We stayed here for a couple nights to hike and explore the area. The room was fairly clean and we had no major complaints. But a couple things to note. 1) The front desk personnel do not smile. We had a few interactions with different staff members at the front desk and you could tell none of them wanted to be there. They weren't mean/rude; just apathetic. 2) Breakfast is LACKING. Maybe not the worst complimentary breakfast buffet from a chain hotel but it really falls short. Unless you're content with basic staples such as toast, bagels, 3-4 cereal choices, and 3-4 hot items like sausages, instant scrambled eggs, dry potatoes, look (or stay) elsewhere to start your morning right. One positive of our stay was having a decent dinner at the Prickly Pear "restaurant." The staff at the bar area taking our order and waiting on us were friendly. If/when we return to the area, I won't take their complimentary breakfast into consideration on whether we stay here again. read more

We had a last minute one night stay. We found on "Hotel Tonight", and almost booked through the App. I thought maybe we should just drive up to the hotel to see if it was our vibe and ask if they would give us the same discount as the Hotel Tonight App. To my luck, they actually no longer use that App and would have been a difficult nightmare to cancel and get our money back. So book through hotel!!! They have a restaurant and bar on the first floor. They also have nice-cozy fireplace and chill outdoor vibes with a view. They have continental breakfast, gym, and pool (no hot tub) but they do provide towels!!! Make sure to bring your room key everywhere, as you'll need it on premises. Parking was free & easy to access.. They have a hotel trolley that's available for use to carry your luggage to your room. Staff was extremely friendly. This place was definitely our vibe!!! We took pictures outside at the Page, AZ frame out back past the patio area. Go check it out! If we come back to Page, we will book this place again. At the time of our booking, we paid $175.18 for 1 night for King Bed, Sofa, TV, Fridge & View on a Friday night. Btw I seen people saying the AC wasn't great, but it was in our room, which was faced towards the evening sun. We had no problem, I think our room was #312. Maybe you can request this room? I know pricing constantly changes due to city events etc...so call ahead or ask in person. read more

Tried this place for the first time. The room was nice and clean, everything in the room was good except the A/C. I had it set to 67, but it wouldn't get cooler than 75. I was so hot, I had dreams about being in a hotel with a broken AC. It was rough! On top of not getting great sleep and sweating all night; the cleaning ladies decided to try to bust into my room at 8am... checkout is 11 and I have someone scaring the heck out of me at 8am.. This is a review of the Prickly Pear Kitchen Restaurant inside Hyatt Place. We went here for lunch after we stopped by Horseshoe bend and Antelope canyon. When I saw there is a Hyatt Place close by I knew we had to go there. Their restaurants never disappoint. Both my husband and I chose the Cobb salad and we absolutely loved it. I was also happy to see they offered Starbucks drinks so I ordered a cappuccino and it came out excellent. Our waitress was extremely attentive and food came out quickly. The view from the restaurant was stunning and you can see the canyons in the distance. The ambiance and overall experience was upscale and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. read more

Out this way there's not a whole of of options. So even though what you get at this Hyatt Place is average by any objective standard, it provides great comfort when you're road tripping out in this part of the country. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was as you'd expect but the service was prompt, with staff constantly clearing tables and removing finished items. From the back there's a lovely view of the Vermillion Cliffs and there's a deck you can sit at and take in the view. Someone even thought to put together a giant human sized "frame" out back, so if you want to walk out and step inside, you can get a nice photo of the landscape with you standing inside a wooden "frame." Very nice touch. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. This a fine hotel. But more importantly, it's a prime spot to rest on your way to the Grand Canyon or the Mighty Five national parks in Utah. It's also a great launching off spot to visit Antelope Canyon slot canyons and Horseshoe Bend, both of which are about a 15 minute drive away. read more

The hotel industry is getting out of control. Every year check out is earlier and the check in is later. Check in here is 4pm and check out is 11am. It's 5pm and my room is not ready. Might as well pay by the hour. Hopefully it will be ready soon. Traveled all day and spent time on the lake. Now I'm flopped in their lobby with others waiting for them to fulfill their contract. We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We were on our way from Sedona to Zion NP and we needed to stay overnight to see take an Antelope Canyon tour. The building is new, our room was spotless, light, spacious and fully stocked. Staff was courteous and efficient, and the complementary breakfast was stellar. For breakfast, they serve fresh fruits, pancakes, bacon, donuts, different options of toast, juice, etc. They also serve lunch and dinner but the options are limited. Parking is plenty. The hotel, located inside Page, is close to any attractions we were interested in. Also, there are at least 4 restaurants in close proximity. The only con is that our room did not have a safe nor a microwave. I definitely recommend! read more

I actually think this is the best place to stay when visiting Page and doing all excursions to be made. Well located, great parking, clean, good service and rooms were very good and comfortable. Did have to ask for my room to be made every day... beware of that!!! Hotels after covid have gotten the bad custom to cut back on the minimal necessities. Bed was super comfy and pillows were VERY good! Breakfast (you can avoid) was nit so good, maybe the bagels and cream cheese will do... but the hot stuff, avoid! Bathroom necessities are ok, no moisturizer which is a MUST.... Walmart is close by to buy your own!! All in all, will come back to page and to this Hyatt! Cheers read more

