For such a beautiful salon and location the services and owners are nothing but disappointing. My sister and I saw Tiffany for years before the pandemic and had nothing but wonderful experiences. When the salon opened there was a change in staff. The owner Danny scheduled me with himself for a full set. The whole apt he was extremely pushy for add ons and kept saying "i need money so you should add diamonds" within a week my whole set came off. My sister went a few weeks later with Danny and had a similar experience where all her nails popped off. Two weeks ago before I left on a Disney vacation I called the salon willing to give them one more chance with another tech. I requested someone specific which they agreed to schedule me with, and when I came in I was told she did work that day. Within 3 days of my visit my nails began popping off. I tried calling the salon multiple times within business hours and no answer. I even messaged them directly on their Facebook and again no answer. Will never recommend to anyone. read more

If you want to sit there for a gel manicure for over an hour this is your place! This is the worst manicure I have ever gotten. I don't even leave Yelp reviews but I feel the need to. It took so long. The girl was so sweet and nice but was clipping me with the cuticle cutters and I was telling her to stop and she would do it again 10 mins later as if I didn't notice. Myy nails are literally slanted and different shapes and crooked. I also payed $37 for this with no massage towels lotion anything. This was so bad. Best gel polish I've ever had. Hands down. I am a former nail tech myself and I am sooooo picky but my nails look incredible and I even made an appointment before I left!!! I definitely recommend an appointment, as they are busy (obviously word is out that they're awesome here) but I did walk in and I was taken after a really short wait. There is an insane amount of colors to choose from here so I didn't mind the wait at all!!! Plus, I was able to get a look at some of the ladies' finished mains and pedis as they walked out the door. I went in to get a pedicure for my birthday which I have been looking forward to for a while. I was checked in, got in a chair and was left waiting for 30 minutes for a technician to come over. She did not say hi, spent less then 20 min on my pedicure. My toes smeared after 1 minute after she finished and made me wait standing in a corner to dry my toes. But not before I paid of course. Then after my polish was messed up she got angry repaired it, then it immediately got messed up again. I fixed it myself, should definitely look for a new place. Will never go back here. Got a full set of UV gel nails. They use the ibd brand of builder gel that is sold at Sally's. And they are charging $55. The cheapest product and charging that much money is insane. I go to a professional salon to have professional products. Otherwise I would go to Sally's and do them myself. The guy that was doing my nails had an appointment at noon and he was still doing my nails. The minute he seen his appointment walk in the door he rushed my gel polish and was acting like I was a burden because I was taking away time from his other appointment. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. The shape wasn't even right. Some nails were square and some were round. I'm new to the Worcester area and have pretty high standards for nail salons aka I'd like them to be clean and have good customer service. A friend recommended this place so I walked in and Tony was able to do my gel mani, it was perfect, he did it exactly how I liked it, so kind, very personable and so patient. This was about a month ago and I tipped well over 20% because I thought the service was excellent. I even told Tony I would come back to him. Fast forward to last week, it was my birthday, I was excited to treat myself to a dip manicure and I made sure to go back and ask for Tony because he had previously done such a good job. HUGE MISTAKE. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what. I greeted him warmly saying "see I told you I would come back" and he didn't even acknowledge me so I was like ok whatever let me just pick a color (they have a great color selection btw) and he was getting agitated because I was asking for his opinion on colors because I couldn't choose. Finally I was tired of his attitude so I just picked some mood changing pink/purple and sat down. He was literally ripping my skin off while pushing back my cuticles to the point where one finger was bleeding and my thumb was dripping blood and when I tried to draw my hand back because I was in pain, he told me I had "sensitive skin". My fingers were literally on fire to the point where I said never mind and again HE WAS SO RUDE about everything and he was like "whatever" I even paid for the manicure without polish (in hindsight it was a waste of $15) and did not tip. I'm very disappointed because I had such a good experience the first time but I doubt I'll ever go back. I'm not looking for any handouts but maybe ask Tony to work on his attitude or you'll lose customers. I'm so disappointed and now actually have to go to urgent care (again) because my thumb is so infected. Thanks Tony, you ruined my birthday. read more

