Great Location, Helpful front desk staff, Free parking, and Beautiful outdoor Spaces. We booked 2 nights so we could explore Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and Lake Powell. It's an older property, but it's well maintained. The bathrooms are older, but functional. If your Marriott status gets you free breakfast, Awesome. It's a hot buffet. For regular guests, it's $24.95 plus tax for a standard mix of eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc.... The pool and outdoor area has lots of areas to hang out.

Bathroom door was warped and wouldn't close.

Satisfied overall, but expected a more from a Marriott. Rooms felt semi-modern: computer/phone plugs conveniently placed and quality TV. Unfortunately, the bathroom is dated and cheaply constructed. For one, the door was warped and wouldn't close. Lots of holes and Spackle repair jobs. If you bring a pet then some of the first floor rooms conveniently open to a plush grassy area. You can park very close to those rooms, but there's little shade. The pool was nice, but also very little shade spots. And all of the lay-down chairs had a painful metal bar down the middle. No breakfast is negative. Front Desk and housekeeping service were very friendly.

We frequently charge our car here while passing through Page. They have a Tesla super charger on the side of their parking lot so we are pretty familiar with the site. We finally booked a night stay here. It was so convenient that we were in the 1st floor and could walk out our back patio to unload our car. It's rustic and does seem dated but it's also cozy and has personality. There's a fire pit in the back and hot tub and heated pool. We bought the breakfast when we booked our room. Most breakfast items cost $15. Being celiac I wasn't able to order anything. They also had coffee in the morning and water sitting out. The ladies working breakfast were very friendly! Would recommend it if you need to charge your car and don't mind things a little dated.

Don't even bother staying here if you're traveling with an EV and need to charge at the Tesla Supercharger. Some laundry equipment company working at the hotel parked their truck with a long trailer blocking all of the chargers despite plenty of other places around they could've parked, even close to the building. When this was brought up, hotel staff said she didn't care and got rude. Unacceptable behaviors from both the hotel and this third party company.

Antelope Canyon brought us to town, but the hotel surprised us with incredible views of Lake Powell as well.

This place has an outdoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi, a gym, a small shopping corner right next to the front desk. Also a laundry room access for a fee. My stay included a breakfast, which was very nice, 6am-9:30am. There was coffee and tea station in the lobby for added convenience. The check in process was simple and easy. The employee was very polite and friendly. After providing a credit card for accidental damages, I received my room card immediately. My room/suite was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchenette was fully equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and a sink with garbage disposal. Also had all plates and dishes and utensils and cups, etc. Even had dishwasher soap and paper towels. On the tv, it was my name displayed upon my arrival. The king sized bed was very comfortable. In the closet was an ironing board and an iron, also plenty of hangers. The bathroom had a large walk in shower, plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and towels. Place was nice and clean! I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

The room was just cleaned and I think they shampooed the carpet because the cleaning chemical smell was strong, but the air wasn't on in the room so it was warm and the carpet was damp. Other than that the breakfast isn't as great like other Hilton-free-breakfast-properties such as Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites. They don't even offer hot chocolate for the kiddos. They have a small pool with hot tub which is nice and they have a weight set with a bench. Parking is great and I love that we can use the app to check in and get a digital key. We only stayed one night but I like that the room comes with a living room area & kitchenette.

Unfortunately, our air conditioning stopped working around midnight, leaving our room unbearably hot. We spent the entire night sweating, but I chose not to request a room change because my toddlers were asleep and I didn't want to disrupt them in the middle of the night. The following day, I spoke with the manager, Tonalea B., about our experience. I was disappointed by her response, as she came across as rude and lacked empathy for what my family had gone through. She offered a 25% discount as the only resolution. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, she refused to provide her supervisor's name or contact information. She also declined to provide her own last name. Overall, the lack of functioning air conditioning during extreme heat was frustrating, but the way the situation was handled by management made the experience even more disappointing.

[Racial Discrimination at a Hotel?] Shocking Experience…read more We love road trips. During our stay at this Holiday Inn in Page, we experienced something truly unbelievable. At check-in, each room in our group presented two forms of ID (some of us with Chinese passports, others with Japanese passports and U.S. driver's licenses) and politely requested two key cards per room. The front desk manager, Doris, insisted that "hotel policy only allows one key per room." That sounded absurd--we've traveled the world for decades and never encountered such a rule. Then we noticed several non-Asian guests checking in after us, and each of them was given two key cards without question. To make it even more unbelievable, Doris showed us an empty key card box and claimed they were "out of cards." It was almost laughable. But after we called IHG customer service to verify, she suddenly returned with a full stack of key cards--as if by magic. That's when it became clear: we were being treated differently. We don't want to assume intent, but this experience strongly felt like discrimination against Asian or Asian-appearing guests. It was disappointing, disheartening, and frankly unacceptable--especially coming from a global brand like IHG. Still, after everything, my young daughter went to the front desk and sincerely thanked Doris for eventually giving us two key cards. That moment, while small, says a lot about how we choose to respond--with kindness and grace, even when disappointed.
