Beds were extremely comfy. We all slept like babies. The elevators were out of order and two rooms the keys wouldn't work. So we had to walk up and down the stairs multiple times to be given a new key and new room. By the time we got into our room it was close to 40 minutes. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. First of all when we booked we saw several advertisements stating a price match guarantee. We found a better rate and then booked with BW. I submitted the form with screenshots to prove the price difference. Please see below for the advertising of price match on BW website. The screen shot of the better price. And the price of bw for the same day. We put on the reservation we had a service animal but upon arrival they were very short stuff us and proceeded to bounce us around rooms to accommodate the animal we had already informed them of. And they proceeded to charge an Additional $250 local fee. We had moved to spokane but were in the area to sell our home. Not locals but they didn't listen. In the end they charged us $434.00. For a room that was not the one advertised or that we paid for. When the price match peeps got back to me they have only argued with me over the price match. They said the price had to be available when they reviewed it days later in order to price match. Meaning my limited low price on Super.com was no longer available 3 days later so they won't honor it. Even with a screen shot. See emails below. Then they told me the super.com was sold out and that's why they wouldn't honor. Then told me it was not a better price. So they wouldn't honor it. See below the price difference is clear. BW before tax: 164.15 Super before tax 146.74 BW after tax: 184.88 Super after tax 164.58 Both show Super lower. So that email is wrong completely. Then the service and room were so bad. It was not the room we paid for. They moved us. Treated us like we annoyed them. So we checked out and left that day. We didn't stay the night. We still have a 434.00 charge on our card. They haven't sent the fee back yet. They told us 4 different prices. On BM receipts say 164.15. Then 184.88. Then 219.88. They charged us over 400$ We didn't even stay. And they are giving me the runaround about the guarantee still and about the way our stay went. For such a big company they are truly showing how they will fight and be stingy even if they are wrong. They say price match in the listings. They even give you a quick run down of the rules for it. But then they hide behind this little stipulation in the fine print that says "if the price matches when they review it..." so however many days they decide to wait before they review it.... if it still matches after that, then they honor the price match. read more

I stayed here on 9/24/25. The toilet wasn't working in my room and the sink was extremely slow to drain. Because we were a late arrival, no maintenance people were on duty and there were no other rooms with two queen beds available. We literally opened up the toilet to repair it so that we would be able to go to the bathroom. I was told by a hotel personnel that a manager would contact me and that his name was MIKE. Today is 10/6 and I've made 6 attempts to leave MIKE messages to call me back!!! I'd give them a ZERO because of MIKE's willful disregard. Staff at the desk has routinely told me that they have passed along my message to him. The room was a standard, nicely appointed hotel room nothing particularly great or terrible about it. But the devil is in the details. From the way, the towels were folded to the extended selections on the breakfast bar, I felt this hotel was well managed and well staffed. There was a tiny little bug in the sink on our arrival, but from the rest of the experience, I felt like this was a one off not that the room was infested or anything. I wish I had read the other reviews about the smoke detectors going off. Every night we have stayed here the fire alarm has gone off multiple times and it's so extremely loud it took hours for me to get my toddlers back asleep. (Currently writing this at 6am). Also- our door lock would not unlock. They said the technology was extremely old. We had to get a new key from the front desk every time we opened it. They think it was because the metal in the door was deactivating the key. Really nice people, but skip this place. read more

