I have a new build home and I needed a treatment for the large sliding glass door. I am a millennial who grew up with my grandmother's heavy drapery and I had never really explored modern options, so I am eternally grateful to the expert consultant who came out to speak to me about this window. He spoke to me about the space expectations for heavy drapery, as well as the maintenance requirements, and we quickly pivoted to other options. When he brought up the idea of a pull-down shade, I balked hard; my visions of those types of shades was outdated. We ended up choosing exactly what he suggested and I AM ECSTATIC! It took about four weeks to come in, the installer showed up right on time, and this is a blackout shade that looks so elegant and modern - I am thrilled. It rolls smoothly, and as it rolls down it seamlessly glides over the sliding glass door handle. I was envisioning something more clunky, something that protruded but this lays flat and truly blocks the light. The pricing was also very fair and competitive; they came in at far less than the Shade Store. I would go back to them for any window treatment needs, and recommend them to everyone! read more

Great process from start to finish. First connected with them at one of the home shows and was able to schedule a consultation right away. Mario came out and provided great insight into what we were looking for and how durable their products are. We decided on some top down bottom up shades in our dining and living areas. I originally rated 1 star because I could not reach the company after leaving several emails and voicemails over the course of 4 weeks. I left a YELP review and received a call the very next morning. Jack called to apologize for the lack of communication. Explained that somehow the order was never placed which was very disappointing, however, they placed the order and I had the blinds installed within a week and a half of the call. Matt came to install and did an efficient job. He was polite and cleaned up. Never once did Jack ask me to update my review which I appreciated. He offered me a discount due to the miscommunication and the fact that the order wasn't placed initially which I also appreciated. I feel like they handled the situation with professionalism and they made it a point to get by blinds ordered promptly and on my windows within a week and a half; because of this, I feel the 5 start review was earned. We had a fantastic experience with Arizona Blinds Company, starting from our initial visit with Kyle and numerous follow-ups with him and Isaac. They were knowledgeable, professional, and their competitive pricing made us comfortable placing our order the next day. Our job was not small, we had 12 motorized window coverings, 5 of which were 25 ft high so we wanted them to be hard-wired to avoid the need to recharge. Extremely poor communication and service! I called Arizona Blinds Company for a blinds repair. While scheduling the repair, I was interested in a couple of quotes for new blinds and asked Ginger if that could be done at the same time as the repair, which she said the repair person would do both tasks. Jack arrived but said he was only scheduled for a consult on new blinds and does not do repairs. I shared that my initial call and need was for a repair before a specific date and Ginger said that both would be done, which was frustrating learning that Jack would not be repairing the blind. He took pictures of the blind parts that needed repair and sent them to Dylan, the repair person so the correct part could be ordered. A new repair appt. was scheduled with Dylan for the following week. I received 5 different google calendar invites that were then canceled so I texted Ginger to confirm the appt day, time and purpose. On the day of the appt., Dylan had not arrived yet and it was 30 min past the scheduled appt. time, so I texted with no response, then called. Jack answered the phone and informed me that he never ordered the part because they didn't know which part was the correct one since there are so many different kinds. I clarified that that meant Dylan was not coming for the repair, which was accurate. Jack said he tried texting me about the issue but I never received any text from him; interesting since I have gotten all other texts from other people and companies. I expressed my dissatisfaction in that Jack knew he did not order the part but never let me know that and that Dylan would not be coming for the appt. which I scheduled my morning around.
