Omar filled in the details of the job to get us the right crew, and got us scheduled for the very next morning. Lorenzo and his team showed up early, communicated clearly, and holy wow did they work fast. In less than 90 minutes they moved what took our team 6 hours to do. But I needed more like eight hours... They also damaged everything they touched. They broke my eighty seven in screen t v. They damaged our four thousand dollar refrigera. Every single piece of furniture they touched was damaged, literally broken, or severe scratches on everything.. But that's not the worst part. They fought with each other and yelled with each other with cuss words. All 3 out, my house and outside and even woke up my neighbor next door that works nights. And i'm just gonna say it here they called each other niggers.. Throughout the whole neighborhood could hear. The problem was one of the movers wasn't helping very much and kept wanting to take take a cigarette break every 5 minutes... So the other two were upset. The Yelp and fought when each other threw my stuff down the stairs. Multiple times on a galley bang bang bang bang.. Damaging everything is it comes down. They had no clue on how to stack the truck.. Everything was thrown in upside down sideways. I ended up having to get a third truck because they did not pack the other trucks properly.. There was so much room to be filled up to the ceiling. These guys made me feel completely uncomfortable in my own home. The way they fought and yelled at each other and screamed. One of them even called his mother and had his mother come pick him up and she left early.. This was worse than Jerry Springfield show on TV.. They probably caused over $20000 worth of damages on all the furniture..... Be aware and stay away.. I was left scrambling trying to find. So disorganized in the packing , finding cleaning chemicals in with food products, costing me money to now replace food products. Then not labeling any of the boxes so a guess as to what is in the box. Loosing power cords to the couch having to dig around the shop to find them. Took a route to the drop off location that is not even along the way then claimed to be stuck at a train track for 30 min. ( the routes to take not one of them would put you on a train track at all ) I was charged for that time then charged for the time spent looking for items they lost. So over charged for the drive time and load and unload time both at least 3-4 hrs longer than needed. O and after telling them how a particular item was to not be broken they broke that item by not packing it with care. Highly disappointed in this service. When I let the owner know his response was "did they brake anything?" , gave 0 concern of the fact that they overcharged. I do not recommend them at all. So being in the military for almost 20 years now and having had to move over 8 times this is by far the worst company I have ever used for a move.

They sought clarification at a few points, and it was clear that they liked and respected each other. It wouldn't surprise me if they had worked for years together. They worked like a well-oiled machine, meticulously and carefully. They completed the work an hour and 15 minutes ahead of the projected time, all the while treating items with respect. We had packed many boxes and moved them ourselves, but there were many Home Depot moving boxes left over. They used those boxes, thus saving us the cost of paying for their boxes. I really appreciated this. Also,they are going to move the boxes that we ourselves packed, which saves us money. I was very appreciative of the amiability of the moving crew, of their care and precision in packing, of the fact that they were considerate of our desire to save money everywhere we could, and of how pleasant they were.
