From them substituting used parts, not quite matching paint, and under estimating repair times it has always been something. Professional Auto Body really sets the bar high. They were courteous, organized, communicated clearly, worked with my insurance company, and finished the repair on time as promised. Besides that the repair is flawless. I'm hoping I don't have to have anymore body work done but if I do I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.