We got in late on a Friday night, check in was fast and easy! The hotel was very clean and tidy. Our room was great! There is a pool, hot tub and sauna, unfortunately the sauna was closed. The pool and hot tub are both great, large heated pool and the hot tub was perfect temperature. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, love having the option to have it though! The hotel is nice but its location is next to a major intersection. You can hear each and every car rumbling through the hotel no matter where you are. It's so loud !! BE WARNED! Your ROOM may not be available - even though you booked it! AND THEY will NOT refund you!! Stay somewhere else. I don't want this happening to you too. What happened : 2.1.15 We booked a King bed with a sofa. When we showed up, it was not available for us - so they tried to give us a 2 double bed room. I said, "We purposely booked a King with a sofa so that won't work for us. Can you just refund and we will find another place to stay?" They said "No." The employee on duty would not and he called his manager and they would not either. So we left - as that room would not work for us. My husband me and 2 year old share the King bed while my daughter sleeps by herself. Hence why we booked the King with Sofa room. Before we left, I wrote down what happened and had the employee on duty sign the paper for proof. I called hotel management of Best Western Plus corporate /customer service as that is who they told me to contact. Customer service said they will contact the manager of the hotel to try to understand. The manager said "We tried to switch to a double bed room and they had none available." Like WHAT IN THE WORLD. Seriously! And the manager refused to refund. That's not even true and I even have proof with the employee signing the paper. I have no idea how they have such a high rating. I can't believe the manager would not want to make it right with the customer? Makes no sense. We were trying to drive 18 straight through...did work. We were looking for a hotel that had parking for a truck pulling trailer..this one did. We pulled up about 1:45 am to see if they had any available rooms. ...yeah they did. Wyatt checked us in: 1. Wyatt was awesome so calm and professional 2. For what we needed it was pricey BUT they do offer discounts for military veterans and other discount rates. 3. Breakfast 6am-9am...we missed that 4. Our room view was the back of a building Rooms are older, clean and simple, K-cup coffee machine with coffee, cups and necessary condiments. At 5:20 am smoke detector alarm woke is up. Shock the crap out of us. I raced out into the hall...someone had burnt toast setting off all the hotel smoke detectors. Hard to get back to sleep after that. I really don't know if I would stop here again...the price didn't support what we got use to. It suited our last minute needs. read more

Really great experience!! There are a number of things that stood out to me about this hotel, besides having a really great nights sleep! Which I did. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The remote had a sleeve over it - fresh remote - which was really a surprise. Looks like it was a washable sleeve, so less waste. Yay! The room had a sink & counter with a coffee maker, stocked with Seattle's Best coffee. The bathroom had a citrus shampoo, conditioner, body lotion & body bar. The breakfast buffet was one of the best! Tons of food options, nice crispy bacon, great coffee! There is a Walmart just behind the hotel, so pretty convenient if you forgot anything. My husband got snacks upon check-in, I think it was part of the loyalty program. BONUS! read more

We were so exhausted we needed a place to sleep so the Best Westerns have always been fine so after being shocked at the $149 for the night we stayed 11-9-21 , our room smelled like B.O. ! Somebody left old underwear & socks in the closet The smallest bathroom I've ever seen EVER ! Don't forget to wear a mask and here is our dirty room ! If I can give this place a negative I completely would ! Checked in at night super tired with my child and husband. Went to the front desk to get keys and what not .... Front desk who was completely zoned out finally notices I am at the front desk. He asked me "what do you need ?l" Uhm.... Excuse me ? I go in to tell him that I need to get keys for the room I've already checked in online. Supervisor was standing next to him while he blurts out "what?" I then went in to tell him that he was being extremely rude and that that's not a polite way to speak with guests. Mind you the supervisor is still just standing there. He slams my id back to me then tosses a paper down for me to sign. As I grab the room keys he slammed on the counter along with everything else . ... I'm heading to the door for him to sarcastically yell behind me "have a great day!" Supervisor is outside when im returning inside the hotel I asked her for name and said thank you. Plenty of better options in the area. They do offer early check in but it cost $35, even for 20 minutes. It hadn't snowed in over 24 hours yet the parking lot and walkways were covered in snow and ice. When I mentioned that my toddler had fallen because of the hazard, the clerk laughed. The walkways, lobbys, and elevators were left covered in mud. The rooms are clean and spacious and the morning shift was very kind and helpful but evening staff clearly did not care to be there, and was often not there at all. We stayed there because they offered a heated pool, hot tub, and sauna. We were not told (even after requesting a room near the pool at check in which we were denied) but the hot tub and sauna were both closed. The pool was open but was not heated and the entire room had construction equipment and insulation laying around which was pretty dangerous for our small kids. The breakfast had many options but there was no fruit option, the yogurts offered were expired and the eggs were cold and watery. Literally, any other hotel in the area would have been a better option. read more

We came into town on a Friday-Sunday for sporting events & extremely pleased with hotel. It's conveniently located to freeway, shopping, food, & Starbucks. The breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel. The coffee was great & it had creamers & caramel. The kids loved hot cocoa too. The cookies in afternoon was such a nice treat. I had a nice stay at this hotel. The only reason for a four stars instead of five is the small and awkward bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. They knew the area and airport well and were able to help me out. The hotel is three floors. My room was on the second floor and close to the elevator, yet it was very quiet. The space was clean, there were extra blanket and pillows. All the usual commodities were there. In the room with a king bed, there's a mini fridge a microwave and a little sink. The bathroom was very small and in order to get in the tub you had to completely close the door and maneuver around the toilet. There's plenty of space near the sink to spread out your toiletries. The breakfast spread was very good as well: oatmeal, eggs, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, waffles and pancakes machine, different tea. A nice selection of tea bags and a few jugs of coffee (decaf included). There's also a pool and a sauna. If you are in the area, you can't go wrong with this hotel. read more

