This motel is a group of apartment buildings converted into motels. The bonus is, you will get a full-size apartment. This includes separate bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a patio with barbecue. You'll most likely be able to park right in front of your tiny house. Enter through the gate and through the small rock garden in front which also has a little patio seating area. Highly recommend staying here and if I'm in the area this will be my first choice. It's also easy walking distance to several good places to eat.

Loved our stay! This is a family owned business, so they were really kind. Even though we didn't have a chance to meet them. They were still able to accommodate us, since our check in was later than expected. (Keep in mind the office was closed, yet they still were able to help us out) The place was actually pretty spacious! I didn't expect anything, especially because of the word motel. The motels in California doesn't compare to this one. Came with a living room: has two couches, I believe one of them is a pull out bed as well; a tv, and coffee table. The kitchen is connected to the living room: has a full fridge, dish washer, utensils, but no pots and pans so if you need to cook just bring your own. There's two bedrooms which has nice closet space, but we only stayed one night so we didn't get to use the closet. The bed, pillows, and comforter is super comfortable... I kind of wished it was my bed. The bathroom provided towels and face/hand towels, extra toilet paper and toiletries for you to use. They also have a small front yard with chairs upfront or in the backyard there's a BBQ grill for all your grilling needs. Which I thought was pretty neat. Really felt at home with this place. The only thing we didn't like was that we found a cockroach in the kitchen, which we just ended up not wanting to be in the kitchen anymore. Best thing about this place is that it's close by to Safeway for your grocery needs or coffee or food as well. It's literally across the street. Walking distant is always a plus for us. All in all, great place to stay especially if you're here for the antelope canyon or horseshoe bend, or just in the area in general!

Love it :) $50 for one night on 12/27/2016, Christmas holiday when all other hotels being booked, saved my trip :) nice back yard with private parking, outdoor BBQ gear, chair and table both inside and outside the room, has clean freezer, microwave, toast, coffee machine, oven, electrical stove, full set of fork, spoon and other cooking tools, AC inside, clean bed and sheets, toilets. Overall, for its price, its perfect! Especially when I called other hotels they all booked full and only one hotel told me they have a 2 bed room for $346/night

This is the best little place! Especially for groups! So happy we found this hotel for all of our travels in the area. Having a kitchen and living area is sooo much easier! Especially when you are a vegan traveler needing to cook your own meals. Or anyone that is wanting to save money and not go out to eat for every meal. If they have availability don't even look anywhere else! The owners are super sweet too!

I can't rave about this motel enough! It was my first time in Page and it was incredible. Brady & Pam are so helpful and suggested places to eat and see. We had an amazing experience seeing the Horseshoe bend, antelope canyon, the lake, went on a helicopter tour, and ate at the Blue Buddha! The room had a kitchen so we were able to make dinner and breakfast there as well, a cute little living room for movie nights, everything was clean and tidy. They truly care about their motel and about their city. I can't wait to go back!

Amazing welcome from the owners and the cat

Horseshoe Bend was our first stop after checking into our hotel. The nice thing is it's not that tough to pull off. When you arrive, you have to pay $10 to park, and then a short hike on a most paved road (10-15 minutes) will take you to Horseshoe Bend. You'll be able to see this incredible beauty of nature from a cliff that overlooks it. The main area has a railing but there are also open areas off the cliff where you can see it, too. Be careful as your pursuit to get an amazing pic may get you in trouble if you're too close to the cliff's edge. A picture isn't worth risking your life. Take a couple of pictures, enjoy the beauty, and make your way back. You can easily visit Horseshoe bend in 30 minutes to an hour. Given it's popularity, it has gotten quite popular and was busy when I went. That took away from enjoying being out in nature a bit, but still well worth it. When you leave, they have restrooms available near the exit. A must visit when in Page!

The attraction itself is free, but parking costs $10 per vehicle. After parking, there's a short walk to the overlook. The walk is pretty easy, but it can get hot and windy depending on the weather, so bring water and wear comfortable shoes. Once you reach the viewpoint, the scenery is absolutely unreal. Seeing the Colorado River curve around the canyon in person is so much more impressive than photos online. The overlook is very high, which makes the views even more dramatic. If you're planning to take photos or videos, try walking around a bit because some areas get crowded. We found one of the higher spots for better views and it was totally worth it for pictures. Also, don't forget to stop by the "Page, Arizona" sign nearby before leaving! Overall, such a beautiful and easy stop to add to any Arizona or Southwest road trip itinerary.

The day before our tour, Julia called to let us know strong headwinds were expected and asked if we wanted to adjust our time. We already had a different morning tour scheduled, and they were incredibly accommodating with our plans. At the launch site, we met our guide Logan, and we were lucky that it was just our family of four on this tour. Husband and I wore aqua shoes and my daughters opted to wear their Birkenstock sandals and go barefoot, which was fine if you're okay with getting red mud on them. Logan was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I was a bit nervous since I'm a beginner kayaker, but he let us move at our own pace. It ended up being a great workout while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The scenery was absolutely stunning. The canyon was quiet, beautiful, and not crowded at all. We paddled across Lake Powell and into the canyon, and the cool lake water felt amazing in the warm end-of-March weather (mid-80s). They provided life jackets, offered bottled water, and Logan even took photos of us both on the water and at the end of the canyon, which we really appreciated. He also shared helpful paddling tips along the way. The entire tour lasted about 2.5-3 hours and was a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Highly recommend for families and beginners looking for a scenic and well-guided kayaking experience!

