I would give them 5 stars. Cowboys Landscaping answered my questions and helped me move a temporary fence so that they could mow in my HOA.

Here's a polished and professional review you can use for Utah Valley Landscaping: 5-Star Review for Utah Valley Landscaping I had an outstanding experience with Utah Valley Landscaping. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and stayed within budget--something that's becoming increasingly rare these days. What truly impressed me was their work ethic and skill. They transformed my backyard, which was basically just a patch of weeds, into an incredible outdoor space I now love spending time in. The craftsmanship is top-notch, especially the team that replaced our rusted-out wooden stairs with a beautiful paver deck and staircase--it looks amazing and was clearly done by pros who know what they're doing. Alex was fantastic--always available by phone and frequently on-site to make sure everything was going according to plan. His communication and attention to detail made the entire process smooth. Manuel also stood out with his deep knowledge and incredible work ethic. You can tell this is a team that takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend Utah Valley Landscaping if you want high-quality work done right.

It's like pulling teeth trying to get this company to do anything. They don't respond to emails,…read moreand it takes them nearly a week to respond to voicemails, if they do at all. We finally got a hold of them on the phone, and they agreed to come out a few days later to fix the sprinklers on our rental property. We'd already done a lot of work for them by finding the problem area and digging out around it. They said they would be there Friday or possibly Monday, but we didn't hear anything after that. We called multiple times, and got no answer. Finally got a hold of them on Tuesday, and the receptionist/scheduler, Sierra, told us that the "sprinkler individual" didn't have time and couldn't get to it either of those days. No call to let us know, no explanation, and no apology or offers to come out another day. We asked when they could come out again, and they said Friday, and the same thing happened. We rescheduled 4 different times, and they made us wait ANOTHER WEEK between each new appointment. Each time we didn't receive any sort of call or follow up afterwards, and had no idea what had happened. Because it was a rental we had to keep sending people out to see if they actually did anything. Finally, our property manager told us that the hole we dug ourselves around the sprinkler was filled, many weeks after we initially called Utah Valley Lawn Care. Still, no follow up or contact from the company at all. Two weeks later we got a very basic bill (sent to the rental property, not us), and it didn't list anything other than parts and labor, and with different rates than we'd agreed upon. I don't have any proof that they did any work, or what they did. We still paid the bill because it looks like our pipe was replaced, and we were tired of dealing with them, but it was definitely not worth it. We will never use them again, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We recently did our backyard landscaping project with Marbella. We got quotes from a number of…read morelandscapers, but ultimately decided upon Marbella after we saw the job they did for our neighbors. The price we paid was the best we found. And not only that, the job they did was beautiful and surprisingly fast! It's a dream come true for us, as we've wanted a landscaped backyard for a long time. We also promised our chocolate Lab he'd get grass in his backyard when we bought this house. We are very much looking forward to a fun summer in our new gorgeous backyard. We wholeheartedly recommend Marbella. And will definitely use them again in the future for additional landscaping projects.

I am appalled at the other ineptitude of this company and complete destruction of my yard. I…read morereached out to them to help make my yard look better. We just bought a home and are working hard to get things in order. The grass was reasonably green but a little patchy and too dry in some places so and we thought they could help. Nothing could have prepared me for the complete wreckage I found left in my ruined yard today. The pictures can illustrate better than words, but this is the sequence of events: I contacted Marbella's and scheduled for them to come out and start mowing my yard every other week. The first time they just didn't show up. They didn't text me. They didn't call me. Little did I know that I could have dodged a bullet if I would've left it there. The second time they came out they mowed. They left patches that were between 6 inches to a foot and half high. They didn't hedge. The yard looked moderately better, but it was so uneven, and the grass was so high in certain places that it still was so bad. The third time they came out, they destroyed my entire yard. They left nothing but mud, dirt, and destruction. They even destroyed my sprinklers. I literally have chunks of pvc pipe stuck in the dirt. The grass was systematically destroyed with a pattern of pockmarks and tire skids. I don't know if my grass can possibly recover from this. When they "aerated" they aerated horizontally across the surface of the grass, destroying as much surface area as possible rather than aerating vertically into the ground. This has left inch wide and 6 inch long pockmarks EVERYWHERE. And what little grass they didn't destroy with their aeration machine their wheels destroyed with massive skidmarks. They even smashed the stones next to our door across the surface of the grass and created crater skid marks with them. I have almost no grass left. I am without words. It's a relatively dry area here. In fact, as you can see in the pictures a day or so before they came, my yard and grass was too dry and my grass was struggling to survive as it was.
