He was professional, courteous, and very accommodating. Decided on a refurbished replacement from their Frankfort location. We determined that Tuesday would be the earliest delivery date. They worked with me to accommodate my schedule. Vince arrived 10 minutes early (yippee!) to deliver the much-larger replacement refrigerator. Not an easy delivery through narrow doorways and tight turns in an older house, but he managed to get it done ... alone!!
