I've also cancelled appointments that have reappeared, so cleaners could show up when I was not expecting them. I understand that sometimes businesses make errors it's only natural. What I do not appreciate is that the supervisor does not apologize for the mistakes. Nor does the company ever offer me discounts for the time I've spent waiting for cleaners who never arrive. I'm so disappointed because I did like how they cleaned my house. But the company is very inflexible with appointments. There is absolutely NO wiggle room. That is, if you e.g. go on vacation, it's very difficult to reschedule your appointment. Additionally, if you call the phone number you always get an operator who you have to leave a message with. You never get someone who can actually help you the moment you call, which I find very frustrating. All in all, an unfortunate service where the job is done well, but the management is not.

They've converted me as I wasn't previously someone who wanted to go through what I thought was a hassle to have cleaners come in, but Capital Maids makes it easy and the end results are just wow. Getting an estimate and the first cleaning scheduled was easy--super responsive, and the team arrived promptly at my requested time.
