We called first but came in after 2pm per their request. They are open until 7 pm every weekday except Sunday at which they close at 6pm. Since most of the staff are Asian Americans make sure you communicate well how you would like your hair cut and styled. I got cut and color because a touch of grey doesn't suit me anyway. Having said that, we both were impressed with their professionalism and work. We think we got the same style as we would have at a higher price at a John's Creek or Milton salon for half their price. This place advertises a hot shave for a mere $15, whereas some places charge as much as $30. Today, when I walked in, I wasn't sure if I was going to stay. Lily was the only stylist in there, and she had a customer in her chair. Furthermore, I didn't know how comfortable she would be giving a hot shave, especially with a blade which is what I prefer. Frankly, a lot of barbers will do it, but I can tell they're not crazy about the idea, and some just aren't that great at it. Also, I'm fair complected with medium brown facial hair, and I've had more than one barber leave me looking like I didn't have eyebrows or trim my beard too close. Anyway, I was impressed with the amount of time and attention to detail that Lily put into the one customer, so I thought I'd give her a shot. I'm glad I did. She's good. I felt freshly lined up and am still rubbing my face. I have a regular salon I usually go to for my hair, but I'd be tempted to let her cut my hair next time too.

My oldest said while doing my youngest hair she yelled at her and said "I'm not playing stop moving" which made her cry more my child don't know you it's her first time getting her hair don't by this woman & for her to have treated them that way is disgusting. My oldest hair I blow dried prior to her leaving the house for a 10:30 appointment she arrived there 10:24 this person didn't call her back until 11:48 well yeah her hair started to transition back after waiting more than one hour & 30 minutes but charged me an extra fee because she had to blow dry the hair WHEN HER ASS WAS THE ONE LATE. She stated she has no control over the time going over which is bs you do hair get your shit in order as a hairstylist you should know how long a style will take. Why do you make appointments only to run over the next appointment time & inconvenience the next person. Unfortunately for me I had scheduled 2 appointments for both my daughters. My youngest had to use the bathroom, my oldest said that she told her to wait wow a 3 year old. She had my oldest fixing the beads & when she didn't properly do it she said damn how am I suppose to get that in there. She's not your fucking assistant...
