They are very friendly and the technicians are very professional however. We used them to do electrical wiring for our basement, it was two new breakers to install three light switches and a dozen led light boxes, just under 7k. They were supposed to do plumbing of a bathroom sewage pump, valve for a softener to drain, and shower install with a rough out for a sink, 9k. They miss-scheduled the appointment for plumbing and instead of just saying oops let's fix that they spent their time telling me I scheduled Monday and Tuesday and it's a two day appointment so that's why I am receiving multiple reminders for my appointment on Monday and Tuesday to start, despite my repeating it is Tuesday and Wednesday because I would not be home on Monday as I told the tech who did the estimate. The electrical part they would not take payment for until they finished the job despite my request to pay as they go. Since it requires the plumbing team to finish first they said they would come back when their plumbers finished, still daily texts and calls to schedule the final electrical which according to their tech couldn't be done until the plumbing THEY were scheduled to do. Their AI based system is terrible. Their work is quality and their human customer service team is frustrating but friendly. We canceled the plumbing and now will cancel the finish work for electric as well. Too expensive to justify these annoyances in my opinion. We were convinced to buy their service plan for our ac and electric, not sure what that really gives us but we won't be using it now anyway. I'd caution anyone from using them without a few estimates first.

We live in an old house, so it sadly came with the territory and we had to hire their services for repairs that were beyond our skill level. Our trust with them came to a screeching halt when the time came that I needed to speak with management. We've had an almost 3-year HVAC issue, where five different technicians kept doing leak searches (and charged us for all of them) with no offers for long-term solutions. After my initial call to hopefully address this, it took about a week for them to send me a text offering the minimum possible resolution without even speaking to me. Conveniently, the call-back number they sent didn't work, either. It just goes to show that their management doesn't have the professionalism or courage to have actual conversations with loyal customers. They all hide behind the veil of their customer experience team who unfortunately don't make the decisions. I've never been so relieved to move on from a company whose leadership doesn't value their members.

From the moment I called, all the way through the process, and even after the sell/installation, the employees of Cook Heating & Air have been courteous, professional and just plain nice. Angie on the phone, Troy with the service call, Mark and Kevin with the installation - impressive, knowledgable, patient, honest...this is how a company is supposed to treat its customers. I would not hesitate to enthusiastically endorse Cook Heating & Air. Our new geothermal system is amazing thusfar - pretty much a constant 68 degrees - even when it's in the 90's outside. Perfect. Thanks Cook!

Each question I asked was given a great response which put my mind at ease. I appreciate their efforts and will continue to use Cook Heating and Air in the future. Jay & Chris-They did a great job on the installation of ducts in my house and their repair work was exceptional. The job was completed in a timely fashion, and there wasn't a mess left behind. Angie-She is a great customer service representative, and I was very pleased with her coordinating abilities. Denny-He is a very honest and trustworthy owner. You can be sure that he will only repair what's needed and he won't try to sell unneeded services. Once he quotes you a price, he will always honor it.

After Troy messed with my furnace it no longer worked, he told me it was a house problem and left. The report he sent to American Home Shield was full of information that he had no way of knowing. They are getting paid to make sure claims get rejected and left my family and my two year old son without heat in 13 degree weather. Troy is the reason my furnace broke. They are dirty people, just trying to make money off home warranties.

Daniel Eckerle, the owner, acknowledged his workers mistake and offered a refund and to make the repair the following day. Daniel informed me he was giving me his personal number to reassure me he would remedy the situation personally. I reached out the following day directly to Daniel to find out it was not his personal number. Daniel called me later that morning saying it would be a few days before he could complete the repair. He knew it was an emergency and strung me along. His company is now refusing to provide the refund after I chose to have a timely and competent company complete the repair. Do not fall for this company! Daniel, the owner, will feed you whatever he believes is needed to take your money and get the job. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Highly Recommend Hoppy…read more.. We recently had an AC unit installed by Hoppy and were extremely impressed with the service from start to finish. Our Home has 14 year old Goodman and they gave us choices of repairing only the needed component but at this age we decided to go with modern, better SEAR value unit. We would highly recommend them for future needs. Here's why: Excellent Value: The pricing was very competitive and we felt we received outstanding service for the cost. We got 12 year warranty and Yearly Service included with this install. Fast Service: The entire process, from initial inquiry to completed installation, was handled efficiently and quickly. Their attention to detail is evident due to their use of a tablet with custom questions and collection of data to assure we didn't miss a process nor engineering size issues, etc. Confident Professionals: The technicians were knowledgeable and instilled confidence in their expertise. They explained everything well, plus i asked many questions. Accurate Work: The AC unit was installed correctly and is functioning perfectly. Outstanding Customer Service & Communication: Every interaction was positive. Communication was clear, timely, and professional throughout the entire process. On-Time Installation: The installation was completed on the exact day and within the timeframe that was promised. Trouble shot on a Friday and installed scheduled on Monday and completed on Monday as stated. Small Family Feel with Modern Technology: We appreciated the personal touch and friendly service of a small family business, combined with the efficient use of modern technology for troubleshooting and support.
