Staff is always very friendly and helpful, though there seems to be a somewhat high turnover rate for whatever reason. I was surprised to see that - as of this writing - there were only a few reviews. And just a note about some of the one-star reviews: Not to target anyone personally, but if you are starting several of your Yelp reviews with "Racist!!!" maybe the problem isn't the stores? And if you are complaining in several of your Yelp reviews that "this location does not take cash" maybe you should get a credit card (especially if you can afford to drop $600 at Buck Mason)? You definitely get what you pay for and there is a value there though most people might have sticker shock on their clothing, but you're also more likely to wear it. The manager for this location has been so kind and helped me out every time I come. If they don't have a shirt in my size, they'll order it from another location and I'll get it a few days later. The one thing I will say is most of their clothing runs smaller than other brands that I'm used to. I have many products where a 1X is the perfect size for me but a 2X is the norm, but their product requires me to buy it in a 3X. I am 6 foot five and about 250 pounds so it's hard harder to walk into a regular store and find my size but they have it there. Overall, they have a customer for life.
