Went here with my friend after we were both exposed to covid positive people. She made an appointment for 9am on a Sunday. We showed up at 9am and there was a line of 20 cars. The line was not moving. There was one young guy who seemed to be running the entire operation single handedly. On other guy would come out of a little office, swab someone, and then disappeared for over 15 minutes. Out of desperation, we waited there for over an hour and finally got swabbed. Meanwhile, they let a guy who came on foot with no appointment cut the whole line of cars. The guy who checked us in also did our swabs. He was very nice. No sooner than 6 days later I received my result: negative. Not very helpful. To top is all off, I tested positive on a pcr one day after that. The one guy working there said this company was started by a couple doctors in California. I have a feeling they are making a huge profit off this. They also need to revisit their business practices as this was the least efficient testing site I have had the pleasure of visiting during this pandemic. read more

Beware - if you make an appointment, do not expect them to be open for the promised time. If you're scheduling testing for travel like myself and others, this place is not setup for time-sensitive needs even if they say so on their website. There are other reviews of this clinic altering your sample collection date/time so it looks like they were never late in giving you results. If you're traveling to another country this could put you in legal peril. I scheduled a Molecular NAAT for travel for 1PM on Sunday. I read all the negative reviews and arrived 15 minutes early at 12:45pm. They were open so I drove up. The guy at check-in told me they are closing for lunch and to return in 30 minutes. I mentioned that my appointment is at 1pm though and you're asking me to come later. He said, "yes come shortly after 1pm ... come at 1:15pm." Ok so I left their lot and went to grab a coffee. Came back at 1:15pm and there was a sign blocking the entrance and now there were 4-5 cars parked ahead of me. The sign blocking the entrance said they were expected to be open again at 1:00pm--they didn't even have the decency to communicate the time change by updating the sign with whiteboard marker. Now there were more people queueing and walk-ups trying to figure out what's going on. I emailed them requesting a refund. Still closed as of 1:28pm. Had to schedule another appointment out of state to satisfy my time-sensitive needs. Don't spend your money here. I purchased a speedy response test for $129 online. Test was taken at 10:00 AM on 1/19/22. I was supposed to get the results back in two hours. Two hours came and went. It is now 3/17 PM on 1/19/22 and no results. No one to call. Email responded to but nothing happened. Notified Clark County Health because of the reviews. This site is over-scheduled, understaffed, poorly controlled and just an utter mess. With poor signage and no line control, maintaining your position in the line of cars was like "Mad Max", as other frustrated people tried to skirt the line and cut in. The resulting traffic mess was dangerous to other drivers. No wonder the line was so long - a single check-in and single tester for a line that stretched for 4-5 blocks. I have a flight coming up and came here to get a diagnostic test the week before, so i could have certainty i was negative and then quarantine a full week before paying for my travel test. i took my test on a sunday and now it's thursday night and i still haven't received my results yet. my travel test is tomorrow and i don't have the peace of mind of going into it with a negative result. their site claims a 1-3 turn around time, and i don't understand why it'll be (atleast) a full business week before receiving my results. go elsewhere for your testing, this place isn't reliable. read more

If I could do 0 stars I would. Thie is an UNETHICAL COMPANY. My mother booked her test on Christmas eve the earliest the UK government allows before travel. The appointment was 8.30, she didn't get tested until 9.30. The staff took her flight time and date, her money and tested her. We realise it was over christmas and there are delays because of that but if you have a flight on Boxing day and there is a maximum window, what else can you do? The staff member recommended calling to follow up on Christmas day to make sure it came back in time. Come christmas day and several phone calls in, we discover the labs were not open on Christmas day or Boxing day! So there was never any chance of the test coming back in time!! And they refused to even discount their 2 hour test, nor refund the $150 paid in good faith when there was never any chance of their providing the service paid for. read more

I paid $150 on the Covid Clinic website for an expedited PCR test, setting an appointment at their 729 NE Oregon St., Portland location, for 8:30 am on 12/27/21. Arriving early, I pulled in behind a line of cars. Two hours went by without anyone showing up to open the site. I spent those two hours sitting in the car, trying desperately to reach anyone at Covid Clinic by phone and email without success. Covid Clinic had my contact info and no one bothered to contact me. I made an appointment online for a Covid antibody test at the Vancouver Washington site. There were no instructions about exactly where it was, it was located in the Vancouver mall parking area which was empty when I arrived. Had to call and emailed them multiple times to finally find where it was. When I arrived, I texted the clinic as I was advised to do and no one came out. I had made three phone calls asking why no one was coming out to perform my test, finally the third person I spoke with explained that they had closed the clinic for the day due to bad air quality. She then said she was unable to refund my money and then I would have to do it myself online. I did report them as a scam to a fraud line. read more