Nice hotel if you're ever visiting Page. We had a very comfortable stay. This hotel has nice views!!! We stayed multiple nights and the first nights were great however by our last night we did have to start requesting towels and toilet paper because they were cleaning the rooms and forgetting to restock. They were very nice and attentive when we would request what we needed. There is a nice restaurant in the lobby. The food came out quick and was pretty good. I definitely recommend the flat breads! The servers were quick and attentive. They also provided a bassinet for us upon request and they have a cute photo op behind the hotel! We stayed here after touring Page on our way to the Grand Canyon. Location is great close to everything. Hotel was very clean. It was very quiet. Great breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, French toast sticks, eggs, sausages and potatoes as well as an assortment of breads. Wasn't sure if it was grits or oatmeal they had on the buffet. My recent stay at Hyatt Place in Page, Arizona was mostly enjoyable. The hotel's newness (built in 2018) definitely added a nice touch to the experience. However, the thin walls were a bit of a downside; I could hear my neighbor's coughing and snoring throughout the night, which disrupted my sleep. On a brighter note, the lobby offered a pleasant view, and a cool photo op outside, which was a nice perk. If you're not too sensitive to noise, the modern feel of the hotel and the lobby's view could still make for a comfortable stay. Very clean and new with a great view of the far away mountains and the town of Page, Arizona well known for Lake Powell and Glend Dam. This place is among many new hotels and inns that are springing up in the town. Within thirty minutes of driving there are tons of outdoor activities. Lake Powell is drying up with substantial reduction of Colorado River flow but the hotel insiders must know something about the brighter future than I do I suppose. Very nice hotel in Page, that is close to city center, Horseshoe bend and the airport. Upon check in, the concierge gives your a ticket to fill out your preferred breakfast in the morning. You must turn it in by 11pm to ensure your breakfast is prepackaged for you in the morning, at your desired time. If you forget to turn it in, there are other options (cold ones though). The room was very nice and clean. We enjoyed local restaurants for take out and ice cream from down the street. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. read more

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was nicely decorated, spacious, pretty views (back/west side rooms), comfortable beds. Shower had large shampoo, soap, conditioner, but there was no lotion (please add!). Bonus for on-site restaurant and breakfast-coffee-bar, cozy fireplace/lounge and relaxing outdoor patio. This was a very nice hotel, rooms were comfortable, common areas were clean. All staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Most staff wore masks, most guests did not. The fire pits out on the patio were a highlight of this hotel and a great place to sit and relax after a day of hiking! There is a cool photo spot out the back which was definitely a cool addition to the property. Breakfast was included and had a large variety of hot breakfast items, cereals, pastries, etc. this was over all a good experience and would recommend this hotel to others. Paid extra for the room with the view, but windows are so dirty that it's impossible to see anything. Our family arrived after 5 and was asked to wait for 30 min in order to get a room key so housekeeper can get our room ready. I don't know why it wasn't prepared before. We asked the breakfast time that was part of our package and were told 6-10. at 9:15 when we arrived it was closed operantly it's till 9 and there were no signs posted in advance. Shower pressure is very low because bottom faucet kept leaking half way. We staid two night. Our room received no housekeeping. It's was impossible to reach front desk from the phone in the room. We had to chase housekeeper in the hallway at 5pm the next day to get more towels. Staff is not friendly at all. Front desk is rude. read more

Great hotel in this small city of Page, Arizona. Close to all the local restaurants and the closest store is Safeway. You could technically walk to dinner if you wanted to. We drove only cause it was so hot. The best feature of this hotel it that it is up on a hill and has a great outdoor patio area with tables and chairs and couches to lounge on and watch the sunset. The breakfast is not free $13 for 2 people and both days we were here they had different breakfast items. Cereal with all kinds of different milks, fresh fruit, yogurt with toppings, oatmeal with toppings, toast, eggs, sausage, etc. the pool was adequate but always full of kids so we didn't get in. Nice interior and clean rooms. They have direct TV good channels when you wanna just chill in your Air Conditioned room. I would stay here again. Great for a one or two night stay as long as the hotel isn't overrun with tour buses. We stayed here as there were no tour bus groups staying here that night...was worth the extra money. Nice hotel, but we almost didn't stay here (safety reasons) when we saw graffiti (and covered over graffiti) on the wall in the parking lot. Upon arriving, we initially felt like a valued World of Hyatt member when the person who checked us in told us that because of our membership, our breakfast would be included. However, when we went to get breakfast in the morning, the breakfast area is wide open for anyone to just grab as they please, buffet style and wasn't policed at all...looks like breakfast is included for everyone. Kind of felt like this member perk was just snake oil. Speaking of free breakfast buffet, I suggest changing how the breakfast buffet is done and recommend having some of Hyatt's staff serving breakfast to the guests. There were a lot of foreigners staying at this hotel who don't practice the same sanitary practices as Americans and my wife and I observed multiple instances of nasty, including someone who sneezed in their hand then reached in to grab some bread. I also observed a guest using his already used fork to grab more scrambled eggs rather than using the provided utensils. We were so grossed out, we ending up going to a restaurant down the street for breakfast. The hotel was very clean and still had that new hotel smell. While the hotel rooms are pretty quiet, the air conditioning units are loud and can hear your neighbors A/C unit as well...an annoying hum. The only thing that would have made this stay better is if we scored a room with a view, overlooking the canyon and dam, rather than a view of an apartment complex across the parking lot. I did enjoy the fact this property was in a residential area, rather than mixed in with other hotels...seemed a bit more peaceful, being off the main drag. read more

Hadassa is amazing!! My parents drove all the way from San Diego to Page to work on our houseboat at Lake Powell. They got to their hotel around 10pm and were exhausted. I was in charge of booking their hotel...and naturally I messed up their reservation like an idiot. Hadassa at the front desk helped them straighten everything out and quickly got them to sleep. She's a real asset to the Hyatt! Extremely happy with the professionalism of their staff. My parents have always had a great time there and I am sure they will be back. read more
