It's always been near me but I never thought to go. I ended up buying another pair of Prana pants in a different color than I already had. Also a couple sun shirts. With the discounts they were reasonable prices. When checking out, they give you a few vouchers to get in again which is nice. The fitting room was closed when I went for some reason so I had to buy some items without trying them on. Ended up having to come back to exchange a size and it took a little bit of time and a few higher ups to call others to get my stacked discounts maintained. I'd come back if able to again.

I was looking for guidance on how to receive a price adjustment. The parts employee was not professional, seemed bothered and ultimately hung up on me. I am not typically a complainer, however felt it was important to share my experience/concern with Camping World Management. Store manager Candy, along with her supervisors were absolutely wonderful, attentive, ethical, professional and addressed my concerns related to my customer service experience. I would absolutely recommend Camping World in La Mirada for those looking for a business where the customer is valued and they strive to improve their employees communication skills. Thanks Candy!!!

Camping World. Over…read morethe weekend, I purchased a sale item for my motorhome, but unfortunately it didn't fit. I returned to the store shortly after to exchange it for the same item in a different size. From the moment I approached the register, the cashier (ID #013191, no name provided) had an unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude. Her demeanor alone made the experience uncomfortable. When she processed the exchange, I was told I had to pay a price difference because the sale had ended. I understand policies, but this was a direct exchange for the exact same item--just a different size. A little flexibility or customer consideration would have gone a long way. She offered to ask a manager who was standing just a few feet away, but he completely ignored the situation and walked off without acknowledging us. That lack of support and accountability was extremely frustrating. At that point, I chose to request a full refund. I refuse to spend money at a business that lacks basic customer service and proper employee training--from cashier to management. It's especially disappointing considering my husband pays for a premium membership, only to receive this level of service. Overall, this experience felt dismissive, unprofessional, and not customer-focused. I hope the company takes steps to improve both staff training and customer care.

This review is long overdue. I located this company based on an ad in Alloy & Grit magazine…read more Essentially, Off The Grid Rentals has a few locations but they are done in partnership with independent shops, in this case Spirit Off-Road. (I'll do a separate review for them too.) I rented one of their rear-drop camping trailers for a trip to Zion with my son for his birthday. The staff at Spirit Off-Road was incomparable in their friendliness, willingness to help, and how accommodating they were in helping my son and I secure a rental. They were even willing to drag the trailer out just so we could have a look at it. The trailer has a list of available amenities to make tour stay comfortable. A complete kitchenette with a stove, sink, and available refrigerator. 30 gallons of non-heated water. A locking cargo cage (perfect for firewood). It has a stereo, USB chargers, and lighting all powered by a solar rechargeable battery system. The interior was plenty comfortable for both my son and I. (He's 8 years old and not too big and I'm 6'1" / 190). The interior is well lit and warm. The small shelving and cabinets inside make for great storage of items. The tires & wheels are more than off-road capable. The trailer is high grade construction and extremely durable and sturdy. This is not some cheaply made gimmick trailer. The little tear drop is a real conversation starter and we had at least half a dozen people approach us about the rental. Things to consider or some "now I know for next time's": Disconnect the trailer from your tow vehicle as the electrical system will draw off the battery overnight. The kitchen is kind of tall so if you're a shorty then a step ladder may be a good plan. We had a good rain so our cage of firewood needed to dry. We should've laid a tarp over it once we arrived or just bought bagged wood. The ARB refrigerator was reasonably effective. Don't use the small void outside the basket though. Even though it seems handy it failed to keep our meat cold there and it all went bad. All the food in the basket mesh area was good though. We will absolutely rent here again. It was a wonderful trip and the trailer contributed considerably to our comfort and overall enjoyment.

It was beyond handy to be able to roll up to a campsite, spend 5 minutes unhooking & setting up, taking the car into town, and returning back to a comfy bed ready to go, and great kitchen setup for cooking. Taking off in the morning was equally easy. My partner is pretty tall (6'4"), and he fit comfortably in the trailer. The sturdy wheel wells were handy for putting out shoes or drying dishes. The wide and tall tires kept the drive smooth. The kitchen was very functional, and made easier when standing on the stool, since it's pretty tall. Appreciated the pass-through and lighting. We didn't do much off-roading, but did need to park up some rocky roads around Big Sur, and the trailer handled it like a champ. We only used the sink a couple of times, but it worked well. We had some problems with the fridge, but the team was very responsive and resolved our issues as much as they could. We'll definitely want to use Off The Grid again (if we don't end up buying our own dream trailer like this one). Thanks!

I wager a reseller could have negotiated to buy the remaining inventory for even less to make a profit. Parking at the Grove and Farmer's Market is horrendous to the degree that their policy, validation and rates they charge customers to shop there is very counterintuitive to supporting their retailers to generate foot traffic and business. I wonder if the shopping center's mismanagement was cause of the Backcountry downfall to close this store and liquidate inventory and sell fixtures. The shopping center's parking system is disingenuous to supporting retailers and customers. You park, you eat, you shop and buy, hang out for maybe 2-3 hours, spend money and even with a merchant parking validation you pay $17 to park and support the center's businesses.