I wish I could give this place -100000. I scheduled a 12 hour PCR Test that I needed for a flight the next day. I arrived for my appointment on time, and waited in line for 2 hours without even being checked in, before leaving without taking my test since I had to go back to work. I went to the appointment on foot, and during the entire 2 hours I was in line, not a single person who came on foot was checked in or tested. We were told they were "prioritizing" people who came in cars, without any explanation as to why or when they would start testing us. I asked the woman at the front of the line, and she had been waiting since the clinic opened, meaning they didn't test people who came in on foot for over 4 hours at the time I left, even though we all had appointments and pre-paid for the test. The testing site is in a parking lot, and there is no shade or seating for people who come in on foot, so you have to wait standing in the hot sun the entire time. It's insane to me that any testing clinic would operate with such disregard for it's patients time, but especially one that offers rapid 12 hour COVID tests for people who are traveling. I scheduled my appointment 15 hours before my flight, meaning I would have gotten the results 1.5 hours before I needed to check in if I was able to take the test around my appointment time. Even if I had continued waiting in line and gotten tested, the results likely would not have come back in time for me to make my flight. Since I couldn't, I wasn't able to get tested before my flight, and had to reschedule it. Do not go here. read more

There was no notice on their website or any of their emails that people should expect to wait over 2 hours (seriously) in their cars even WITH an appointment. If they had had the courtesy to at least give a heads up people could plan ahead, bring some snacks, fill the car up with gas, go to the bathroom/wear a diaper, and then they wouldn't be so mad. Made an appointment for a Covid test and arrived on at the drive through site and waited 3 hours in line to get the test. I understand tests are in high demand, but why bother with making an appointment that has no chance of being kept. Test results were quick, but honestly after the lack of ability to manage the process, I'm not very confident in the results. Overall impression is that this place is a rip off capitalizing on a real issue of test shortages. I came to the site with an appointment stood in line outside for one hour only to have someone who got out of her car to complain that she saw me walk up and didn't think it was fair that people were able to walk up. Other people in line had Ubered there and were tested right ahead of me. Because I wasn't able to merge in the line and pulled over and parked, then she told me I'd have to get back in my car and wait in the line which is around the block several times. I would never go to the site again. Not to mention they don't change their gloves in between each time they swab someone's nose. Terrible customer service and not organized at all! I have already been vaccinated so was surprised and unprepared when I developed symptoms of Covid. I scheduled my appointment at 11:30 pm for the next day...Labor Day. I was glad they were opened on Labor Day. I arrived a little before my appointment. with only one car ahead of me. The process was fairly easy and fast. I had realized on my way to the appointment that I should also get a flu test incase it wasn't Covid. I asked if a flu test could be added on but the attendant said no, they had no appointments left. That seemed a little ridiculous. I was there and he had a computer in front of him. But I did not argument. Actually I was so sick I didn't have the energy to press him. He said I could make a new appointment and come back the next day but as I said I was so sick I could barely get out of bed to make this appointment. Then I went around to the technician who came out fairly soon after I arrived at that stop. What caught me by surprise was the test that she used. Rather than use a swab that went high into the naso pharyngeal area, she just put the swab into my lower nose both sides. When I got my rapid result back an hour later, it was negative. When I did a little checking later I found that their info on the tests I received said specifically that the nasopharyngeal swab was to be used. I figured the technician was just choosing an easier test for her. So I sent an email to the company. The reply said to send my questions to another email address. That person replied that yes the manufacturer had changed recommendations for the test. That it was ok now that they use the anterior nares to obtain the sample because it was more comfortable for the patient and easier for the technician. The person said they should definitely update their information. I was a little incensed. I wasn't actually looking for comfort. I was looking for an accurate test. The technique they used on me was as much as 18% less accurate. I needed to know if I had Covid. My PCR test was also Negative. Those results were returned in 3 days. It's 6 days since I first noticed the symptoms. I am still not well. I can pretend that I don't have Covid and go about my business after I feel well. But maybe I really have Covid. Then who might I also infect if I don't follow the protocol for Covid? Maybe no one, except my daughter who lives with me and is also vaccinated. We are both very careful with masking. We do not go into crowded public spaces. I have no idea how I caught what I caught. Nor do I really know if it's Covid or something else. Probably something else...but who knows? Flu is suppose to be low incidence here and not spreading. I appreciate though that the company gave me the $129 refund that I paid for the. rapid test, since it was not the test that their info said it was suppose to be. The PCR test was free. read more
