The first encounter with this establishment was fine. Communication and friendliness ETC me and my fiance had a loan out for an equipment of ours. Kinda thought the amount of money to buy it back was extremely high but were grateful to do that because we were in a bind. Now fast forward to the second and LAST time we ever come to this place I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. It was a two week hold on our item. We called and asked to do it again and came to pay the money to buy it back and the man owner whoever said it was only a week and unable to buy it back. The frustration and anger we feel at the moment doesn't describe how lack of communication and informative to make it known that he made it a week instead of the two week pawn that was literally the agreement and whole point. Wouldn't of just randomly showed up a week late and just expect it to be there to pay the money to buy it back. It was a BRAND NEW item. Just feels like an establishment that doesn't want to help people, just wants to take advantage of people during a difficult time. Felt like a " fuck you oh well " type of deal with a smile on his face. Felt robbed, taken advantage of and so much more emotions. Im not one to write reviews, but I'm gonna do anything I can possible to let others know to be cautious and avoid this business. Honeslty don't know how people can take advantage of people like this its beyond ignorant read more

I visited this Pawn Shop recently and Customer service with Dan was Professional and he was nice. The shop is clean inside and Organized well. The store has a good variety of items. This was my first experience there and was better than a few other Pawn Shops I've been to. read more

BUYER AND SELLER BEWARE - Dude here is bogus. Told me my AirPods were fake. I had purchased them directly from Apple. (apparently he is not familiar with MagSafe technology). Refused to check the serial number on apple support. He said they were fake because of the "click sound" on the case. Then, proceeds to show me what "real AirPods look like" with goofy pair he has for sale - which were DEFINITELY knock offs....they didn't even have a compatible apple charging port. Literally confused, I called apple to confirm my AirPods were indeed legit, they laughed because of the tomfoolery this guy must be doing. Confirmed by serial number and they could ping them with "find my device". Again, BUYER AND SELLER BEWARE! Oh yeah, he's also rude and laughs at you like you're some kind of hooligan trying to scam THEM. Also, don't go here if you find being called "sweetie" and "babe" cringey and creepy! read more

Lowballers offered me 40 dollars for a thousand dollar computer built last year. They were professional but I am never going back, know it is probably not an American business and you may hear them speaking a different language and customers might steal your stuff and if they don't...They will eye it like they want to steal it. I was worried two people were going to take something I had sitting on the counter. I definitely don't feel like the place is legitimate...he said they try to be fair but I left as soon as he said 40, they probably would of priced the PC at $50-200 and that is ridiculous even for rapid depreciation I see people online selling my GPU for 80-150$$$$!!! I've price checked everything on it and it is well worth $800 when I spent $1000. There was plenty of stuff there. Other than that I can't really say much about the place besides DONT SELL YOUR PC TO THESE PEOPLE. That's my "Advice" you'd be better off on your own terms pricing it yourself for what you know what it's worth. Try all the online marketplaces, pawn shops are dead. read more

After hearing from a couple of friends about this store I decided to check it out and see what kind of money I could get for my iPad. The place did not disappoint. I was able to get a price I felt comfortable with on my iPad. The gentleman working there was willing to negotiate and we met half way. It was nice getting cash immediately versus dealing with meet ups or eBay. A simple and easy transaction. As far as the store Itself it was well organized and the prices were very good on most of their items. They have a variety of tools, jewelry, electronics and music instrument. I've been to a few pawn stores or resale places where the prices felt a bit high for the used items they were selling. This place was very fair and had good deals on theIr items. A nice jewelry selection too.. I was able to put a guitar for my daughter on layaway, the gentleman mentioned that they post deals regularly on the internet and to keep checking back.
