They also did not communicate properly with me at all. I was never asked what kind of haircut I wanted--no one asked if I wanted a V-cut or any other style. I came in wanting a perm, but they refused without fully listening to me. They assumed I wanted a curly perm, even though I never said that. No one asked if I wanted a straight perm, which is what I actually wanted. I feel like my opinions weren't taken seriously because of my age. Everyone deserves to be listened to and treated with respect, especially kids. Better communication and respect for clients would really improve this salon.

We called first but came in after 2pm per their request. They are open until 7 pm every weekday except Sunday at which they close at 6pm.