I came to do pedis with my sister in law and honestly... I had ten times better. paid $90 for two for their pedi that included as stated : callous removal, hot stone, hot towel, scrub, cuticle removal, and polish. Well I did not get any callouses removed or a scrub! The lady that did my nails cut them all crooked! The hot stone was not even 5 mins long. She half assed my pedi. I'm pregnant so I told her to please massage the bottoms of my feet, what did she do..massage my legs. Then she got oils on my leather sandals & they are stained. So yea that's my review. I got dip and a he asked me how thick I wanted them and told her not super thick, may be the reason why one broke two days later, and the rest proceeded to come off a week and a half later. This is the best nail salon in the area by far! I've had Lilly and Kathy do my nails and they come out great every time. Danny the owner is really nice and even started my nails because one of the girls was running behind. The only bad thing I can say about this place is that you really always need an appointment, you can't just walk in because they're always busy. I'm really disappointed with this place and maybe it's because I had really high hopes given this place has almost 5 stars! First off, I paid WAYYY TOO MUCH $89 for a mess on my hands and feet. I asked for ombré French acrylics. Kathy suggested gel she said it doesn't look good with reg nail polish (which is more expensive, fine). I was under the impression that she was the one posting the pictures on Instagram and yelp so I couldn't to make her my nail lady. As I mentioned her work she went along with it. She applied 6 or 7 coats of nail polish and I hate my nails thick!! I look at my nails like oh god what did she do?! It had already took an hour and I wasn't going to spend another hour with my 3 year old. Fast forward pedicure, emma suggested a more expensive pedicure that should take 40 minutes. It wasn't that long. I was so annoyed and disappointed at this point that I just picked a random color and got it done. The nail polish on my toes bled all over the corners of my nails. When the nice bill came I wanted so badly to react but I paid and walked out. The girl in the front told me "they look fine that's how they're supposed to look." She acted like I was a bother and said I guess someone can do them over if you want. I said no I don't have time. Now I'm here with ugly fingers and toes and out $95. I don't know what to say about this place- but I can say I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done. Work keeps me from getting them done as often as I would like but I won't be going anywhere else and I pass about 10 salons on my way back and forth but I refuse to go anywhere else. They do gorgeous work!!!! Positives: great selection of different treatments and packages, friendly service, willing to stay past closing hours and not rush to finish the job. Negatives: pricey and my gel manicure wasn't very clean looking (i.e. the nail polish was not shaped around my nails after being applied) and started lifting and peeling off within 3-4 days of having my manicure. If this place wasn't as expensive, I may have come back again and asked for a different esthetician next time. read more

Came here because I was looking for a well established nail salon for a couple hours of pampering! Pedicure was originally all I came for. They got me right in and began, ok pedicure nothing spectacular.. I was a little disappointed they didn't include a scrub on feet and legs only lotion I'm guessing you have to upgrade for that... I later noticed when I got home you could see the blobs of top coat where it wasn't evenly applied. I then got convinced to go nails and ended up doing a acrylic overlay because they're so weak. I will say it's been about 2 weeks and they still do look great... color has stayed nicely and very nice natural shape. I loved that I was in and out in justtt about 2 hours maybe a little less. I am SUPER picky about getting my nails done because they are paper thin and very sensitive - so I am happy to say Couture Nails did an AMAZING job!! They were quick and efficient, all the nails are even and have no specs or anything! The nails look flawless and the best part is the technicians were super gentle with me, and made sure to put plenty of that protective polish on before they did the gel color. I will absolutely be back!! P.S. they have a huge color selection and lots of designs - the color and brands even have notes on them if they are recommended or not recommended for certain nail services (like gel or acrylic) read more

So I came in last minute about 2 weeks ago on November 17th and I got my eyebrows done. I also tried the dip manicure for the first time. The last time a had my nails done was about 2 years ago so I was a bit nervous. I have to say at first a had a lady working on my nail, she kept receiving text messages on her phone. Eventually she said she would have another gentlemen take over. That should have been my sign to not continue through with the dip. He was friendly and I thought he had done a good job. But 4 days ago I was backing up into a parking spot and my thumb got caught on my shirt as a was turning the wheel and my nail broke. Now these nails are supposed to last 4 weeks! That is a completely fail! I didn't do any extreme force for this nail to break. I am very disappointed I paid $38 for this. Now I have to walk around with a broken nail for another couple of weeks. Never again.. pedicurist rushed me into the foot bath that was totally full of water soaking the bottom of my pants that were actually capris.. didn't give me a second to roll them up. Very rough and extremely rude. Then when my friend questioned the up charge of $20 on a gel manicure.. we were laughed at for about 10 minutes. I should have read the reviews more carefully. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Especially after making an appointment days in advance. I will no longer use any services provide by this company. I will also use every online outlet to spread the word. Your discriminatory practices will cost you the business of all that refuse to spend money at such a despicable establishment. While I was seated at the drying station, a salon employee approached me with the ticket and stated "pay now." I then pulled out my wallet and provided payment. I observed other customers leave the drying station, retrieve their coats from the rack and then approach the register to provide payment. After my nails were dry, I asked to speak with a manger. I informed him that I would no longer use their services and explained the incident. The manager lied and informed me that it is store policy to retrieve payment at the drying station. My friend called them out on Stop the Hate 508 and their apology was insulting as it implied that there was a misunderstanding on my part.