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. The locations is super convenient as it is right off 395, but not so close that you hear traffic in the night. This most recent stay was great (12/23/19). The whole place is clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As a Best Western Rewards member it was nice that they gave me the points for staying there AND snacks when I checked in. The pool and hot tub being open 24 hours is a nice touch as well. The room was clean and comfortable. I slept very well. The free breakfast in the morning is good for a free hotel breakfast. All told I was very pleased with my stay and will stay again if I am traveling through the area again and need a place to stay. read more

Every member of the staff I encountered was pleasant and helpful. The only negative was the television in the breakfast room was tuned to Fox News. We checked into this best western on August 12. Nice looking inside and out. The young lady at the desk was very very friendly. We got there a little early and check inwas quick. Since we were traveling with our 17-year-old grandson. I asked if we could upgrade to a suite with king bed in one room and pull out in the main area It was huge and we were very pleased with it. The bathroom was very small but they all seem to be in these hotels. My only complaint is the complementary breakfast. I might also add that this was a Sunday morning when you should know it's going to be busy, especially with families. It was supposed to be open until 10 AM, but they were out of pretty much everything by the time we got there at about 915. I can't tell you how many times I heard people, including myself ask if there was any more biscuits and gravy. Nope. A couple of minutes later they were out of eggs also. There were some very dry small pieces of ham left and it was interesting when I heard a child at a table near us say "they expect us to eat this?". There was very little left in the bread case and it was pretty dry. I think I got pretty much the last glass of milk. I think there were still waffles after we left so that might have kept some people from starving. I have to say I felt very sorry for the many families that were shuffling in right behind us. I'm pretty sure people booked Best Western because they are expecting to get breakfast. I felt bad for the poor lady, who was trying to run the thing by herself because she was constantly having to tell people "no" that there was no more of whatever it was they wanted. The biggest revolt might have been over the lack of biscuits and gravy. I can only imagine that this whole situation also affected the amount of tips this employee most likely did not receive and certainly deserved for as hard as she was working. I guess my main point is to the management or owners, or whoever runs Best. Western Hotels. They could most certainly deal with it if they have to throw some leftover food out rather than be dishonest with people. If you say breakfast is going until a certain time, then make sure that there is food until that time. Or at the very least in your advertising of your free breakfasts, you might add that it goes until 10 o'clock or whenever but you can't guarantee there will still be food until then. By the way, this is not the only hotel with this very same issue. Other than this it was a very pleasant place to stay. Staff was great. read more

To be honest this hotel isn't bad. They consistently have above average customer service, an actually good breakfast, and the rooms aren't too bad. My only complaint? They have internet from the dark ages.... and they are in the middle of town. I hope you aren't planning on using anything that connects to the internet at all because good luck even using google. We booked this hotel when I was offered a job interview in the middle of our family vacation to Eastern Washington. We had never been to the Tri-Cities area before, so we had to research and find a pet friendly hotel for three people and a dog quickly. We wanted to get a one-bedroom suite so we had plenty of room. Best Western claimed to have suites and were pet friendly, so we called their reservations line. When we spoke to the reservations agent, we asked specifically whether the property had one bedroom suites, not just open room "suites." He assured us it did, so we booked the room. Upon arriving and getting our room keys, we realized they did not, in fact, have one bedroom suites. Instead, the room we ended up being booked in had one bed. That's it. No one bedroom--just a slightly larger room. When we inquired about this at the front desk, we were informed that every room was a standard room with one or two beds in the middle. Definitely NOT what we were looking for. But, because it was getting late and we didn't really have any other options, we ended up having to stay in a cramped room with two queen beds. Overall, this summarizes our stay: Hotel Pros: -Pet friendly. They even provide a little pet gift bag upon check in with a couple dog cookies and cleanup bags. -Wonderful manager's reception. The evening we stayed here, they had beef sandwiches, complete with au jus, sautéed mushrooms, bell peppers, and various cheeses. They also had sides like macaroni salad and green salad. You honestly could make a meal of their evening reception. -The hotel was clean. While everything was pretty dated looking, it was at least clean. -Great TV with numerous channel options. -Free, fast, and reliable wifi. Hotel Cons -No shocker here, but no one bedroom suites. We had just stayed in a Best Western in Omak, WA the evening prior, and they had huge one bedroom suites. I don't understand why some hotels classify large rooms as "suites" when the only difference between the "suites" and standard rooms is that the "suites" are slightly larger. A one bedroom suite is just that--a suite with a *separate bedroom.* -This goes along with the previous negative, but the reservations agents are truly clueless. I can possibly understand the mistake between "suite," in common parlance, vs. a regular room, but when we specifically ask "this does have a separate bedroom from the living area, correct?" and receive an emphatic "yes," you're seriously misleading customers. -This hotel abuts a road with heavy truck traffic. Several times throughout the night I heard the loud honking of semi trucks, which obviously was quite disruptive. If you do end up staying here, request an odd-numbered room away from the road. -Aside from the road noise, there was quite a bit of noise in the hotel itself. I was awoken around 5am with loud, booming noises. Never did figure out what that was all about. -The mattresses here are rather firm and uncomfortable. Simply put, Best Western Plus isn't the worst hotel you could stay at in the area, but it certainly didn't meet our expectations. read more

