Now fast forward to the second and LAST time we ever come to this place I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. It was a two week hold on our item. We called and asked to do it again and came to pay the money to buy it back and the man owner whoever said it was only a week and unable to buy it back. The frustration and anger we feel at the moment doesn't describe how lack of communication and informative to make it known that he made it a week instead of the two week pawn that was literally the agreement and whole point. Wouldn't of just randomly showed up a week late and just expect it to be there to pay the money to buy it back. It was a BRAND NEW item. Just feels like an establishment that doesn't want to help people, just wants to take advantage of people during a difficult time. Felt like a " fuck you oh well " type of deal with a smile on his face. Felt robbed, taken advantage of and so much more emotions. Im not one to write reviews, but I'm gonna do anything I can possible to let others know to be cautious and avoid this business. I have taken my children and grandchildren to "Range USA Mentor" to introduce them to firearms and the rules and practices of firearm safety. Proper handling and respect for firearms is the only way to assure their safety. "Range USA Mentor" has 20 climate controlled shooting lanes with a range marshall on duty at all times. It is clean, well maintained, and well lit. The retail side of the store has something for everyone. They have a wide variety of guns and ammunition to choose from to serve any purpose as well as all the cleaning and maintenance equipment you need. The people are knowledgeable and can answer all your questions. The only reasons I did not give them a 5 star rating is because they are a bit pricey and they no longer have 1/2 hour time slots on the range. You have to buy 1 hour whether you need it or not. Even so... I highly recommend them. Whether you just want to hone your skills or you want to introduce a novice to the sport, it is the place to go.
