We arrived here…read morearound 10:45 am to set up for an appreciation event, and we ended up parking at the wrong lot. I managed to find someone, Jenna, who pointed me to the right direction. She was a lifesaver since I had some people with me in which walking far distances isn't as accessible. Once we are all on the venue, we were focused on setting up decorations. Jenna came in super strong with lifting hay bales and everything for our western themed party. While setting up, Denise gave me a quick run down of what's being served; their menu catered to everyone from meat eaters, picky eaters, and vegetarians. The venue itself is beautiful to walk in to breathe in natural air, see horses, and play a variety of games from ping pong, basketball, horse shoe, or bean bag toss, and they even offer face painting for the kids and adults too. Their bathrooms are impeccably clean and well managed. Their team did so well in serving the guests of the event! Shoutout to Nancy for being so nice and extra welcoming to the guests when serving them food. Despite the warmth, the event was a success because of the great staff and team at Coyote Ranch. I have taken my daughter to several different places, and this has been by far the best place ever! Unfortunately, the swimming lessons are only offered during the summer. The lessons are by levels and begin at level 1 and end at 5. Each level is two weeks long, and is a total of eight lessons Monday-Thursday. The lessons are 30 minutes long, and each class has a maximum of four students. It was the perfect spot for our group, not too hot, not too cold, with a light breeze coming through. The views were lovely and the freedom to roam onto the courtyard patio was a plus! The Event Coordinator, Miranda, was a pleasure to work with. She was flexible, accommodating, and clear with all arrangements. The ease of having everything done in-house was absolutely wonderful for me. I just showed up two hours before start-time with some decorations and favors, and everything else was already set-up and ready for me. The service was stellar... everyone knew the bartender's name by the end of the night (thank you Elliot for taking care of us) and everyone raved about the food. It was not only delicious, but aesthetically pleasing and plentiful. Everyone in attendance (and even those who missed out) are still talking about the event. The faux leather seats on the cart really heat up under the sun and they transfer the heat very efficiently to your posterior, so be careful. We played the Valley course. It was very long! Lots of 400+ yard par 4 holes. It lies entirely within the southern Santa Clara Valley, so there's little elevation change, but the views are still rather good. I liked the relative lack of hazards, so I didn't lose too many balls. The fairways and greens are in quite good condition, and the greens played somewhat fast, with lots of challenging slopes. The fairways are somewhat narrow, so errant tee shots from other players can hit you if you're not careful.

No water for the guest/ wedding ( great plan if the goal is to get completely wasted) Solution: Tori made a last minute call to get water delivered to the wedding venue @4pm PGE fixed issue at 9pm and water was back on.
