that takes too much time so don't waste time searching and head straight to Bella PC- you won't regret it! I have been a few times and I have been impressed by their excellent service. They get a lot of customers and it can get pretty busy but they keep it moving so you don't have to wait too long. Oddly enough they are able to spend the appropriate amount of time with each customer without acting as though they are in a rush to start working on the next person. I've been to nail salons where they have talked on the phone the entire time they did my nails- I don't consider that good customer service. At Bella PC you won't have to worry about that. Also, I am pretty picky about nail salons that reek of acetone, if it is too strong I have to leave. At Bella I didn't even notice the acetone. The price range is pretty comparable to other nail salons. read more

Walked in on a Saturday morning picked out my color for my pedi and waited about 5 minutes before I was brought back to a chair to soak my feet. My 9 yr old daughter has gone with me a couple other times to get her toes painted. They have a couple of cute bear chairs for the little girls to soak their feet. The staff is always very nice and accommodating....never making me feel rushed. Their salon is always very clean. They have a great colorful selection of regular and gel polishes...as well a few different times of pedicure options. Today I received a hot stone foot massage and sugar scrub soak...FABULOUS. Never will I go here again. The first time I went I was truly impressed. The second time a guy did my nails and didn't say hi and never looked up at me he kept his head down until he was done. My nails looked a hot mess. one of the owners (the husband) ask which one was messed up I told him they all were messed up. Polish was on my skin and it looked like I tried to do them myself. The owner called the guy over and fussed at him. And the owner took it out on my nails. All the jerking my hands and filing them hurt very bad. My fingers was sore and hurt for a week. The wife isn't any better. She gets fussy and talk about you in her language and they all look at you so you know they are talking bad about you......and the daughter makes up lies and say oh she's not upset and she picks up a brush and say she just talking about the brushes we need to order new ones....that made it all worse by her lying. She put the nail in the coffin. Please don't insult my integrity. Never will I go back and spend my money at Bella P.C Nails & Spa .......gas is too high to waste coming to this place. I have been to so many different nail salons in the last 25-30 years. I must say this is the absolute BEST shop I've EVER visited. The nails stay on so well for along time. I don't have problems with lifting, fungus or even any type of breakage. I even go over about 1-1/2 to 2 weeks before a fill in...(not really recommend tho). When I do take the acrylic nails off, my own nails are still in good shape. Other times and other places, I would end up with weakened and thin nails. The staff is so friendly, helpful and well versed in all types of new techniques. Last time, I got the cat-eye.. loved it. So pretty. They carry different types of skin products and and in tune with service to the customer. As far as the cleanliness, I do not see any issues. They're always cleaning and picking up. Also love the kid's chairs, so adorable. I always recommend Bella Nail Spa to family and friends read more

I haven't been to this location in a few years due to a bad experience but since they just reopened, I figured I'd give them another chance. I went around 11:30 on Sunday, they open at 11, and wanted a simple $28 pedicure which essentially is the most basic, non gel pedicure. The selection of nail polish was very small. The service was rushed and the nail technician was less than friendly. My overall pedicure lasted 15 minutes. I was in and out before any of the other customers who were there before me. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and will not be returning. read more

I decided to take a chance and try this place. Bad idea. It was dirty, dark, and unfriendly. I got a gel manicure, and the gel was chipping 3 days after I got them done. She put way too much polish on the tips of my nails, it's weird and not how I've seen it done before. The manicure should last two weeks, but it definitely will not. Looks like crud. The only reason this place gets one star is for the receptionist/front area manager. She was friendly and professional. My pedicure, however, was a disaster. Bella PC, my feet have cuts on them and are cracked and super rough. Watching for infection...Destination wedding/vacation in Cali and I'm bandaged up, ashamed to show my feet, and limping. I'm not the only one in my party either. Cuts on feet, toenails trimmed too short, and messy polish. My family will not be back read more

I went here for a while, I am giving it one star because at one time they did do a good job on my nails. Recently the quality of there work has gone down and there customer service is awful. The owners are rude, I have been kept waiting 20 min to half an hour even though I made an appointment. Most recently I accidentally tapped the drying machine the polish on one of my nails had to be fixed. With a long sigh while shaking his head he fixed it while saying you have to be careful, he was noticeably annoyed and made sure I knew it. I have found a new salon that does a great job with great customer service. I recognized one of the workers from Bella she left there recently as well and now works at the salon I go to coincidentally. There are so many choices I refuse to be treated bad while paying for a service. read more

