Joni has been such a blessing to work with- so kind and accommodating and she has helped me learn some new tricks since I'm still new to RVing. You can tell she takes pride in maintaining the park and taking care of her people. The space: I feel welcome and safe here, there are lovely shady trees and pretty plants flowers planted all around giving it a homey feel. It's easy to drive through, the roads are well lit at night and the neighbors are all quiet and respectful. I highly recommend! There is a bath house and laundry facilities, WiFi and each space has its own mailbox. Full hook ups with 30 amp power.

The back-and-forth texting is a bit annoying when you are dealing with losses in your life as I am. A little kindness goes a long way. When someone finally called me, and I asked for their name I was hung up on. I have a choice as to where I stay, and so do you!!! Do not stay here!!!!! I am SHOCKED there are any positive reviews, I guess negative people have good days too. I would have given a negative star, but yelp doesn't offer the choice. If the owners of Sleepy Hollow Trailer Park would like to talk to me, I would be happy to send them a copy of the texts. OF ALL THE THINGS YOU CAN BE IN LIFE, BE KIND. Debbie

We've stayed at Coyote Valley RV Park before and had a great experience, which makes this review…read moreespecially disappointing. This stay, our site (in the 140s) was overrun with ants. The infestation was so severe that we had to buy our own ant spray, lost well over $100 in food, and are now bringing ants home in our RV. What was most frustrating wasn't just the ants--it was how the situation was handled. We were told that the 140 sites are "really a problem." Later, however, when speaking to the owner she claimed they weren't aware of an ant problem. Those two statements don't line up. We talked with a few of the long-term residents around us and they all have ant problems. The management seems to want to keep it quiet by intimidating long-term residents and staff. When we asked for some reasonable accommodation, even just a refund for a couple of nights, there was no willingness to work with us. Instead, we were told the ants were probably already in our RV and were advised to Google how to get rid of them. By doing our own investigation with the people who were parked around us, obviously, this was a known problem and the owner was flat-out lying. We weren't looking for a free vacation. We were looking for a business to stand behind its guests when something clearly went wrong. Even refunding one night would have shown good faith. It's unfortunate because we've enjoyed staying here in the past. But after this experience, and the complete lack of customer service afterward, we can't recommend staying here until the ant and customer service issues are addressed.

I liked the convenience of the location as we were visiting family for the holidays…read more However this RV park caters more to full timers which is evident by the post office boxes at the office. Here are some pros and cons. Pro's: Spaces are large with plenty of room for the RV plus two cars. No light pollution is really nice for star gazing. Full hookups are nice. Easy check-in and out. Nice little walking trail by the creek. Overall very quiet with occasional road noise but not much at all. They also will fill your propane and drop it off after you drop off to them. Lots of trees which is probably great in the summer. Cons: Full timers give the RV park a different feel, there's none of that fellow camaraderie you find at most RV parks. Many full timers have sheds and storage of their belongings outside their RVs and makeshift porches that give the place a run down feel. Gravel sites could use some upgrades as ours had a deep hole that could have been an ankle twister so we had to keep a chair over it so we didn't step in it. No picnic tables here which is a first for us. No other amenities besides the restrooms and laundry room which we did not see. Only one garbage location at main entrance. Overall decent place and better than Thousand Trails down the way IMO. Plenty of room and spacious spaces. I would probably stay here again if in a pinch.

As a newer RV owner, I especially appreciated how incredibly easy it was to access the park and our spot. That simple convenience took away a lot of the initial stress of driving a big rig and is a huge plus. The park itself is top-notch. Our spot was absolutely huge, giving us plenty of room to spread out. The entire resort is super clean, and the restrooms and showers were spacious and spotless--a real pleasure to use. A major bonus for us was that they even have designated areas for tent setups, which meant our "tent camping" friends were able to join us for the weekend. But the true magic of this location is its unbeatable proximity to everything. We were within easy walking distance of fantastic shopping, dining, and even some fun bar hopping with fancy distilleries nearby. The Marina is also just a short stroll away, where we spent time sitting and watching the otters and sea lions--it was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. We were so close to every amenity and attraction that we didn't even unhook the truck from the camper the entire weekend! Finally, I have to give a massive shout-out to the amazing host. He greeted us the second we drove in and personally walked us to our spot. He even offered a 50-amp 'dog bone' adapter because he noticed my camper was 30-amp--talk about thoughtful service! Every time he walked his adorable boxer, he would stop to greet us and check in, making sure we had everything we needed. He was consistently available and incredibly friendly. We are already planning our next trip. We will for sure be back! If you're looking for a clean, convenient, and perfectly located RV park in the Bay Area, this is it!
