Out of these 5 stars Jeanna and her team is a 10 star team. She made my (our) special day the best it could ever be. I was on a budget wedding and I told her everything I wanted and she delivered plus some. She let me call her when I was freaking out over nothing and would help calm me down. The day of she kept all my crazy friends and family in line and made sure my fiance and I had moments to just breathe and be married. Plus she made sure I always had a fresh drink in hand haha Luckily out of all my friends I'm the only one married so I can reccomend her for all my friends future weddings! Haha read more

Jeanna Graham (of Couture Weddings and The Bride in Tampa FL) is a totally incompetent wedding coordinator. My wife and I seriously considered using her for our wedding, but we ultimately did not hire her because she was pushy and difficult to work with. She was a poor "listener," as she had no desire to help us make our wedding into what WE wanted it to be. She was mainly interested in forcing us to use her selected vendors, who we suspect were giving her kickbacks. She also kept trying to upsell us on tacky add-on services we didn't want (like a send-off in an old car), from which we suspect she'd make a commission. Unfortunately, my sister-in-law did use Jeanna as her wedding coordinator for her recent wedding. What a disaster Jeanna was on the wedding day! The wedding day was completely disorganized and chaotic. Due to Jeanna's poor "coordinating," nobody in the bridal party knew where they were supposed to be and when. For example, my wife was waiting around alone at one location for 1.5 hours. The groomsmen were waiting around at a different location for 2 hours. Jeanna never even took the time to prepare a wedding day schedule for the bridal party. The entire day was a mess. Jeanna screwed up many details of the wedding that are were her ultimate responsibility. For example, there was "accidentally" a sweetheart table even though the bride and groom told Jeanna that they did not want one. Also, the reception seating chart was left in the incorrect room and none of the guests knew where it was, so they all had to hunt around table-by-table checking to see which seat had their name on it. More, the bride and groom had personalized champagne flutes, and the "Hand Wash Only" sticker was left on them. There are many more examples like this. These are details -- some big, some small -- that a good wedding planner would have handled correctly, but Jeanna did not. Jeanna was also dressed unprofessionally during the wedding. She wore a denim jean jacket and yoga pants, and looked totally tacky and out of place at a formal wedding. All day, many in the bridal party were talking about how bad Jeanna was. Jeanna had one job -- to coordinate things. The entire day was miserably uncoordinated, so Jeanna failed abysmally at her job. We're so glad we saw the signs and chose NOT to hire Jeanna Graham for our own wedding. But our poor sister-in-law didn't get the memo, and Jeanna caused major chaos on her wedding day. read more

I don't know if I am the standard clientele for Couture, being a 50 year old gay guy getting married to a younger man, but I couldn't have been happier with my relationship with the team while prepping for my wedding. I threw them for a loop, because I was actually hosting 3 parties! One was our "bachelor party", which was a casino themed party held at one of my business locations. With their suggestions, we were able to transform the space, and it was an amazing night to remember. Though I was relatively hands on with the planning process for this party, Jeanna (Gina) ruled the night, keeping the drinks and food flowing, and I didn't have to worry about anything at all. I simply enjoyed the party, and all 200 guests had an amazing time! Saturday was the rehearsal dinner at my apartment clubhouse. I was going to order pizza and call it a day, but she stepped it up to be a great party, with full bar, decor and gift bags for all 70 guests. Sunday finally was the wedding and the team continued to amaze me. They had taken everything into consideration and I had nothing to worry about. My fiance is Jewish, so there were a lot of traditions to be upheld, and she guided us all day long without a hiccup. So I would totally use them again to plan my wedding and parties. What I love about them: -No problem with gender/sexual orientation or age -Really worked magic with my budget for the entire weekend -She has such a passion for making the day special. I never realized how many details would come into play, and she handled every issue with ease. -The flowers were crazy amazing and are still alive and well! -More than my wedding planner, I now consider them friends! Jeanna is simply wonderful! Planned a wedding for my daughter and other florist was not working out at all! Called Jeanna and had a conversation with her about what my daughters tastes were in flowers and what she was looking for in bouquets. We had just about 2 weeks until the wedding! Jeanna came thru with gorgeous bouquets! Just what my daughter wanted! Had opportunity to meet Jeanna for the first time the day of the wedding and am still amazed at how well she listened to our needs and fulfilled those needs. All within budget! My husband and I started planning our November 2017 wedding about 9 months prior. We thought that we would be able to handle planning a small wedding ourselves without a professional wedding planner. Boy were we wrong!!! We made many quick decisions early on from church and reception location to multiple vendors. Little did we know at the time how much coordination it would take between all the vendors to really get a well organized wedding. We simply had no idea what we were doing. We had a very hard time creating the vision and flow of the wedding. I came across Jeanna from Couture Weddings