Quick, easy and convenient. I usually only stop in when I need help or have equipment to return for clients, but every experience has been smooth and pleasant. The store is clean, organized and wait times have been minimal each visit. Everyone is friendly, easygoing and willing to help. Even when dealing with more complex issues, the staff works together to make sure customers are taken care of. terrible Location lazy sales people. They don't even answer the phone. Then when you go in and tell them, they haven't answered their phone. They're like oh we were busy with customers that just left. Meanwhile, I've been in the parking lot calling, and there were no people in the store. Every time you call no one picks up. I have called every day to try and get an answer as to why there's an extra $150 per month on my bill that I did not agree to, and they just bounce you around until one of them hangs up. They've sent three technicians and each one said they need a bucket truck then leave without scheduling one. leaving me to deal with it myself. I have used Cox for many years for phone, internet, and tv. I have found the services to be reliable and fast, with many fewer glitches than other options. Cox has also been very responsive and helpful when the rare problem does occur. My only criticism is that I find it to be expensive. It's my largest utility bill by quite a bit. They should develop less expensive packages. read more

I called Cox Cable because my internet wasn't working. I got only one option to talk to a rep via text only. What would have been a 5 minute call was a 3 hour texting. Waist of my time. I had to take time out of my day to talk to these people. They scheduled a service rep to come out to the place to service my internet. They never showed up the next day. When I called they said they sent a text message to my number and that I cancelled it. When I asked them what number they sent it to they gave me a number that wasn't even close.to.mine. I never got any text. They wouldn't send someone out and rescheduled the next day. They did the exact same thing again. This Cox company really sucks. I would never ever ever get them again. What a bunch of incompetent. Boobs ...they lost my business for good. They should go out of business. read more

This company is absolute garbage. My household pays for the best Internet this company provides yet I consistently get poor coverage. When I call to speak to a representative I am unable to speak to anyone but I kid you not a 'bob swagger.' I asked for a identification number but they would not provide it for me. I think the biggest joke is the fact the only way I could reach a human without being threatened was through sales. I called to complain and they threaten to block my number. If I could give Cox cable a negative star rating, I would. This isn't a rating for the store but for Cox cable in general. We pay an arm and a leg for internet and cable and get really crap service and REALLY CRAP customer service. I've been hung up on given the run around and lied to.
