They can make some accommodations for food allergies such as lactose intolerance. However, if that is your concern I recommend reviewing their menu and calling them with your questions. If you spent a lot of time in their casino machines or tables you may qualify for a comp or discount. Casino staff or such as a floor manager or host can clarify for you. I had a medium rare filet which was also cooked perfectly. Both of us ordered house salads which had mixed greens, chopped cucumbers, grape tomatoes and 1 slice of watermelon radish. Husband had oil & vinegar and I had raspberry walnut dressing (which I would not get again as it was too sweet for my taste). We split a huge loaded baked potato. It came with 2 types of cheese, sour cream, butter, chives, bacon and cold broccoli (why cold?). Don't listen to the negative reviews. I am sitting in Stockman's having just finished dinner and it was so good I needed to say that I am so happy I didn't listen to them. I was worried when some said these were overpriced steaks and not worth the price, but we wanted steak, so here we were. This was one of the best prime ribs I have ever had. This dinner we were celebrating our 48th anniversary. We had eaten here before quite a few times. It was always good or we wouldn't have gone there. First off we ordered stuffed mushrooms, they were cold, French onion soup was ok, I ordered tea which was way late, ordered butter high was also way late, ordered a small salad, which was wilted and warm and just bad, I ordered extra bernaise sauce and never got it. Steaks are mediocre and tough, Greens are wilted, loaded Baked Potato's are half size with no peppercorn skin like they used to be. Service is slow and atmosphere loud and smokey smelling. Could've driven to Vegas and back before our steak came out! Everyone at our table got their food quickly but the steak took over a half hour after our table finished all their meals. When it was brought to the manager's attention, he got defensive saying the steak is sitting on the grill ready to come out now. Very informative and an all out joy to have as a waiter. My Dad and I ordered an appetizer, steak and lamb dinners along with some sides. I had a glass of wine their Cabernet Sauvignon was very good. I having the lamb with mashed potatoes and some asparagus was perfectly cooked and my Dad enjoyed his steak. Both came either soup or salad. I loved the salad very fresh and light. No desserts.
