    This is the slowest store I have ever seen. Every time I come in I wait at least an hour . Hire more staff or be more efficient

That happened, so I returned and he quickly fixed it again. Unfortunately, I made a bad TV choice and the issue stuck no matter what. He advised me not keep trying as it wasn't worthwhile financially. However, he offered me a credit for one of the used TVs he was selling, which was a great deal. In short, he has the expertise to fix what can be fixed, and the caring to take care of you (not just try to rack up a bill for himself). Very fair, friendly and helpful.

    I brought my amp to this guy. The only thing wrong with it was 1 speaker jack was not working. The…read moreday I brought it to him I had been using it that morning and all the sound was working loudly. He fixed the jack but then told me it don't get loud when pumping up the volume. He did something and messed it up and dared to ask more money in the line of 200. 00 on top of the money he took already. I also gave him my cd player that the belt broke. He replaced the belt then told me the machine had to be re-calibrated and it was a pain in the butt so he wanted another 185.00. So what this guy did was charge me diagnostics charges despite me telling him what exactly was wrong and he confirmed I was correct. I left the cd player there believing it was not worth additional repairs. It was a sony cd player that stored 300. A month later I called sony and told them about this and they told me no such thing needed be done just because the belt broke. I found out that my CD player actually was worth 1200.00 as a classic being sold on amazon and that was what led me to call sony. I found out that he shorted out the pre-amp on my amp when he took it apart.

    We went to the Verizon store to exchange a router. An experience that we thought would take…read moreminutes. Just note that this review rating is exclusively for the business and NOT the employee who helped us! This exchange in router took one hour and 30 minutes. Chris was the employee that helped us and he was great. He was well informed, great personality and tried his best to help us out quickly. Unfortunately, the system he was using had 404 errors, would randomly close his session and a list of other software problems. He told us that multiple orders were on our account and he had difficulty having one order on the account instead of multiple. In hindsight, we should've left the store at about the half hour mark because it was a massive waste of time probably due to some incompetence at the corporate level. We've called customer service and experience more pain that I'll spare you the details on. The queue started building up in the store and this experience became increasingly more frustrating. Fortunately, Chris was able to exchange our router and we left the store. The selection and value of the internet products seems comparable to other companies, but the long wait and incompetence of the company as a whole doesn't make it appealing to be a customer. The store itself is a massive space with many phones and several employees available to help customers. Battery was not holding 100% charge phone the phone just needed a new battery!! I'm still paying on that phone!! Husband was told his phone was garbage and on way out and he was forced to purchase a new phone. His decision making capacity is impaired due to The stroke. The account and both phones are under my account/name. I did not authorize him to make any changes to MY account, it is in my name only. He was told if he paid 100% for the new phone there would be no additional charges and that the phone monthly bill absolutely would not change or increase. He was LIED to. He paid $$$$$$$ for the phone which already has issues (texts don't go through) and I received a $220 bill as well as a $35 monthly upgrade and forever monthly fee on MY account that I NEVER agreed to or authorized!! Stay far away from Verizon they are money grubbing scumbags that boink over their customers (14 years and once contract is done I AM GONE!!!!!) angry is not the word here. Avoid Verizon!!!!!! Disgusting that you lied to a person who has had a stroke, totally despicable
