Very cute little local coffee shop! The (I assume) owner greeted us right as we walked in the door and helped us pick something off the menu. He was super friendly and talked with us a little about his great grandma who planted the famous rose tree in town. They had several different kinds of coffee, some teas, sodas and pastries. Our drinks came out quickly and the prices were reasonable. The vibe is very Tombstone. Old fashioned furniture/wild west charm. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in town and want some coffee.

Saw this coffee shop and had to try them out! Less than a month open, they are off to a great start! Enjoyed a cowboy coffee on ice and it was smooth and dark, just like I like! Hubby tried their Despacio "espresso" and it was smoother than a normal espresso, but alsp a little less strong. The brothers behind the bar were equal parts friendly and knowledgeable. They even gave us a little of their family history in Tombstone. The shop itself has plenty of indoor seating, with a separate dining area, and even a small table and chairs out front!

Great place to get a little work done - free WiFi, cozy feel, strong coffee and sweet bites. We had the blueberry empanada. They have espresso based drinks as well. Perfect for us!

Three local brothers own this gem in their childhood home turned coffee shop. The service was great, they even shared some local recommendations. The drinks were not too sweet and the cowboy cake hit the spot. There is indoor seating as well as some chairs on the porch out front. The ambience was perfect representation of the cowboy era. Recently opened and I'm looking forward to see how they grow. We will definitely be back.

Amazing coffee, amazing people--Cowboy Coffee Bar truly captures the heart of the traditional cowboy coffee, in Tombstone. From the first sip, you can taste the care and craftsmanship in every cup. The coffee is rich, smooth, and thoughtfully prepared, but what truly sets this place apart is the people. The team is welcoming, genuine, and makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit. There's an easygoing, authentic vibe that invites you to slow down, connect, and enjoy the moment. Cowboy Coffee Bar isn't just a place to grab coffee--it's an experience worth coming back for again and again.

Great hidden gem. Five generations of family in this coffee house with three brothers. Amazing history if you hang around a bit, enjoy some coffee and pastries. Big plus they are dog friendly. A most stop.

Two brothers, longtime Tombstone residents, opened this coffee shop in October 2025. They create slow-brewed coffee. They said they are able to brew very strong coffee. Personally, I like weak coffee, so I had a mild latte. My sister-in-law likes strong coffee, and she enjoyed the Red Eye My husband had normal cowboy coffee and liked it a lot. When we visited 11 days after their opening, they didn't offer a lot of syrup to add to coffee. The three of us sampled four different bakery items, and all were very good: chewy empanada, zucchini bread, coffee cake and a brownie. The bakery is made for them by a friend in Benson. The Kearney brothers are fifth generation Tombstone residents. They grew up in the house in which they now operate Cowboy Coffee. They have beautifully restored the interior. They are connected to the family that own and run the Rose Tree Museum, which had also been in their family from the beginning. The brothers' family also had a ranch outside town. The sign outside says cowboy coffee bar, but the official name of the business is Cowboy Coffee of Tombstone. The shop has indoor and outdoor seating. They opened in mid October 2025.

I work in tombstone, it's so nice to have a local spot that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. The men running it are super nice, while I haven't tried the drinks yet my coworkers love the coffee and chai. Looking forward to giving them business in the future! Very cute, great prices, and quality treats. The pumpkin spice pies are 10/10

This coffee shop has to be the best in town. The coffee they serve is ultra smooth and delicious. They offer a wide variety of pastries and coffee drinks. The servers are super friendly and very informative. Please come see this place if youre looking for good coffee to start your day.

I have visited this place 4×3 out of four times I have not had service…read more My first time ever was when I first moved to town and my mother-in-law bought me a cup of coffee on our way back to our rental that we had and the coffee was just subpar not very strong light flavor and this is just like your average cup of Joe The other three attempts is me living here, a tired mama, trying to get a cuppa coffee while my baby naps First attempt, I sat behind a car that had no one in it on the right side window Second attempt there is a line of cars, maybe three ahead of me on the left side window and I sat for over 20 minutes and then I just left service was way too slow for a cup coffee The third attempt was today where I sat on the left side where it seems that should be the window that's always open. I sat behind one additional vehicle for over 10 minutes and neither of us service. On my drive to Walmart I saw that the right hand side was the side that was actually open My biggest complaint is what windows are open. Can there be a sign? And if you're going to have two windows that are possibly open why not work both of them and why does it take over 10 minutes to receive a cup of coffee just a normal cup of coffee I do know that they have the lock up window option, but if I was going to walk up anywhere to get a cup of coffee, it would be wake and bake And honestly if wake and bake, had a drive-through, I wouldn't even attempt to go to Mad ever again, but this is the only place you can drive-through and get a cup of coffee
