Close inspection was done and followed up by one of their trusted advisors whom we've come to know over the years. Our new system was installed the very next day. The two guys who came out were thorough, neat and complete. One was inside for the breakdown, while his partner was outside preparing for the transition of the unit with removal, new pad and ultimately seating the new unit. They had it all up and running within about 4.5hrs. They cleaned up after themselves, explained everything to me and were on their way. We couldn't be more happier and can tell the difference between the old unit and the new one, complete with a new Ecobee thermostat.
