She is proactive and always lets us know if she notices anything that needs attention, such as leaks under sinks, loose fixtures, burned-out light bulbs, or maintenance concerns. That level of care is rare. She is also completely trustworthy. Over the years, she has recovered and safeguarded many items left behind by guests so we could return them to their owners. When Paty says she will be there, she is there, on time, every time, and she is the one doing the work herself, which means you always know what quality to expect. She brings her own supplies, leaves thoughtful finishing touches like decorative towel and tissue arrangements, and always leaves the home with her signature "Fresh Breeze" scent, which is also the name of her company. Paty is also wonderful with homes that have pets, and does an excellent job cleaning after our many four-legged guests. I am an acknowledged perfectionist, kind of germaphobe with trust issues. Allowing someone in to your home to clean the way you would...it took me a while but here she is! I saw her work at two separate Airbnb's we stayed at & was given her info with glowing recommendations. Patty is very thorough. She moves the dog crate to get to the hair & dust bunnies. The office is cleaned without being disturbed. She is super easy to communicate with & she listens! Her rates are very reasonable given the size of the house & what she has to deal with: senior dog + 3 teenaged boys = other cleaning services just turned around & ran. My house looks & smells great & I no longer have to be mad at the men in my life for being gross. At the end of the day, communication is key in any relationship. I've found it best to be reasonable in your expectations...but I will say she was able to remove a large black mark on my brand new counter that the installer swore was part of the white stone! After the scheduled cleaner cancelled at the last minute, I started sending messages to everyone on yelp, requesting an urgent move out cleaning on Sunday, Maria was first to respond, and the quote she has given me was within our budget. She explained in details what I should expect for move out cleaning (baseboard, oven, fridge, ceiling fan etc), and helped me to select the best package. Anny came at early hours on a Sunday as scheduled and she did a awesome job! They accept paypal/apple pay so no need to carry cash as well. I found this cleaning service on Yelp and scheduled an apartment move-out cleaning with Patricia. I have two large dogs and a 5year old, so there was a lot of detailed cleaning to be done. I had also lived in my apartment for over 3yrs. After Patricia's visit, I received my entire apartment deposit back, including my pet deposit! This is the first time that I had actually hired someone to clean my home... It had gotten to the point where I was overwhelmed. There was clutter everywhere, and some of the showers and baths were green in the grout area... I also had kitchen tiles that were matte (non glossy), and I wasn't sure how I would go about cleaning them. I called Fresh breeze and asked them if they could not only clean my house but also tackle problem areas, as well as organize. I also sent them pictures of my house through text...