and More by recommendation while searching for my dress. She could tell I was very anxious and stressed about the entire process. My first impression of Jeanna was how knowledgeable and enthusiastic she was about wedding planning. We hired her as a part-time wedding planner, our florist and our day of coordinator. She excelled tremendously!!! She did more than she was asked as she had to correct all our mistakes and kept us very much at peace during the process. She met with us often to keep us posted on details. I came to Jeanna with a few pointers photos and a general color palate and I ended up with the wedding of my dreams. She can bring any semblance of a vision you may have to life- and then some. She went above and beyond with everything she promised us. Truly a creative spirit, this woman will listen to your vision and take it to the next level. The florals on our day were so extremely beautiful even my groom (who did not even want to spend any money on flowers!! )-- was so blown away he admitted how worth it the display was! This girl goes beyond florals- furniture, donut walls, step & repeats- you name it and she can deliver it. Jeanna Graham used to own The Bride in Tampa and we purchased my daughter's dress from her. After the wedding, she picked up my daughter's dress in July 2019 indicating she had an excellent cleaner. To date, after repeated texts and calls, I have had no response from her. I see she is now working for Couture Weddings and More. As I do not have the dress back in April 2020...it is bordering theft of a very sentimental item. I cannot believe someone in this industry would do something like this to a client. I CANNOT express enough that no matter what Jeanna says she cannot be trusted. All I want is the dress to be returned and she will not respond. read more

I am the "sister-in-law" of Joe S. review from 3/6/18 and I completely disagree with his perception of my wedding. Jeanna Graham of Couture Weddings is an amazing wedding coordinator and day of planner! I recently had my wedding March 3, 2018 at the Museum of Fine Arts in Saint Petersburg, FL and it was absolutely phenomenal. My wedding was gorgeous and everything was perfect and that was in part due to how amazing Jeanna was! Thanks to Jeanna, my wedding day was smooth and ran beautifully. I was able to enjoy mimosas in the morning with my girls, have my hair and make-up done without stress, and get hours of pictures done with my photographer and videographer. Jeanna kept the day moving without stressing my bridesmaids, mother, or me out! My wedding was extremely organized. There were a lot of intricacies to my wedding, including the set up for cocktail hour, Ketubah ceremony, ceremony, and reception. Jeanna executed all the fine details that we had planned months and months for -- and honestly, she delivered way beyond my expectations!!! Jeanna and I met many times prior to the wedding, including venue walks, phone interviews, and in person meetings. I live in South Florida and Jeanna was very flexible to meet me throughout the year whenever I was in town. This kept me calm-- as planning a wedding out of town can be difficult. Jeanna guaranteed me a beautiful and organized wedding, and she delivered just that! Jeanna was also my florist. Words cannot express how beautiful my bouquets, corsages, and boutainaires were. And my centerpieces were absolutely gorgeous!!! When I saw my chuppah for the first time, I was floored how beautiful it was. Every single detail of the chuppah was executed beautifully! Honestly, every time I think or see pictures of my flowers, it makes me smile. Jeanna kept my bridal party moving and ensured they were at the right places at the right times. Wedding days can be chaotic -- but not mine! I was so glad that my entire wedding party was ready to take all of our pictures at the correct time and location. I am so happy my husband and I chose Jeanna to help plan our wedding, as it was the best day of our lives. Jeanna was professional, fun, and had amazing ideas. Our wedding was exactly what I wanted and more. I wish I could relive that day over and over again, as it was the best day of my life. My friends and family are still talking about our wedding-- how it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever been to and how gorgeous everything was. Poor communication. No show for wedding rehearsal. Left wedding immediately after ceremony and BEFORE reception despite being contracted throughout entirety of event. Lied to bride and groom on multiple occasions. Failed to deliver on services she convinced us she could handle (floral, transportation, bar). Suspected she closed her business and moved out of state since our event. If that's not the case, I hope you read this and save yourself. RUN. DO NOT HIRE. Will not waste anymore time as there are not enough words to further describe how terrible of a person she is. read more

At first she's great, and then a month or two down the road she ignores your calls, tells you she's "on it" but fails a lot to do what she said she'd do, and gives attitude about the wedding if you don't want to do things how she would do them. I'm talking stylistic and detail things like when to cut the cake, or what dance floor color you want. I remember during one meeting she told me to let go of caring about a schedule because it wasn't going to be followed. I get that things happen but as a planner your job is to comfort the bride and say you're going to do your best to follow the plan. She also told me several times she called vendors and vendors would call me and ask me what the set time was for the wedding, I'd text Jeanna, Jeanna would say she'd reach out to them, or tell me that she had already reached out to them, but vendors would tell me they hadn't heard from her. Jeanna told me she had a meeting scheduled with the hotel "tomorrow." A week later I spoke with the hotel who told me they hadn't heard from the wedding planner. Again, I'd call her and ask her to do things and she'd reassure me that she would. Again she wouldn't. Another time, I needed help finding a lighting person to do the wedding because the one I wanted was booked up. She claimed she knew someone who did both lighting and draping, and she'd keep telling me she'd contact them. Every time I'd ask her, she'd come up with the same bogus answer- no worries love! I'm going to contact them again. But the funny thing is is every time I'd talk to her about things I needed for the wedding, she'd forget that we ever talked about it and she would never follow up on things she said she'd do. I started realizing a theme, and realized that if I didn't do it myself it wouldn't get done. I ended up doing practically everything. Two days before my wedding, at a family party for the wedding, I had to sit away from everyone emailing all the vendors on behalf of the venue for vendor conduct forms because the planner didn't do it. Day of the wedding, my husband was accidentally in the room I was heading to. Upon realizing this Jeanna cussed at him and yelled "you need to get the f**k out of this room" several times. Acted this way in front of vendors and was snappy with hotel coordinator. bridesmaids and family said she was rude and incompetent, and they were forced to take care of things on their own because she wouldn't help/was nowhere to be found. She was supposed to communicate to family while they were waiting in the lobby what time they were supposed to take pictures. My bridesmaids ended up doing it all. Day after, I realized my guest book was missing which is the worst part of this for me. The custom table numbers I purchased were missing. And most shockingly of all, SEVERAL GIFT CARDS WERE MISSING. Throughout the night, Jeanna was carrying the cards to my fathers room in the hotel. We confirmed cards were missing by contacting people. One of the cards was handed to my husband at the end of the night. We wanted to take a picture together so my husband handed the card and his phone to jeanna's assistant who took the picture for us, and that was one of the cards that was missing. Regardless of whether there was foul play on her or her assistants behalf, they were responsible for ensuring the safety of the cards and they were ultimately lost. When I contacted her the next day, she told me she would follow up immediately. It's been a month since my wedding and i haven't heard anything from her. She told me she "gave" the acrylic table numbers to the florist. The florist told me Jeanna hadn't given her anything and that Jeanna was nowhere to be found during break down. I actually saw Jeanna sitting at the bar right after the wedding ended. There were so many questions she kept asking me while I was doing my makeup about set up that she should have known and had solidified before hand. I swear it was like she was winging it. Jeanna and her team are amazing! I purchased my dress through Jeanna at The Bride and had the best experience. When I found out she was a planner as well we knew we needed to continue working with her. She brought our vision for our wedding day to life and she worked very well with my family and I during the planning process. She even let me borrow a veil from her shop when the veil I had an originally purchased online from another place was not what I expected and we were to close to the wedding day to find another. Couture Weddings and More did an absolutely amazing job with my 3 day wedding weekend. Jeanna and her team were outstanding in communicating with me and my husband before our wedding to make sure that everything we wanted was done for our special day. When I was originally planning my wedding, I thought that I didn't need to hire a planner, but I couldn't have been more wrong! Jeanna and her team took care of all of the little details I never even thought of, like moving decorations and drinks from one venue to the next, and moving all of our gifts into our home so we didn't have to. Everyone is so friendly and personable and all of my wedding guests kept telling me how wonderful and helpful Jeanna and her team were. If I ever had a question about anything at any time, Jeanna was always there with an answer! Plus, the flower arrangements she created were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what we talked about. Kacie and Jeanna helped me develop my wedding vision and bring it to life more beautiful than I could ever imagine. They were so helpful and responsive to always answer all my questions and make wedding planning as easy as possible. Wedding planning is definitely stressful, but they really took off such a burden and assured me that everything would be perfect and it was!! They worked with my budget and it looked absolutely amazing!! All the bouquets and flower arrangements were gorgeous! The decor was beautiful and really fit the look I was going for- simple and romantic, but still chic and classic. Everything from planning, seating chart, all of the decor, flowers, day of coordination and so much more they've got it covered! I highly recommend them! My close friend used Jeanna G as her wedding planner, and I was one of the bridesmaids. I have to say that I just didn't think much of this wedding planner. Lots of things were just really difficult on the wedding day, and I know the planner caused all of us a lot of unnecessary stress. I've been MOH or bridesmaid in about seven other weddings that used wedding planners, and I thought this wedding planner wasn't anywhere up to the quality of the other wedding planners and just didn't seem very professional. My close friend's wedding was still beautiful and lots of fun, but I would recommend you consider other wedding planners instead of this one. read more