I'm posting a review of Bella PC salon after reading through the rest of the reviews on this site. I have been using this salon for about seven years. It is never dark, it is never dirty, and they are very friendly. I have never been cut or injured. It doesn't seem like some of the reviews are about the same salon. A couple of times my polish got messed up and they were very happy to redo it for me. The salon is beautiful and wonderful and never smells like chemicals. The staff is very sweet and they always make an effort to remember your name. The massage chairs are wonderful. They're very very busy sometimes. I highly recommend them read more

I took my niece and daughter, both 5, for mani-pedis. The staff was wonderful, and the girls had a fantastic time. They have 5 special pedicure chairs for little kids - two princesses, a bear, and a bunny chair. The girls loved it!The price was very good, the place was not fancy (except maybe for the kids' chairs) but very clean and efficient. The girls' nails are adorable. She started on them then someone came in for an appointment and she left me with another girl who had NO idea what she was doing. I made an appt. At 3:00. I showed up 5 minutes early. I was taken to a station where I could see "arm" oil on the arm rest pads. They had not been wiped down. I need to get my gel polish off. They had me soak for 15 minutes while taking 3 other customers for pedicures. After soaking for 15 minutes I asked how much longer to soak? They stated these other ladies had appointments. I told them I also had an appt. and I was there before them. I was ignored. After soaking for 40 minutes I grabbed a worker passing by me and said I want my gel off now and I want to leave. I no longer want a re polish. They did not apologize nor explain my wait. I paid with my gift card and left the remaining gift card balance to a waiting customer. First time there and last time! I mostly gave this a 2/5 because the guy that had done my pedicure was amazing!! It was a Sunday, my regular nail place was closed, so I thought I'd try a new one! I called to see if there was a wait time/make an apptment and she said that they didn't take same day apptmenrs but there was a 5 minute wait time. So I was like awesome! And arrived, I kid you not, about 5 minutes after that. Walk in to see about 7 people waiting and I asked again and she said "oh about 30 minutes" like okay whatever. So I sit and wait. People end up leaving and I was about to get up and leave when she told me to come back. I did my pedicure first and the guy was awesome! I told him I didn't like the shape of my nails from a previous one and he made them look fabulous! Then came for the gel manicure- 1st off: this guy didn't care what I wanted shape wise and just did whatever he wanted. 2nd: he cut literally ALL of my cuticles off and made me bleed on pretty much every finger, I told him that I wanted him to stop after the 2nd one he cut and he said "oh no your nails are very bad. That's why they're bleeding" lol no. But I was desperate so I let him finish and I ended up getting a fungus on my nails that bled. PERFECT. So I called and left a message with someone and never heard anything back. I would suggest staying away from here if you don't want finger fungus ‍ read more

I wish is could give them a negative star for my wife's adventure in a torturous visit to this sub par place... The 1st person did such a poor job that you could still see thru the finish on parts of her nails, among other things.. My wife refused to pay.. the mgr stated she did not have the option not to pay.. After my threatened to call the authorities. the mgr offered to redo the nails.. Honestly, if I could give this place no stars, I would. I was treated with the utmost disrespect today. I walked in and requested to be seen by the owner and was willing to wait. I waited an hour and a half, but I was fine with that and I was extremely patient. Upon being seated, I was immediately treated with disrespect. To every word that I had to say, I was replied to with a loud sigh and an eye roll. After not receiving the correct length of nails, I requested for them to be redone because they were not to my liking. Because of this, aggression was placed on my hands. And I'm not talking about your average small hand guide, I'm talking about aggressively pulling my hand. After she replaced my nails, because of how aggressive she was being, she cut my twice on the same finger. Then it gets better. After already cutting me, giving me attitude and being aggressive towards me, she goes on to blame me for why her customers are mad. She tells me that it's my fault why her customer is mad and leaving because I wanted something different with my nails. I have NEVER experienced this much disrespect and ill mannered attitude.