Kinda sad that I was so stoked to get out of the city even a one-night road trip to Kennewick for family stuff sounded great. I wasn't expecting much in the lodgings department and was pretty stoked with what we found at the B Dub. This hotel takes dogs, so we didn't have to get a sitter, plus the Tiny Beast loves nothing more than a road trip with the pack. Lots of the other people staying there had dogs with them, too, but you wouldn't know it by our room - spotlessly clean and no dog whiff whatsoever. What comes to mind when you hear "free breakfast"? Well, they had all that "free breakfast" stuff plus bacon, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, belgian waffles, strawberries, grapefruit, melon, tortillas and eight kinds of hot sauce. I wished for a bigger stomach, or a bigger purse. WalMart and McDonald's are right next door, too, which adds convenience and a true Kennewick-esque feel to your stay. read more

Second and last time we stayec we were called out of bed to move our truck and trailer or "we would be towed". Mind you we had been at the hotel over 3 hours. Every bit as good as the large hotel chain just a ways south (the chain I normally use) and less expensive! I used to stay at Best Western; but had moved away due some real quality issues at many remote locations. I'm now giving Best Western Plus locations another look after this location. Only negative was the hallway rug on the 3rd floor (have no idea about the other halls); that needs a serious cleaning... or replacement. Very dirty. There are plenty of great things to say about the Best Western Plus Kennewick Inn! The lobby is well-decorated and inviting, with a fireplace as the centerpiece. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is in a great location, close to the airport, Walmart and having plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are also very large, clean, tidy and well-furnished. The greatest aspect was the hot continental breakfast with a lot of options. They also had a complimentary dinner as well, which was first-come first serve, (though they made quite a bit, so I don't think it was a problem). The night I stayed featured Chicken Alfredo, breadsticks, salad, soup and cookies. For being included with the stay, it was a pretty good meal! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! read more

My opinion of the Best Western Plus would have been good , except for that when we we're checking out today, Deanna at the front desk absolutely refused to give my $125 deposit back! Her reason for not giving it back was different at different moments. At first she said that they don't take cash deposits, I told her yes you do because you took a $125 cash deposit and it is on the receipt. After arguing with her for a moment she went to the back for several moments then came back and told me that she talked to the boss and said that the cash was for my room. I let her know that that is not true n that I paid with my Washington Trust Bank debit card for the room. Reminded her that I have proof of it and she STILL refused to even get the manager on the phone for me, and still did not give me my money back. Husband then came in got upset after hearing her say that she was not going to give her money back and he asked me to start recording. Long story short I have a almost 5 minute video of us trying to get our deposit back from her and the little snob just kept lying making different reasons as to why she wouldnt give my deposit. Her reasons were 1. That they do not take cash deposits..(that's b.s It even shows $125 cash paid on my receipt that I signed late last night. 2. That she wouldn't give it back because we were "yelling" at her. (Lmao) 3. That she's not able to give the deposit back because guests aren't allowed to check out until tomorrow. Lmao.
