I stayed here on 9/24/25. The toilet wasn't working in my room and the sink was extremely slow to drain. Because we were a late arrival, no maintenance people were on duty and there were no other rooms with two queen beds available. We literally opened up the toilet to repair it so that we would be able to go to the bathroom. I was told by a hotel personnel that a manager would contact me and that his name was MIKE. Today is 10/6 and I've made 6 attempts to leave MIKE messages to call me back!!! I'd give them a ZERO because of MIKE's willful disregard. Staff at the desk has routinely told me that they have passed along my message to him. I wasn't looking for a free room but at this point, I'll be challenging the entire charge with my credit card company.....

Really great experience!! There are a number of things that stood out to me about this hotel, besides having a really great nights sleep! Which I did. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The remote had a sleeve over it - fresh remote - which was really a surprise. Looks like it was a washable sleeve, so less waste. Yay! The room had a sink & counter with a coffee maker, stocked with Seattle's Best coffee. The bathroom had a citrus shampoo, conditioner, body lotion & body bar. The breakfast buffet was one of the best! Tons of food options, nice crispy bacon, great coffee! There is a Walmart just behind the hotel, so pretty convenient if you forgot anything. My husband got snacks upon check-in, I think it was part of the loyalty program. BONUS!

Clean room, friendly staff, the bathroom was very small but clean. The breakfast wasn't great, not many choices but there are plenty of places to eat close to the hotel.

    Sauna is closed

Plenty of better options in the area. They do offer early check in but it cost $35, even for 20 minutes. It hadn't snowed in over 24 hours yet the parking lot and walkways were covered in snow and ice. When I mentioned that my toddler had fallen because of the hazard, the clerk laughed. The walkways, lobbys, and elevators were left covered in mud. The rooms are clean and spacious and the morning shift was very kind and helpful but evening staff clearly did not care to be there, and was often not there at all. We stayed there because they offered a heated pool, hot tub, and sauna. We were not told (even after requesting a room near the pool at check in which we were denied) but the hot tub and sauna were both closed. The pool was open but was not heated and the entire room had construction equipment and insulation laying around which was pretty dangerous for our small kids. The breakfast had many options but there was no fruit option, the yogurts offered were expired and the eggs were cold and watery. Literally, any other hotel in the area would have been a better option.

We came into town on a Friday-Sunday for sporting events & extremely pleased with hotel. It's conveniently located to freeway, shopping, food, & Starbucks. The breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel. The coffee was great & it had creamers & caramel. The kids loved hot cocoa too. The cookies in afternoon was such a nice treat. Great indoor pool & the gym was nice. The room had microwave, sink, and coffee pot. The staff was friendly. I highly suggest this location. Such s great deal at the price point.

We loved our stay! Great breakfast, front desk saved the day with a complimentary sewing kit, dog friendly hotel!

Great continental breakfast and clean, comfortable stay. Great for a road trip pit stop. Staff helped us book the right room.

The room was clean & the bathroom has a larger counter size than other hotels, which makes getting ready easier. The bathroom has a nightlight--so awesome! Who wants to feel their way to use the toilet in the middle of the night? The kids had a great time swimming in their indoor pool & hot tub, we liked the gym here and the best part: walking distance to/from our destination! It's a short 5 minute walk to the convention center (TRAC event) where they hosted the State Championship for Elementary Chess competition. The staff at this hotel was top notch! Everyone was kind, professional, and very customer service friendly. With nearly 2,000 elementary kids traveling for this event, the staff here were patient with kids and families as this hotel was at capacity during our weekend stay. They sell bottles of wine for $10 and microwave meals like Mac & cheese for $5, which the kids were fine with, and ice cream sandwiches/bars for $2, we learned from our friends/team mates traveling with us about the super-long-lines & wait times at the local restaurants (due to our event), and decided to dine-in for a fraction of the cost/time and enjoyed the east-side-sunshine we Western Washington folks never see, while the kids played. There's local dining within walking distance, but with large events going on, it seemed the locals here in Pasco weren't staffed ready to accommodate. If you've read my reviews of hotels I'm kind of a clean freak about having toilets accessible near the swimming pool (who wants to swim with kids peeing in a pool?) and this hotel does it right: there's a restroom with a shower INSIDE the pool area!!! Love it! There's another hotel closer in proximity to the TRAC convention center, but based on our experience, I'd stay here again if I was in the area. Super quiet, huge breakfast, comfy beds, big bathroom size, great staff. Huge shout out to front staff Ken! He made the stay super enjoyable AND hooked up this momma with the chocolate cherries I was craving! He's the best!

We arrived at peak cherry season the weekend of July 4th. Cherry trees surround the beautiful shared outdoor patio, ripe cherries covered the trees and were falling to the ground. Can one eat too many cherries? What is too many? Did I spoil my dinner? Yes! The Orchard Chalet is the bottom floor of the owners house. It is a 2 bed, 2 bath, living room with reasonably comfortable sleeper sofa, wood pellet stove, dining room & full kitchen. It has been a while since its last remodel, but it is comfortable and perfect for families. Its dedicated, semi-enclosed, outdoor covered patio provides plenty of space to spread out and relax. Our parents and children enjoyed their stay in the Orchard Chalet. We were able to comfortably entertain a couple families that stopped by to say hello. A building behind the main home is split into 2 units, the Sunrise and Santina Chalets. I stayed in the Santina Chalet which is freshly remodeled in a modern styling - highly recommended for couples wanting a romantic getaway! The bathroom has a spacious shower and soaking tub. Its backdoor opens to a deck overlooking the cherry orchard. Look for my pictures. The owners were very friendly, but sadly they were heading out of town so we missed out on the breakfast that others rave about. Will we return? YES!

Though the hotel was at the far south end of town it was conveniently located close to freeway access and other amenities such as fast food, sports bars, groceries etc. The hotel had a nice open lobby with comfortable seating, a breakfast area (that I never made it down for), a coffee bar with ok coffee for a hotel, pool, workout room, and laundry facilities on every floor. The room was surprisingly spacious with two queen beds, a sofa sitting area, a large bathroom, a flat screen tv, coffee maker, fridge, large closet that included extra bedding and an iron and iron board. They also had hot chocolate, which seems to be a rare find in a hotel these days, which is nice for my wife and I as we don't drink coffee.
