The service staff lied to me and said they ordered tires that they didn't, then wanted to insult me insisting I'm on some kind of imaginary budget because I didn't want the $12,000 set of tires, (30 ton $250,000 privately owned rig). On top of it tried to sell me a garbage set of tires for the original name brand quote when I arrived at my appointment. Complete waste of a week of my time and $300 worth of diesel sitting around waiting for this shop. If I had a business license, Point S would absolutely be receiving a bill at this point for wasting so much of my time and money. Extremely unprofessional shop, stay far away!

Took my 86 yr old mothers 2010 Nissan Murano to them. Had to have it towed there to be diagnosed…read more unfortunately my middle aged sister, who has little mechanical knowledge, went to the shop to deal with them. after supposedly looking at the car and supposedly running diagnostics they said it could be a number of things. she chose to have them change out the engine. After having the car for weeks and charging more than $5500, they said they installed the used engine, which we later found out had more miles than the original and wasn't even the same year, so the pulleys,etc wouldn't line up. In a couple of days the car was dead again and had to be towed back to the shop. At that point they then said the power steering pump, alternator, catalytic converter were also all bad and wanted another $2200 to fix it correctly, but it would still run. We attempted to drive it home and got about a mile from the shop where it died again. We called the shop again and were told they were "done with us", and refused to do anything about it or refund any of the money. They changed their story about what had, or hadn't been done several times and were fine bilking $5500 from an 86 year old woman and leaving her without a car. Both Dan and DJ were not honest . Would NEVER take a vehicle there. Now have to get an attorney!!

We brought her car in shortly afterwards with the expectation of it getting at least diagnosed for free, because it stopped working after taking it to them. They started by saying they would check and probably replace the seat elements first and go from there. We took the car home without that done and I finally got around to checking the fuses, and the heated seat fuse was just missing. Threw a fuse in there and it works fine. They are lucky we aren't pressing charges for fraud, as they intentionally removed a fuse then stated they'd start on the most expensive item. Won't be returning.
