One night stay for us. First time stopping here and we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this RV park. Not only is it well kept and clean, but the quality of the rigs parked here are all top notch. While you can tell that many are full time or longer term tenants, there is no clutter or mess in sites. The park is very quiet and a good distance from the freeway but not too far to easily go where you need to quickly. There are two pools and all the amenities needed such as laundry, bathrooms, and on site store. They offer assistance parking and they pick up trash from the site. There is two fenced in dog parks that are 100% pea gravel. As it gets hot here, it could be a problem getting too hot and the loose gravel makes it harder for dogs to run around on. Finally, the signage is hidden until you are right upon the driveway. My apple GPS did not accurately direct us into the correct driveway but if the sign was visible from the street, it could have made it much easier to find the entrance before we almost turned the wrong way.

The best experience yet, clean, fresh, modern, quiet and green. From check in with Emily, a sweetheart, who anticipated our needs and accommodated us during our week long stay. I recommend Coyote Valley RV Resort at 5 stars. We shall return

Overpriced, rude and confrontational owner, cable not functional, wi-fi not functional, look around to other options would be my advice.

Here are some pros and cons. Pro's: Spaces are large with plenty of room for the RV plus two cars. No light pollution is really nice for star gazing. Full hookups are nice. Easy check-in and out. Nice little walking trail by the creek. Overall very quiet with occasional road noise but not much at all. They also will fill your propane and drop it off after you drop off to them. Lots of trees which is probably great in the summer. Cons: Full timers give the RV park a different feel, there's none of that fellow camaraderie you find at most RV parks. Many full timers have sheds and storage of their belongings outside their RVs and makeshift porches that give the place a run down feel. Gravel sites could use some upgrades as ours had a deep hole that could have been an ankle twister so we had to keep a chair over it so we didn't step in it. No picnic tables here which is a first for us. No other amenities besides the restrooms and laundry room which we did not see. Only one garbage location at main entrance. Overall decent place and better than Thousand Trails down the way IMO. Plenty of room and spacious spaces. I would probably stay here again if in a pinch.

As a newer RV owner, I especially appreciated how incredibly easy it was to access the park and our spot. That simple convenience took away a lot of the initial stress of driving a big rig and is a huge plus. The park itself is top-notch. Our spot was absolutely huge, giving us plenty of room to spread out. The entire resort is super clean, and the restrooms and showers were spacious and spotless--a real pleasure to use. A major bonus for us was that they even have designated areas for tent setups, which meant our "tent camping" friends were able to join us for the weekend. But the true magic of this location is its unbeatable proximity to everything. We were within easy walking distance of fantastic shopping, dining, and even some fun bar hopping with fancy distilleries nearby. The Marina is also just a short stroll away, where we spent time sitting and watching the otters and sea lions--it was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. We were so close to every amenity and attraction that we didn't even unhook the truck from the camper the entire weekend! Finally, I have to give a massive shout-out to the amazing host. He greeted us the second we drove in and personally walked us to our spot. He even offered a 50-amp 'dog bone' adapter because he noticed my camper was 30-amp--talk about thoughtful service! Every time he walked his adorable boxer, he would stop to greet us and check in, making sure we had everything we needed. He was consistently available and incredibly friendly. We are already planning our next trip. We will for sure be back! If you're looking for a clean, convenient, and perfectly located RV park in the Bay Area, this is it!

At night you hear nothing but the occasional animal sounds...a great break from reality from the hustle and bustle of the work world in San Jose. During the day, pretty much the same, I almost feel guilty talking to my daughter outside and making noise that may disturb someone....it is colder right now, so that may change in the summer, but either way, I kind of like the peace and quiet. The place is surrounded by beautiful green hills in the springtime and is close to town, yet surrounded by nature, a perfect blend. I was able to get a great spot that is somewhat private with privacy fencing and the lot is not too big and not too small (have a 32ft and could fit another 32ft right next to it and still have room. A little worried that new managers are coming in, so we'll see how that goes, but so far so good! The only downside is the cell service, but the manager let me know to turn my phone to wi-fi calling which worked, the only bad thing is I still don't get text messages...not too much of a deal since I don't really text, but I do miss an occasional work text. The washers and dryers are fairly inexpensive in relation to neighboring laundromats, which is helpful. One of least expensive parks in the area which is very appreciated in this over-inflated area. Overall, no major concerns, I would recommend this place to others who may be looking.
