On a weekend trip to Page, I stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites Page - Lake Powell for one night. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. If you're not familiar with Hampton Inn, it's a Hilton property and there's a lot to like. It's not luxury but it's nice and comfortable. There's free parking, free breakfast, and our room was spacious. This particular hotel is in the center of the action, close to all of the main attractions in Page. Though Page is a small town so that's a factor too. It's also a pet-friendly hotel and one of the few in Page. Checkout is at 11 a.m. but they granted me a late checkout at noon. I'm not a morning person so the extra time helped. I didn't run into any issues on my visit. I would return. It was just what I needed for a Saturday in Page. read more

This weekend we went to go stay in Page, Arizona. We had a few hikes planned in this area as there are several incredible features of the beautiful earth landscapes all around. We've stayed at the Hampton Inn before and automatically this was our first choice. The place was easy to find, with plenty of parking. There is diamond member only parking, and regular parking as well as a lovely pull up area if you need to unload. Two different options available for bringing in your luggage is right inside the doors and they could also be used to be carrying out your items. Please note that there are signs near the entrance to say not to smoke with a certain distance. The staff were kind and helpful, immediately greeting us when we came in. We had the same woman on the desk the entire trip, and she was very simple and supportive. Right next to the check-in lobby, to the right of it is a snack shop in case you need any. Again no vegan options or health conscious items. Check-in was simple and it was interesting to navigate the online prices versus the prices in person. Not much of a difference, but still some and they alter per day and season. The process was quick and easy. We got a room on the fourth floor and it had a really great view. It felt easy to get to the top and our room. The room was clean and ready, they came daily to switch things out and offer service. A few amenities available for toiletries and coffee in the room along with tv and WiFi. The beds are comfy and firm. The pillows are feather so they deflate quickly. We couldn't get a single outlet on the night stand or near the tv stand to work. Breakfast is included in the stay offering eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, drinks and condiments. You get to make the waffles yourself! Only vegan options were bread and butter. No non dairy milks offered. So heads up on that. I did try a few things and just to be honest, I didn't like the eggs, sausage, potatoes or oatmeal because they were too soggy. The eggs, potatoes and sausage are kept in a heater (understandably so) but however it's cooked in combo with the consistent steaming, they become very moist and unpleasant in texture. The eggs were in some water at the base. I'm sure for some people this is fine but also for many it's makes the food inedible.. which defeats free breakfast. Including having more vegan / planted based / non dairy options. The oatmeal was very slimy. I did enjoy toast with butter and jam, waffles and after dabbing the sausage dry, that too. The coffee was good, again no non dairy options for milk. Juices are good too, they aren't fresh or real.. combo of ingredients. Plenty of condiments were available. It was a nice set up. The staff maintained the space entirely. The hot tub and pool were great. A heated pool and the hot tub was near a large door that opens so the cool air came in as we sat in the hot water. It's located super close to food, INCREDIBLE LANDSCAPES and gas. read more

For spending a couple days in Page, this hotel seems as good as any. The room is good sized and most importantly clean. Bed is a little soft for my taste, but not uncomfortable. Includes a small fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Lots of parking spaces. If you're traveling to Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and/or Lake Powell, this hotel will work out just fine. read more

We made a last-minute trip to Page for the Fourth of July weekend. We didn't have many options since it was a holiday weekend. Luckily, we had Hilton points, so the Hampton Inn was an easy pick. The location was great, just within a 15-minute drive to all the attractions and only five minutes from Horseshoe Bend. Plus, there's a Walmart right across the street if you need anything. Super convenient. Our family of three stayed in a two-bed room. It was pretty standard with no patio, but it was clean and spacious enough for us, keeping us comfortable during our two-night stay. The hotel isn't anything fancy, but they do offer free coffee and tea all day, along with a continental breakfast. There's also an indoor pool, though I didn't get a chance to try it out. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. read more

My stay here wasn't bad. I give 4 stars for lack of attention to detail. The room was spacious, clean shower and sheets.. the bed sheets had a few tears in them.. not sure why they'd keep them in use with tears in the middle of them. Also, the phone doesn't work. But everything else was good! Plenty of towels, dispensers were filled up, easy to use thermostat. I didn't try their breakfast, but I'll have to next time. read more