Our group completed the kayak and hike which were very much worth it! We needed slight accommodations and Sid and John were reassuring and supportive for both my mom and I. This tour is really for everyone and I can't recommend this tour company and John enough. Because we traveled during off season, we had the entire lake and trail to ourselves. John left much time for us to take cool pictures and was a wealth of knowledge. He made sure to engage with each person in the group and was successful in getting the more shy individuals to step out of their comfort zones. John and Sid (the other employee) made this tour worth it. They provided awesome recommendations for things in the area and also future outdoor related activities in the U.S. Be sure to pack enough water. Remember you are in a kayak and your items will likely get soaked. Luckily they provide one water proof bag per kayak which can hold your phone and camera. If you feel the need to pack more, I recommend that you bring your own waterproof back pack. I opted to go barefoot in the kayak and wear shoes on the hike. You will have to walk through water to get on and off of the boat. Do not let your size and fitness level deter you from this tour. The team is incredibly accommodating and reassuring, making this the perfect tour for all. Highly recommend this tour and either Sid or John!

You have to take a tour to visit Antelope Canyon, so I shared my thoughts on that experience on the tour company's page. When visiting Antelope Canyon, you have the choice of either Upper Canyon or Lower Canyon. Upper Canyon is the more popular and famous option as it's where the light beams occur at different times of the day. Lower Canyon is where you get deeper into the canyon. No matter which canyon you choose, make sure to book your reservations weeks in advance. If you don't, especially if it's a weekend or peak season, you'll likely be out of luck. We visited on a Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. Antelope Canyon has become one of the most popular attractions in Arizona thanks to TikTok and Instagram. In many ways, it's becoming the new "Grand Canyon." Even if you're not big on social media, if you're a certain age, you know Antelope Canyon. Why? It was the standard wallpaper on Microsoft Windows for many years. And yes, the pictures are just as mesmerizing as reality at this natural wonder. The incredible formations inside this canyon were caused by many years of flooding and weather elements such as wind. You'll spend about 45 minutes in the canyon taking it the beauty of the canyon which is located on the Navajo Nation reservation. You'll be taking a lot of pictures of yourself, of the canyon, and listening to what your tour guide shares with you about the history of the canyon. It's one of those places that everyone should visit at some point in their lives if they're able. It's that incredible. It takes some planning and it's not cheap, but it's well worth it.

This in my humble opinion is and has become the top, must visit and see destination in Arizona. Let me try and explain why it surpasses the Grand Canyon. These gorgeous canyons were naturally carved over thousands of years by the combined forces of the eroding water via flash floods and the strong winds interacting with the sandstone. Hence behold these spectacular smooth natural flowing, swirling and narrow rock formations as our stellar guide and the others educated us via words, music and lyrics. The 70 minute tour in the afternoon( & earlier one around 10 am) is timed perfectly to coincide with the proper angles and intensity of the sun's rays as we made our way down to this wonderland. It was a lovely and breezy 80 degrees and maybe 70 ish when we got to the bottom. Please wear comfy sneakers. This beauty is in Page, Arizona just 271 miles north of Phoenix. She said yes but the benefit of using them was they carried the boards down and up a steep hill. We were there on Saturday April 25th. So we rented two paddle boards and she warned us about the winds. It was like $155. She was nice so we went for it. We get to the site and are waiting around. They haven't even taken the boards off the truck, but we were fine waiting. Layla finally made it up the HILL and had 2 boards taken off the truck and laid on the ground. I asked if any of the MANY men who were there and carrying kayaks down, was going to carry them down. She said no, you carry them. And that hill was STEEP. I figured meh, okay. I was annoyed since we were told they'd be ready for us at the bottom. Layla carried my paddle. Once I saw the hill, I was even more annoyed but I already paid $155 plus $30 entry to the lake. When we got to the bottom, she mentioned when we got back I had to carry it back up. I said I'm not doing that. lol. She held my leash so I could climb on my board. Not an easy task where we were. The paddle boarding was rough but we knew that, the girls at the office warned us. 5 miles later we returned. I STRUGGLED getting off the board and trying to haul it up by myself, my body was shaking and I was visibly exhausted. A young man who worked for this place, WATCHED me struggle. Asked how it was, I said it sucked. He mentioned me carrying the board up that steep hill, while I was shaking from exhaustion and out of breath, and I said "I'm not doing that" and he replied with "why is it heavy?" I did carry my life jacket and paddle...but after that comment I REALLY didn't want to. Layla gave me a water at the top and said to take a breath, I was breathing very heavy. I'd say don't rent paddle boards. You will have to carry them up and down the hill and will get no assistance getting off the board either.
