He estimated he'd arrive within an hour and then 40 minutes later his contractor arrived for my Massage. While she was fine, I specifically needed very hard pressure otherwise I would not have booked a massage with his company. The failure to give more more than 1-4 hours notice about changing appointment times on two occasions and then not telling me he would not be providing the Massage but his contractor would is a clear disappointment and failure in communicating on his part. I was excited to explore a recurring massage with Bob for a couple of months. Unfortunately I find this business unreliable and dishonest. Will absolutely utilize more professional mobile massage services that are even on-demand like Zeel. I'd expect them to just have everyone's availability and be able to fill in the spots as people request appointments, but it doesn't seem like the case here.
