He then gets confused and instead says he will do layers. We just wanted it to be short, no layers or anything. As he is cutting, he keeps asking my mom on how short she wants it but we just say shorter and shorter since he keeps asking. As my little sisters moves her head a little bit, he seems to get irritated easily and tells her in a very unprofessional way to stop moving her head. As he keeps cutting, we notice there isn't much progress. Keep in mind, my sisters hair is very long so we'll notice if it gets short to the point we want. He then keeps asking how much more we want it short, and since he isn't getting to the point. We politely tell him that we just need the sides to be shorter a little bit more. He then stares at my mom with a very angry face and says he can't keep doing this. He starts to yell and scream complaining that my mom can't keep saying go shorter and shorter. He then starts yelling and saying random things in anger and pulls my sisters cape while yelling saying he won't cut anymore and tells us to leave. He also starts throwing stuff like paper tissues on the floor. I then try to help him understand what the situation is but he keeps yelling for us to leave. I then tell him that I'll pay for what he has done. Instead he insults that we are cheap and tells us to leave. Our whole family have been going to this shop since it's started and all the ladies did amazingly but this was the one worst service ever done by this old man. She and I came up with a plan to help with my hair growth since I had cut my hair off and helped me plan out how to maintain the moisture in my hair.