Our room had a broken window that stayed cracked open about an inch. Since it was right next to the highway and on/off ramp, it sounded like semi-trucks were driving through our room all night. We didn't realize the noise was due to the open window until morning. When we tried to close it fully, we discovered it was broken. I mentioned this to the front desk, and their response was underwhelming -- just, "OK, we'll have someone take a look." No apology, no offer to discount the stay, and no acknowledgment of the sleepless night we had. The Jacuzzi tub was also in rough shape -- it had a thick black ring around the waterline, clearly in need of a deep cleaning. As for the breakfast, the only truly healthy option was plain oatmeal with a few almond toppings. It would have been great to see a protein option like plain yogurt. Instead, they only had a sugary yogurt with 32 grams of sugar -- basically dessert -- and apples. Overall, not impressed. Needs attention in both cleanliness and customer service. read more

This was a reasonably comfy hotel. I feel like our room did have sort of a stale odor to it, kind of hard to describe, so that would be an opportunity for improvement. I really appreciated that we were able to stay here with our dog, though, that's not always easy to find especially with a larger dog. There was an extra $50 fee, but I don't think that was unreasonable. One thing to be aware of is that the walls seemed super thin. It was easy to hear people from both the hallway and above us which was a bit stressful for our pup. Service was also just okay. read more

May 20, 2024. Nice clean and super friendly night check in person, I can't remember her name but I'd love to give her a shout out for excellence. She went above and beyond service. Now the morning was a bit different, the person at the front desk was off putting when calling our room to see if we checked out. I told her we'd be gone in 10 to 15 minutes. "Did you say 15 minutes? Well, I WILL be charging you after 15 minutes!" Diamond status here we get up front parking, points, water etc etc, however we can't get a few extra minutes? She was rude, I'll leave it at that. Yes I understand this is a tourist destination, just a little kindness in tone goes along way. read more

I haven't stayed at a Hampton Inn for years, but I was impressed. We had the King room w/sofabed and I was surprised by how spacious it was. It's nothing fancy, but you have plenty of room for your stuff. They have these two rolling cubes you can pull out to keep your suitcase on or use as extra chairs. (Clever.) Little signs in the bathroom reminded you it was okay to ask for forgotten toiletries or extra housekeeping. The overall vibe was "Relax, we want to take care of you." For just another cookie cutter hotel, it was nice. read more

We came through on a weekend in september. Staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean. Fitness room, swimming pool and hot tub/whirl pool available. Fitness room was pretty standard but i am always thankful for them. Free breakfast available. pretty standard stuff - muffins, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, milk, juice. If you are gluten free and vegan however not really anything for you and you might consider packing your own food with you. Would definitely come back if in the area. read more

We have stayed at Hampton Inn before in California and had a good experience. So, we chose Hampton Inn at Page, Arizona. We had more than one problem during our stay, but the worst one was a persistent facility noise that kept us up most of the night coming from somewhere downstairs. We had to change rooms the next night to one on the other side of the hall and pay a fee to do so. It was very uncomfortable to stay at that hotel. read more

This review is for my parents who stayed a few doors down from us in room 302. At 10 pm the carbon monoxide alarm began sounding and saying "alert carbon monoxide". They notified the front desk and in 10 mins or so the young lady came up. It was still alarming and she proceeded to set a ladder up, tear the alarm out of the ceiling and leave the room...Without saying anything. Now my parents are texting me again be we are worried that they are in a room that was alerting dangerous levels of carbon monoxide and the front desk lady took the carbon monoxide monitor out of the room. They tried to open the balcony door to let it air out but it was quite warm finally about an hour or so later they called down and asked to be moved. She hesitated stating she didn't have the same room available but they didn't care at this point, they just wanted to feel safe. So they changed rooms and were able to get to sleep around midnight. Nothing else noted from the front desk or the hotel. At the very least the room should be comped. My hope is that Hampton Inn trains their front desk employees how to handle alarm situations so the safety of the guests is not compromised. It actually would be a 1 star for them but the rooms are nice and the hotel is clean so 2 stars. read more

Astronomical pet fee, very modern, very beige. It did in a pinch but my husband had to sleep in the car with the dog. Inside I found the place to be aesthetically cold. Everything crisp & sharp. The towels were small, the bed hard, sheets stiff, pillows flat. You can tell the cleaners they use are exceptionally strong as you can smell them & halfway through the night my skin touching the sheets burned. The kids tossed & turned all night. The one with delicate skin got a rash (it cleared up by the next day so I'm thinking it was from the detergent in those sheets). On the bright side the rooms are massive, clean, & without the pet fee, pricing affordable. read more

