The male who the hotel admitted they hired to follow our young children around taking pictures of them

Our stay at this hotel was deeply uncomfortable and upsetting. Before we even arrived, Lisa who is supposed to be the face of this place, and so called "manager" was rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in anything to do with hosting hockey families. They should never ever be trusted by another hockey tournament company to host their teams participating in their stay to play events. From the moment we arrived, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in guest safety or basic hospitality. The most alarming part of our stay was a man who was not an employee of the hotel repeatedly following our children around the property and taking photos of them. When we raised this serious concern to hotel staff, they did absolutely nothing. They in fact admitted that they "hired" this man, who was obviously, not at all with it to follow our young children around. There was no attempt to investigate, and no concern shown for our children's safety. We were made to feel like we were the problem for even bringing it up. Any hotel should treat the safety of children as a top priority. The fact that this behavior was ignored is beyond unacceptable and incredibly disturbing. In addition to this, staff members were unfriendly, unhelpful, and outright rude except for Donna, their server/bartender inside their bistro. Donna was the ONLY good thing about this whole establishment. Requests were brushed off, questions were met with attitude, and there was a general lack of professionalism across the board. We left feeling unsafe, unheard, and extremely disappointed but we will be heard! No family should ever have to feel uncomfortable or worried about their children while staying somewhere that is supposed to provide security and care. I would strongly advise families especially hockey traveling families who do this all the time-- and especially those with children -- to stay elsewhere. DO NOT EVEN GIVE LISA A CHANCE. She showed the worst customer service and safety concerns of our young children that I have ever experienced. Beyond all of this, please look at pictures our families have taken of the unsafe and poor quality of this place, it was truly disgusting! They truly deserve a ZERO STAR!

Easy to get in and out with mobile key. Nice courtyard. Quiet with good free parking.

I gave it one star because of the employees! They were fantastic! I had a medical procedure on Wednesday 6/14/23 and checked out at 5:50am on the 15th! I didn't complain about the room because I was in no condition! I asked for my money back and was told I would be contacted! Nothing! So I'm posting the pictures and you can decide for yourself! Ty!

The beds were comfortable and our room was clean but the thermostat didn't seem to get the heating and cooling to do what we wanted. Meh on breakfast, the idea of ordering something and having it "prepared" is silly since it's mostly all done and then assembled or watmed up there. Whoop-de-doo that Starbucks is served. I have to say I like a buffet-ish serve yourself as much or as little and long or as quickly as you like offering.

The room was extremely clean. The beds were soft and comfortable. The customer service was on point. The breakfast food from the Bistro was great. I also enjoyed some me time in the whirlpool. Ayesha checked my family in. She has awesome customer service.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are decorated beautifully and bed had great linens. I prefer a firmer bed but still it was comfy. Not quite the typical marriott furniture. For example, an area rug over laminate hardwood floors. And a cart that held the mini fridge, safe, and Keurig. I am a lifetime Marriott platinum member and we enjoyed the benefit of their complementary breakfast. You order off the menu (not buffet) and it was delicious. There is an outside patio area with comfy chairs and firepit...shares the space with the attached restaurant (Jazzboline). Would have liked to try the attached restaurant, but yelp reviews made it sound terrible. (I depend on yelp reviews). We stayed in the courtyard room behind the main building. Windows do not open and no pool. We were traveling through town and stayed one night. Kinda glad it was just one night...the area was just okay. Not much in walking distance more of a city residential area. Overall, it is was a very pleasurable and nice stay.

I could not judge the space as a concert hall. My estimate is a capacity of 400-500 chairs, in rows of 14 the floor, plus the balcony. I was there to see Judy Collins, who still has a wonderful voice. (She is 87). A friend asked why she was not performing in the Mary Seton room at Kleinhans Music Hall. I think the acoustics are better here, as are the slightly padded chairs. It is certainly more intimate.

We parked right across from the venue. The venue is located in a refurbished church and the highlight for me was seeing all the fixtures including pews and glass stained windows still in tact. There is a floor standing room area you can watch the music, as well as two elevated seating areas. The seats were pews and very roomy. It was nice to be able to sit and enjoy the show free from the crowds. The sound quality was mostly good but at times I found it was very loud and hard to hear what the musician was saying. Didn't get any drinks or use the bathroom, so I can't comment on this aspect. Overall, I thought this was a great venue.

There's a ton of room to put vendors around the facility and allow for everyone to walk around easily. For this event, there were two food trucks outside and inside, they had a variety of free chips and granola bars for people to choose from, as well as water. There was a large seating area off to the side just to hang out and enjoy your snack or meal from the truck. Coat check is available, they accept tips only. I had a really great time here with my sons, I tried 11 different vendors and even though there were long lines, everyone was in a great mood, enjoying themselves.
