Everyone we worked with was fantastic--friendly, responsive, and clearly experienced. Aly was especially amazing: so knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way, which made the entire planning process feel easy and stress-free. We loved how customizable everything was. We brought in our own vendors, which helped us stay within budget, and the venue worked perfectly with our choice to use food trucks--such a fun and unique touch that our guests loved. It's also worth noting that they do have great partner options available too, including help with booking hotel blocks, which is super convenient. The bar setup was another highlight. Their build-your-own bar package is such a cool option, and Ayden was incredibly helpful in guiding us through it. He even offered to track down Malört for us (I'm a Chicago native, so that meant a lot!). We ultimately went with a cash bar, but his willingness to go above and beyond really stood out. A lot of people bring their own chairs or blankets which could be helpful in the future When we came, there were a lot of food trucks to choose to so can't speak on the food at urban apples, but their ciders were tasty! I got a flight and enjoyed trying different flavors. I wasn't a huge fan of their "regular" cider but I enjoyed the raspberry one and mixed berry. The cinnamon one was also tasty! There is a huge outdoor area and our kids loved playing in the open field and going down the tunnel slides. There's also a play area and other things we want to check out the next time we come. As someone that is deathly allergic to cats- I wasn't able to go into the main eating area. Luckily, the weather was great! And we were able to sit on our patio where they served us breakfast!
