UPDATE: When I first hired Coyote Blinds I thought they were five-stars. The owner was personable, reliable, and made the process easy. I was very pleased. Several years later, my dog damaged the blinds and I needed them to be repaired. The owner came out, removed several slats and then went MIA. After multiple attempts to get in touch, I gave him a two star rating on Yelp. I'm assuming this is what motivated him to get in touch. The next day he made arrangements to pick the shutters up and get them repaired. It took a couple months (due to the pace of the factory, which seems out of the owner's control), but I finally got the repaired shutters back. The owner only charged me cost of the repair and even installed them himself to expedite the process and save me money. I truly appreciate this. So I'm changing my rating to a solid four stars. I'm disappointed the repair went as it did, but am overall pleased with the end product. I do appreciate that this was made right and would feel comfortable recommending the company. read more

We assumed that was the time frame we could expect him. He showed up at 8:00am on the dot and was finished by 9:30 am he installed 5 motorized roller shades and slider, and 2 non-motor. Most of which were on our brick interior walls (which many other companies said would take all day to do.) He was finished quick, and we were pleasantly surprised, since this was the first company we have worked with who delivered as promised.
