This hotel is located one mile from the American Falls/Rainbow Bridge, or 20 minute walk. There's lots of space in their parking lot, with a daily charge, but not if you're a platinum member. Walking into this historic building, you are presented with a picture of the original chocolate factory it used to be, and a plaque stating a bit of history--a nice touch. The lobby is very modern with a cafe, lots of comfy seating, and a business center. Our check-in was smooth and we were on our way to the room. Walking into the room is very impressive with it's tall ceilings and many glass windows. The king bed was comfy with USB ports and power outlets on the night tables beside it. The room also had a huge swing-out HD TV, mini fridge, mini coffee maker, sofa, ottoman, desk, and three chairs. The only issue we had was that it took a very long time (a few hours) to get the room above 72° with it being 35° outside. The heat only seemed to be coming from one small vent on the ceiling near the window. Breakfast wasn't included with the room charge so we didn't try it. However, it does look like a nice dining area. What's stood out here is that the staff were very friendly. They really made sure we were comfortable.

Pretty good hotel: Pros: Free parking Near Falls (5-10 min driving distance ) Near casino Clean New Friendly staff Free WiFi Pool Gym Fridge and microwave in the room Spacious room Helpful staff Cons Waiting for early check in Long walk to the falls No free breakfast Limited food options from the bistro restaurant Somewhat expensive Not near other hotels, but, is a short walk away. Strange smell near the side entrance of the hotel. Weird shower, our shower was a modern shower and the glass portion of the shower only covered have of the shower area which I felt was weird and poorly constructed. No views of the falls from hotel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. And would stay again Happy Yelping :)

Great hotel! After reading a few reviews on hotels in Niagara Falls, NY, I decided on this one. I was very happy when I arrived. Despite my late check in the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are absolutely beautiful. Nicely decorated, well equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. The smart TV is perfect for streaming . The only thing I could possibly say that isn't good about this courtyard, is that the window is small, but I didn't let that bother me. The room clean and very bright with all the lighting. I would highly recommend anyone visiting this area to stay here! Absolutely wonderful!!!

It's a nice sized place, With a bar in the center (that only accepts cash unfortunately), A big ladies room with lots of stalls & pretty clean. Chairs for us old ppl who can't stand long. A section for the handicapped. A nice big section for bands' merchandise & for "Meet & Greets." There's actually parking & it doesn't take hours to leave the lot. This is probably my favorite venue for concerts. You don't stick to the floor or anything, lol .

I ended up having to park across the street in a tiny lot though I did arrive about 10 minutes before the show was supposed to start. Walking around to the front, I entered in and there was plenty of security at the door. Girls and guys were separated into two lines and we had to empty pockets and I was pat down. After scanning my ticket and getting my wrist band, I was in. The interior was really cool though, I liked the aesthetic. Since it was a Wednesday, I didn't really want to get into the booze, so I asked for just a water, but they don't serve tap, only bottled (which they take the cap away) that cost $3, which I thought was a little strange but oh well. Afterwards, I went up to the balcony and was able to find a chair and high-table to sit down. As soon as I did though, the power went out. In all of Niagara Falls. All the way to Schenectady (apparently). This occurred about five minutes before the show was to start. It took over 2.5 hours for the power to be restored. I was a little disappointed at the lack of communication to the crowd. Though it was pretty cool that some of the members of the bands that were going to perform came out and played acoustic. Once the power was restored though, they were pretty quick at getting the bands on. The first four bands played abbreviated sets while the headliner was able to play their full set (even though they were pushed about an hour behind). The instrumentals came across very well into the balcony but the vocals seemed muffled, I couldn't really understand what the singer was singing. I have a feeling that this would've been rectified had the power not gone out. In the end, I had a good time here. I wish management had communicated a bit more about power restoration times and alternatives, but this is such a rare occurrence for them to have to deal with something like that. I would like to come back here again and, hopefully, experience a normal night here!

The short review: We 100% recommend Sound of Harmony!!! They did a phenomenal job!…read more The long review: From the very beginning, they made the whole process very easy for us - not only the DJ and music selection elements, but the entire wedding. We had an initial walk-through with Shane (owner/manager), Steve (MC) and Ross (DJ), who asked us a few questions so they could better understand us and make recommendations for our wedding - e.g. what kind of music we like, how did I my wife and I meet, how would we describe each other, etc... This walkthrough was very helpful as we had no idea what we were doing and gave us a good idea of what to expect and what we needed to prepare in the coming months. To add another layer of difficulty, we were trying to coordinate a wedding in Niagara on the Lake, ON, while living in Boston, Massachusetts. They checked-in with us from time to time with more elements to consider and to discuss the details of the timeline for our wedding. As we got closer to the event date, we had a few Skype sessions with Steve, our MC. We provided him with some very ambiguous and open-ended information about our bridesmaids, groomsmen and parents that he was able to, somehow, turn into beautiful introductions for each person before they gave their speeches. Steve not only went above and beyond prior to the event to make us feel comfortable with how things were going to go, but during the event as well - introducing his great sense of humor throughout without overpowering the event. Steve was so beloved, in fact, that at the end of the event much of the wedding party asked to have them join them for drinks while they continued the celebrations that night. Ross was the DJ during the event. As a half "American", half Ukrainian wedding, we threw a very complicated set at him. We gave him songs that were in another language with varying styles that he needed to balance with a mix of traditional jazz and 90s pop music. He was able to pull this off without a hitch and read the crowd very well. Ross was great about taking requests from the guests. We had a diverse group of people - with equally diverse tastes - whose requests he was able to satisfy and blend into the overall style/feel we wanted for the evening. We also had Sound of Harmony provide blue uplights - which we highly recommend as well. It added a nice feel around the room where we felt something would have been missing otherwise. It's a small addition, but makes a big impact. We couldn't have asked for a better team to DJ our event. Working with them was by far the easiest part of wedding planning. The day of the wedding we still had a lot of things to keep in mind and take care of but the DJ and the MC were not one of them. We are truly thankful for all their hard work! They absolutely nailed it!

