Easy, no appointment necessary, for lab work, part of the Providence network…read more After a doctor appointment on the first floor, the doctor requested lab work. I assumed I needed to head up the street to St. Vincent's Medical Center or the East Pavilion, but the doctor said, just go up to the 2nd floor and give them this paperwork. I said, 2nd floor of the Medical Center? No, just take the elevator up one floor. Note, building is in the process of getting painted so there were no signs (4/8/24.) After walking up and down a long hallway with no success, I stopped in a pediatric office and the receptionist told me the lab was in the hallway directly in front of the elevator. Walk across from the elevator, hallway goe off to right, about half way down on the right is LabCorp. The hallways are very sterile with small signage. Once inside, you do a self check in at the kiosk. The machine couldn't read my insurance card, no idea why, so I had to manually type in all the info. This happened to several other people so it definitely warrants being fixed. After that, I took a seat and waited my turn. Some people had set up an appointment so they were in front of me. There is a screen with people's initials so you can see where you are in the queue. My wait was about ten minutes. A little soft background music in the waiting area would enhance the environment. The technician was friendly, efficient, and most important, skilled. Hit the vein first time even though I was a bit dehydrated, and a minute later, done. I have an order for a repeat test for early June, and now that I know this lab exists, I'll stop here. There is a parking lot right out front, easy exit off 26, very convenient.

Not a trustworthy place. Would not recommend. Its unfortunate to see American Healthcare continue…read moreto decline at such a rapid pace

Obscene wait time with scheduled appointment…read more My husband scheduled his blood draw appointment for Saturday at 10. We arrive here promptly and find out people have been waiting since 8:30am! There is an 85 minute wait. No, thank you! Can you imagine all of these people, including my husband, had to fast for 12 hours and now have to increase their fasting time due to the lack of staff today?! How hard is it to draw people's blood?! My husband is rescheduling his appointment, but wow, I hope this is not normal. This shouldn't happen.

Wow, I honestly can't believe how quickly I was in and out. The other reviews almost scared me off,…read moreand I'm so glad I chose this location anyways! Writing this in the parking lot now at 10:10, I walked in at 9:55 AM on a Friday, fully expecting to wait a few hours. The kiosk was easy to check in with, and I was offered a spot at 10AM with the option to wait in the lobby or go walk around until they were ready. I brought the book I've been meaning to read and didn't even get half a page in before they called me back. The gal working with me was super kind and friendly, and I actually felt super relaxed despite my medical anxiety. She answered all of my questions and got me in and out in minutes. I never leave reviews for anything, so I mean it when I say take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. All of the employees were very quick and kind, and it sounded like they worked well as a team to get people in and out. I wish I caught the gal's name, but if we talked about the tulip festival- thank you for providing exceptional customer service and care! You rock!

Dr. Go called me to tell me my results and treated me like an addict, interrogated me and made me feel so disrespected. I did a drug test that same day and it came out negative!! I also went and did another drug screening at LabCorp the very next day and everything came out negative!!! I do not recommend this site but if you MUST, make sure they place a patient label on the sample and have you sign the sample label!! They did not do this for me and I have reason to believe it was a faulty exam or a mix up on the lab's end!!!

Five stars for Sarah!!!! Scheduling had scheduled an…read moreappointment for my 16 month old son only to get there and they couldn't draw blood because he was too young. Sarah took initiative and helped us out. She pulled me back and took care of making an appointment a Emmanuel for my son. I was already stressed out so the fact that she took her own time to drop everything and tell the front desk to print things out and call to schedule an appointment was great of her to do. She even printed out directions and highlighted things for me. When I first went in the front desk just said that they don't draw from children so little but when Sarah stepped in she took over and took care of everything for us. Great customer service! Thank you, Sarah. For going above and beyond especially during a crazy time.

This place is a disaster! Even with a scheduled appointment, be prepared to wait an hour. What is…read morethe point of setting up a timed appointment if you are made to wait so long? I've been to several other LabCorp locations and have had excellent experiences, the appointment times were respected, and they provided friendly service. Decided to try this location, inside Legacy Emanuel, since it's closest to my house, important when doing fasting labs. And near my gym so I could combine the two trips. Arrived 15 minutes prior, as instructed, and checked in using the QR code on my appointment confirmation text. Done. This was the only smooth part of the process. Took my seat and waited and waited. Helped several older people check in who didn't have a QR code, and the system requires so much info, and these folks just couldn't figure it out or stand there long enough to keep typing in all the required info. No one who works there offered to help, so this is how I passed the time. After 30 minutes I walked into larger waiting room to see where my name was on the scrolling board of waiting patients. My name wasn't even there! I found a worker to help me, she confirmed I had checked in, and told me to wait. Again. Finally I was told to go to the hallway of lab rooms and pick one and wait. Since room #1 was occupied and a technician was drawing blood, I chose #2 after seeing that 3 and 4 were empty. One would assume that I was next. Wrong. I waited and waited, got up a few times to check out the other rooms, was told to go back to my room and someone would be with me. I waited and waited while those who entered this area were seated, assisted, and left. It was maddening. Especially hearing one tech in particular chatting away as if he was at a cocktail party. Do your job! Our time is important, too. Finally a tech came to my room, made some small talk of which I wasn't interested in, but since she is the one with the needle and drawing blood, I smiled politely and answered her questions. Finally left, well past the hour mark, and went right to my car and my thermos of coffee waiting for me. Will never, ever choose this location again.