3 1/2 stars We stayed a few nights at this hotel and the location was great, very convenient to the Antelope canyon ultras my friend and I were running. The rooms are very spacious with a fridge and coffee machine, the complimentary breakfast offers a little bit of everything you need, from waffles to eggs and sausages with healthy options such as oatmeal and yogurt. It seems like the breakfast area was understaffed, and on race weekend, when the hotel was full, the poor woman in charge was by herself trying to keep up with refilling everything, which was impossible. As a result, you had to wait forever to get coffee (it kept running out) or give up. I also noticed that the reception desk was unattended most of the time, which is not welcoming, the receptionist usually in the back and you had to wait if you had any question (and hope someone would show up eventually). Please note that if you want your room cleaned, you need to request it the day before, and cross your fingers that it will be done. I guess they are stuck on Covid mode and saving money of the cleaning staff. So, the hotel by itself is nice, it's more the service that's lacking unfortunately. read more

I was traveling back from Montana and stopped at a Hampton in Pocatello, Idaho and had a fabulous experience so I thought I'd stay again in Page, AZ. What a disappointment. I went direct instead of using an app and the front desk, discount rate from app and had me join Hilton honors. They had two coffee/tea cart areas one near lobby and one in breakfast area. They had a multitude of tea options with honey available. Varied breakfast items and quality paper/utensil goods. Bedding was so comfortable and had good pillows. Plus, price was less than page. This Page Hampton, had only one coffee/tea area next to lobby. Zero selection of teas green or black and cheap black tea too. None in breakfast bar, which was so inconvenient for breakfast. Cheap, cheap paper goods and utensils and less items for breakfast to choose from. Pillows horrible, and service personnel not helpful at all. Would not discount my room cost, not even with Hilton honors . Didn't even mention HH. So I booked with an app. Price difference between locations $50. Cleaning staff , did a hunk-a-loogy into the trash can while removing plastic bag with trash from breakfast garbage while I finished breakfast. Another, staff, had a break and ate breakfast while speaking to her husband on speaker phone. So although the hotel looks very nice, it's operated by people who are wanting to cut corners. The front desk service is terrible. They are never present in the front. In fact, we only saw someone there for a few minutes in the morning. Any other time it is empty. Second, their advice was to "do what you need to do" when asked about why our room wasn't made after we specifically asked for it. Hampton Inn is pretty much standard everywhere but this one especially stands out more than other Hampton Inn I've ever stayed so far. Studio Suite is very spacious. It comes with microwave and a fridge. View from the balcony is nice. Room has a plenty of USB and electric outlets for charging all of your electronics. I like the sliding door to the bathroom too. What made so different here is the staff here. Front desk staff at check in, check out and any other time I visited them were very friendly and courteous. The design was super practical too- the toilet was separate, so someone could get ready while it was being used or in the shower. Breakfast had the usually- eggs, potatoes, sausage and pancake maker. Do NOT stay here. Racist, hostile staff who make personal threats and add fraudulent charges. Called the police instead of offering a solution for their poor service. The police took our side and suggested to avoid all properties run by the Patels in Page, AZ (apparently this common knowledge that they are constantly out of line). As someone who travels often, we have never experienced such a scary situation. Stay at the Marriott or Resort on Lake Powell. Much better rates for exceptional service, quiet stay, comfortable beds, better food, etc. read more

Just like Mary Poppins - Practically Perfect In Every Way. Absolutely loved this hotel. You are greeted by friendly staff in a spotless roomy lobby, the rooms are clean and spacious- beds are amazingly comfortable, quiet and contain all the typical necessities. Absolutely love the pool and spa area with the large sliding glass wall that opens up to a beautiful outdoor patio during warm weather. They have one of the nicest fitness centers I've seen in any hotel. Plenty of equipment, complimentary water & towels. Complimentary breakfast was nicer than most with fresh omelettes, sausage, waffles, muffins, and plenty of healthy fruit choices. My one and only negative is that it's time to replace the bath towels. They have been washed and baked so many times they feel like sandpaper when you dry off after your amazing shower. read more

We originally were going to stay here two nights but there was a bus load of teens staying which resulted in a frustrating night. I, in no way, fault the staff or company for this as it was clearly not their fault, hence 4 stars instead of 1. The room was amazing and staff friendly. Our issue was the people in the room above us who were unable to walk normally and insisted on stomping their feet, and must have been practicing for an upcoming track meet since the stomping was almost constant until about 2AM. We called the front desk twice and they said they would contact the assh....people above us. Unfortunately this didn't seem to work but we were able to get out of staying and paying for another night. We appreciate the staff working with us in this case. Chaperones: PLEASE TAKE NOTE. If you are escorting teens or children in general, please impress upon them the basic and common courtesy of remembering that there are others around who may be adversely affected by [escorted teens or children in general] behavior.