Granted, the restaurant is in the middle of the desolate town of Niagara Falls, NY (and I mean there's nothing around), but once you step into the restaurant, you know why they're still standing after 4 generations. It's like walking onto a set of Goodfellas so I knew right away that I wasn't going to be disappointed. Danielle, our server, is the granddaughter of the original owners. I believe her brother is the chef and they continue their grandparents legacy to this day. We ordered a caprese salad to start. Gnocchi with meatballs and Eggplant parm were the entrees both served with a simple (what I call Sunday) sauce. The food was impeccable!!! What I loved is that it was clean and fresh tasting. The eggplant was not overly breaded and fried - it was stacked like layers of lasagna. The gnocchi were perfect little potato pillows! Bravo to the family!! Your grandparents would be so proud!

I am a little disappointed they didn't offer any discounts or refunds, or throw in any extras or anything for the troubles- we still paid full price. That being said, the food was actually amazing. Room 427 was spacious, with excellent turning radius for my power wheelchair and plenty of strategically placed outlets for charging. The bed was plush and comfortable, and the room featured a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, refrigerator, safe, and an ice machine conveniently located down the hall. The fourth floor was mostly peaceful during my stay. Three nights were quiet, while two were a bit noisy with people running through the hallways, likely due to graduation season. Most importantly, the bathroom earns a solid 9/10. The roll-in shower was well designed, with amenities mounted at wheelchair height and backup bottles available on the sink. This is one detail many hotels still get wrong, so kudos to Sheraton for getting it right. The lobby was chic, modern, and stylish, with multiple lounge-style seating areas that comfortably accommodated the steady flow of guests. The spacious layout was easy to navigate as a wheelchair user. Accessibility extended beyond the hotel room. The Starbucks, Rainforest Cafe, breweries, arcade, and the Reef Beach Club pool area were all accessible. The concierge team was friendly and knowledgeable, and the staff, especially manager Dani, were consistently helpful and available throughout my stay. Location is another major plus. The hotel sits directly across from the Seneca Resort & Casino, about five blocks from Niagara Falls and Niagara Falls State Park. The free Discover Niagara Shuttle stops right outside the hotel, making it easy to get around without a car. Bonus points: there's a 7-Eleven just three blocks away for affordable snacks, drinks, and late-night munchies. Overall, this was a very positive stay and one of the better accessible hotel experiences I've had. #ADADoneRight #TysAdventures26 #NiagaraFallsUSASheraton #Sheraton #MarriottBonvoy #Bonvoy

I stayed a few nights here recently for work... Pulling up, it's in a date, rundown part of town,…read morewhich clearly used to be based on heavy tourism, but doesn't seem to have as much going on anymore. The hotel itself from the outside is very unattractive and also not very appealing, looking dated and in need of refreshing. Checking in was simple and very helpful and friendly. They do have a very odd parking system here where they don't have valet and when you self-park, you bring the ticket in for them to scan and make active for a day. You'll need to do this daily (every day and a half or so), so keep those tickets when you come back in. The lady who checked me hit all the points and was descriptive in explaining the hotel. When I got to the room the first thing I noticed was the horrible, stained, and old brown carpet. The room was really dated and definitely in need of being refurbished. I did see posters in the hotel showing that they're going to refurbish the rooms, but I'm not sure why hotels let them get like this. They go an easy 10 years past prime, I suppose it's to make money back on the expense of the previous refurbishment. Anyway, it's rather disgusting to walk in rooms like this, but I will say that housekeeping here was probably some of the best I've experienced in a very long time! Each day I came back to the room, the room was refreshed and the bed looked very smooth, not wrinkled, made to perfection! The TV was great too because it offered Pluto as part of the streaming offerings, which I love. The common areas are pretty wild here as they look really nice. There's a Rainforest Café attached to the hotel. The pool looks pretty nice and has a large aquarium in it. There's also another large aquarium in the lobby area. The elevators are rather run down, hopefully they're refurbishing them as well. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay, despite the looks of everything. I was able to get a decent sleep and the concierge lounge on the 6th floor was staffed by decent folks in the morning for breakfast. So there were decent parts of this stay.
